"It seems... they aren't here either," Ger spoke as he walked peacefully down the shoreline. After visiting his secluded half-brother, Trig, he had decided to walk on to his next destination. The sole reason he came here was to see his half-brother again and to see if his family had passed through here. It seems this too was a dead end in his search. "Jack... Dad, where are you?"
The wave crashed causes the tide to rush up the shore and over his paws causing the adult to jump and scramble away yelling. Water... oh how he hate how the salty water touched his fur... tasted horrible to lick clean and, what more, it made his fur sticky and smelly. How could Trig live down here? He even swam in the ocean from time to time. Ezekiel did too... how those two enjoyed it, he will never know.
From what Trig had told him, there was a pride that lived along the shore. His only objective was to ask for directions to the Kusini lands, perhaps Aysha had gone back there. Or was it the Unity Walkers that she was once a part of? Oh, how he missed them...
I wonder how far it is now...

nahoda'kota whom was quite the opposite of the young aadult loved the shore and it's salty waves. It was infact, his afternoon off, ravi had taken over guard duety for the day and before returning to his family for an afternoon with his mate and cubs he'd gone for a swim. The huge, jet black male stuck out like a sore thumb against the pale sands and crystaline blye waters. Though his mane was bedraggled by the waves it was still a huge mass of fur, which made him look even larger. By and large Nahodha'kota was a formidable looking beast and many thought him frightening at first glance. Of course, sitting in the waves and allowing the water to wash over his tail and up his sides could make him look a little silly and almost like a very big very content house cat. This was his home, his life, he could live no where else. The sea was the one place in the world where he felt he belonged. Coal black eyes opened sleepily and he glanced down the beach spotting the golden coat of the other male. he remained in a relaxed possition, the pale streak that ran up his face splitting in a smile as he waited for the other to come closer. He knew he must quetion this other lion, so much for his afternoon off any way. he chuckled to himself and crossed his fourpaws, perhaps this one was just lost, he didn't seem to much like the waves.

"Hey, do you know where the Bahari'moto is, stranger?"
He called out. Ger spotted the lion easily when he turned his head. The dark form stood out nicely against the white foam, the tan sand, the blue sky and ocean. The Pride Lander would push further to greet him more properly but he was in the water... that salty water. Unlike this male, from what he could see, he was much more well kept, his mane left as it always had, grown naturally into place. Mane parted down the middle, falling over his eyes and the side of his face just like his half-brother Trig but not as pronounced. But unlike the rest of the half-siblings, he had a stray piece of mane that stuck out as if it could not decide which side to fall onto. No matter what he did, it never stayed down. Like the rest of the half-siblings, and even his son, he had a well built body but the weakest build out of all of them.
Ezekiel... He could only hope that his son was well taken care of by his best friend and fellow brother, Ezeoha.

Standing slowly, the jet black male revealed his full size, his coal black eyes looking down upon the other male. He was far from some feirce being, he was just, unusually large, some where in his genes he had gained a giants blood line. despite his some what eeriely huge looks the big males face lit up in a smile, splitting that pale line which ran up his face in two. "Aye lad ye be a standin on it." He chuckles and shook off his fur, letting for a moment his thick fluff stand on end, making him look like a huge cuddly teddy bear rather than some feirce guardian. "Tha names nahodha'kota lad, 'ow can i be of assistance to ye? I'm one 'o' tha' guards roun' 'ere an' I be knowin' jus' aboot everywun." he gave the other male a roguish wink "I'm reaconin' yer lookin' fer someone, cuz ye dun' seem ta be a likin' tha waves, tho I dun be a knowin' why, tis, a byootiful thin' tha sea."

