Okay this is kinda hard to explain.
My boyfriend can't c** from oral simulation.
He gets to climax and just....stays there.
When we have sex, and do other things, including when he masterbates he cums, but in oral...the point just doesn't happen.
He doesn't know why, any idea's on what could help, and is it normal???

Yes, it is very normal. Some people find it difficult to orgasm in certain positions, with certain stimulation, with certain speeds, etc.
Make sure he is comfortable and relaxed. Talk to him about what feels so different between oral sex and everything else. Try different things. You might have to slow down, speed up, use more tongue, use less tongue, use your hands more, etc.

but i do orgasm we've tried everything.

That is absolutely normal, don't feel bad at all. First, it is difficult for a girl to applicate a perfect stimulation on her partner's p***s, because we are not in their heads and we do not feel what we are doing to them.
Secondly, like Lorien said, some people find it hard to orgasm in certain contexts/positions. Just ask him what feels good. And if he can reach orgasm in plenty other ways, don't kills yourself over this small matter ^^
