Bio: Nymphadora Theodore Tonks was born to Ted and Andromeda Tonks on May 2nd 1973. She was in Hufflepuff when in Hogwarts, and she did not like to follow the rules. Being a Metamorphmagus, she always found it hilarious to impersonate some of the stuffier teachers. Snape, thinking he was clever, repeatedly compared her to her felon of a second cousin, whom she'd probably only met once in her life anyway when she was, like, a fetus or something. Even so, it bugged her to be related to not only a psychotic torturing murderess, but she also had to have her sycophantic serial killer second cousin shoved into her face every other day by "The Nose with the Man Attached."
After Hogwarts, Tonks was the only girl in her training group to become an Auror, and later, the only of the trainees to actually become one. She had trained under (her hero) the legendary Alastor "Mad-Eye" Moody, and Junior Captain Kingsley Shacklebolt. Since she had become an Auror Alastor had retired, been kidnapped and impersonated for a year, and Kingsley had become one of the several Senior Captains on The Force, which happened to be one step under Head of the Auror Offices.
After a year working with the Order of the Phoenix, befriending werewolves and thieves and her not-so-murderous second cousin, Tonks suddenly found everything falling out of her control. Sirius was dead, the Order was scattered, she had been sent to St. Mungo's, and Remus was the only thing in the whole world that made sense anymore. And he refused to acknowledge that they had feelings for one another. She's been unable to use her Metamorphmagus abilities since, without inflicting extreme pain upon herself.