Ger chuckled softly. His jargon was the strangest he has ever heard, did everyone talk like him around here? If he stuck around long enough, he would be afraid that he might pick it up too. From what he could see, he was larger than he was in size, but by far, he did not yet rival his oldest half-sibling, Trig. Somehow, Ger wondered how he could be so fortunate to be so large and yet feel so cursed to be so. Strange...
"So I am already in the Bahari'moto? Well then, that saves me the trouble of seeking it out!" he called out to the other lion. Maybe he could stick around a little, but he must get on his way after that.
"Name's Ger, son of Jahzara and Argoko, a Pride Lander," he greeted back. Good, this one had manners! Being with his son when they came around to be with Trig for a while, he picked up a few lessons himself. "I was just looking for a family of felines, the father is a leopard, the mother is a lioness, and the cubs are a mixture of both. Have you by chance seen them pass through here at all?"
He looked down at his paws, the fur matted and sandy. He did not mind the sand, but the matted fur bothered him immensely. Salty, sticky, oh he was definitely not looking forward to cleaning them.

'Kota ruffled his mane a little and padded towards the young male his tail flickering back and forth. "Pri'laner eh? Shoulda known, yer smell 'o' dirt an' good 'ealth. Wuz raised in tha lan's o pri' me self, me ma an pa they were jus' a flingin' but me an' my sisters we got on jus' fine. kizuka an mchelle maybe ye be a knowin' um? Na..well I spose ye won' tha pri'lans is a big place. Alway's dreamed 'o tha sea all thru me youth so I moved ere soon as I could." He paused for a moment before answering the other question his dark mane falling over his eyes for a moment before he flicked it away. "Aye lad, I bin a seein' them, they be 'avin a pale lioness wit um too? wit spots?" He licked his lips. "Ave ta keep me goolies on' evryone ye know? Ah'm assigned ta guar' tha pri' wit me life an' I do it prou'ly"

"Kizuka and Mchelle? I have heard of them, they are Trina's parents," he smiled. Trina, oh how he loved her. Though he wished he knew where she was right now... poor Ezekiel is probably looking for her himself, but when he gets back, the search will be much more efficent by two fold. "The Pride Lands are a big place, but it is where we live and we are safe. Besides, a large pride means a lot of power to fight back if someone was foolish enough to threaten out peaceful lives. No God will be safe from us if he dared to endanger our lives."
Ger smiled, but shortly frowned and a sigh escaped his maw.
"Unfortunately, that was not them. My father is the one with the spots, my mother is dark. I am afraid they may not have passed through here. In hindsight, looking around here was sort of foolish, my father would not want to get his fur wet with this sort of water."

"Aye lad, ye be right Trina is my sister, i aint seen 'er in a donkys age, ow's she been a fairin?" He smiled, he was excted, his dark eyes shimmering, news of his family? He hardly ever thought of them, truthfully but to hear of them from someones lips, well it gladdened his heart. "Arg I be a sorry lad, I'm frai' I dun ave any more info than tha' for ye. Thar be a lion an lepard couple on tha shores, but if they aint who ye be a lookin fer fraid I cannae ''elp ye any more 'n ta offer ye a place ta sleep perapes afore ye get on ye way?" He smiled, he wasn't the king but he would watch which ever den this male went in to and make sure he was escorted out of the lands at the end of his visit. There was no poitn bothering the king with a visitor.

"Ah, so Trina's your sister? Well then, I guess that would make us brothers in a way, now won't it?" Ger smiled. He saw nothing wrong with telling Kota here that he was mates with Trina. To know that he met another brother, another one tied to himself, it was good to know that his place in this world was not forgotten. "She's doing fine, she has been keeping us in check for a long time, god only knows that we can take care of ourselves with the way we tend to snooze the morning away. I remember the last time we snored after our run, she gave us a hard cuff to the head for it!"
The male shook his head and offered a smile. "It is fine, at least now I know for sure that they are not here. I'll gladly take the offer of spending the night here. Just not anywhere near the shore and I will be fine," he dipped his head. "Will your king mind it if I stayed?"
Looking past Kota at the horizon, he thought more about his beloved mate. That was when it hit him... D-didn't she say... h-her brother was overly protective? Ger took his teal eyes back on this male.

