Peri stood at the elevator that would take him and his student down to the canyon floor. The canyon was a good place to teach flying as there was less chance of sudden sidewinds hitting the dragon in midair. Plus the river flowing underneath was a bit softer landing than hard ground.
He was going to teach a white dragon flight today. It would be just the second flying class he'd taught and his first one had gone rather well.

Lucía strolls together for D-corp with Tiamat looking for Perilas the teacher that teach her things about the white dragons, he will teach to Tiamat to fly. Tiamat doesn't know exactly to where they go but she knows that she goes to one of those places where they teach things to Lucía.
"Hey Teacher Perilas" she said loud when she sees him and start to rum toward him.
Tiamat recognizes him and she runs to greet him in her way, licking him and moving the tail.

Peri waved as his pupil arrived, chuckling at the dragon's enthusiasm at seeing him again. "Hello. I'll bet you two are excited about this class. C'mon, let's get down to the canyon floor and I'll explain more to you!" He hit the button and the doors opened. The man stuck his arm out to hold the doors open for the two to enter before he got on and hit the button.
The elevator doors opened once again at the bottom and Peri let the girl and dragon off before he guided them over towards the river and stopped at a fairly level clearing. "Alright. If you could come stand over here, I'll show your friend here where to sit." He directed his comment at Tiamat, gesturing right beside him.

Lucía and Tiamat enter in the elevator but Tiamat it is not very sure in such a closed place and when the doors open up she leaves soon after andshe waits Lucía out of it .
Lucía follows Peri and she is placed where he tells her and she looks amusing to Tiamat. Tiamat that is near Lucía follows Peri but she never stops to look from time to time toward Lucía.

Peri grinned at Tiamat. "We're going to have you try taking off on your own and let you get accustomed to that before adding your friend on." He glanced at Lucia. "You'll want to sit as close to the center of gravity as possible, which is usually located at about the wings. Obviously, you'll want to stay out of the way of the wings. We'll try that in a bit. Might as well let her try flying first."
The man looked back at the dragon. "When you get tired, we'll take a bit of a break and talk about air currents."

Lucía smiles to Peri and she nods "Is as skate! wow this sound so fun" Lucia look at Tiamat try to taking off and she encourages her "Go Tia you can! Go!"
Tiamat has a concentration face and she tries to move her wings to the same time, She try to remember as he little Teal made it, she now can to stay at a small distance of the floor, she is stuborn and no want to stop but is very tired.

Peri grinned at the dragon's face, hiding his smile behind his hand. "Very good!" He waved the white down. "We'll break here for a moment and talk about air currents. You see, air is a lot like water. It's got layers that move at different speeds and in different directions. There's almost always a layer that moves in the direction you're wanting to go in. You just have to find it. There are also things called updrafts and downdrafts. An updraft is a rising column of air and a downdraft is the opposite."
The man looked over at the white. "Well, how do you feel? You'll want to go slow until you've built up some muscle and that'll take some time. But, if you feel up to it, you can take your girl up for a bit."

Lucía and Tiamat look at Peri trying to understand that he is saying on the currents of air but they don't understand it very well. But that won't stop them, they will fly together they both think with conviction.
Tiamat smiles to Peri she would love to take Lucía with her but her wings are a little sore. Then she looks at Lucía and she decides that it doesn't care the she will attempt it. Tiamat gesture with her head a Lucia to mount her.

Peri smiled. "Just a short one. Don't want to hurt your muscles, after all. After this, we'll be done for the day. You'll just have to remember to take it slow, but over time, with lots of practice, you'll be able to fly longer."

Lucía and Tiamat nod, understanding the reasoning of Peri. Then Lucía is placed among the wings of Tiamat and she tries to find the point of balance without bothering the movements of Tiamat. "I bother you Tia or you can move well" Lucia said holding on Tia's neck.
Tiamat feels Lucía's weight and like she moves to be placed. Then she hears her ask her if she bothers her. Tiamat nods negatively and she begins to move her wings. It is hard with Lucía's added weight but Tiamat doesn't want to surrender and at the end she is able to take off the floor some spans before landing tired.

Peri grinned as the two rose into the air. "Good job!" He clapped as they landed. "Now you can practice at home and get better!" With a beckoning motion, he headed towards the elevator to take them up.

Lucia and Tiamat smile to Peri, "We will practice a lot and we will be the better pair for ever" Lucia said so excited and hug Tiamat that move her tail. Then they follow Peri towards the elvator to go at home.