Syrius Lionwing (3:31:52 PM): 'Kota tilted his head. "Brotha's, ow ye be a meanin' lad?" he raised a curious brow, those coal black eyes searching the other male for an answer which just didn't seem to float in to his mind straight away. Snoozing, with trina? He blinked a couple of times, befoere sheaking his thick head and chuckling. "I spose I couldna spected 'er to stay on 'er own fereva, she always was tha adventrous type. Jus' ope ye be a lookin' after 'er lad, wouldn' wanna ave to urt ye any." He big male raised a brow below his thick mane, his obsidian eyes fixing sternly on the bronze maned male. "I prefare not ta disturb the king unless ye be a stayin' for more'n a day or two. I'll let 'im know yer about, bu' I'll be a watchin' yer while yer ere, no offence, bu' it aint a big pri lad an' tho ye says names I be a knowin' tha dun make ye a trus' worthy person. Thar be cubs aroun' My cubs as we l as a litter o new born's an i won' see um dangered acause i wuz careless."
PhiferWolf (3:36:13 PM): "Well, I couldn't leave her alone for too long. She is my mate, but with our son, she has some company while I'm away. Don't you worry, she's safe, she doesn't need me or our son to do any protectin'," Ger backed his head a little. He was still uncertain if this male would harm him if he knew that he had gotten his sister pregnant, plus the acts that lead to it. He knew protective brothers... he just hope Kota here was not the same sort.
"I'm just spending the night, you don't have to worry about any cubs being harmed. I am not that sort of male. I understand about the being watched part, you are just doing your job..."

Syrius Lionwing (3:39:07 PM): 'Kota snorted. Trina had a son? "Ah'd like ta meet tha lad one day. Nice ta know my family as been doin well without me." He smiled half heartedly, it still worried him that his sister, HIS sister had a male and cub, but well, he had a mate and cubs to. He couldnt have possibly expected her to live her life in a hole for the rest of forever now could he? He knew the answer, so with one little laugh he turned to Ger and winked. "Don' worry lad I aint gunna hurt ye, bu' I'm still gunna watch ye. Come, Ah'll show ye to a wee cavelett away from the water an I'll bout see ye orf in tha mornin."
PhiferWolf (3:44:36 PM): Ger thought for a moment. How long has it been since? "If I'm right... Ezekiel is probably just starting to grow his mane, if not already. And I would not put it past him to make me a grandfather and Trina a grandmother..." he spoke a loud, not to anyone in particular. To be a grandfather... a creepy thought, but a pleasant one knowing that his son was happy and that he was living his life. He could not expect his son to wait for his return.
"Alright, sounds like a good idea. Thank you, Kota. I guess I'll be seeing you in the morning?" this male winking at him made him feel wierd. If he kept doing it as he has, Ger might have mistaken it as being hit on by him...
Creepy.

Syrius Lionwing (3:48:49 PM): "Aye, well youngin's will do tha to ye really." h chuckles and started to trot over the sand his large paws eating up the pale sands as he headed for the jungle and the dens in the distance. he wasn't going to take ger in too far, there were plenty of dens on the edge away from the main populous. Stepping on to the dark, volcanic rock the large male turned to look at Ger "Thar be a den at tha top 'o this ridge. Make yer self comfortable bu' don' be a doin' no wonnerin' abou'." He sat slowly then and waited for the other to leave for the den. He would have to find ravii and tell him about this traveler too, he would take it in turns with Ravi to watch the den, he decided, he wasn't going to leave ger unguarded, not while there were cubs about. "Ave a good sleep lad. Ah'll cya in the dawn." He grumbled turning his gaze off down the beach.
PhiferWolf (3:53:00 PM): Ger nodded and stepped upon the cool lava bed. It was a first for him, and it certainly wasn't going to be his last. During his travels, he had seen and experienced many things. This was just the tip of the iceberg, he thought. The world was opened to him now, but at this moment, it was time to settle down for a good night's sleep before his travels tomorrow.
"Don't you worry, Kota, I won't be wandering, far too tired to walk too much further." He replied, heading up the ways and settling himself down at the entrance of the den. He looked at his brother with great teal eyes. He may not have been overly protective as he thought he was, it seems Trina simply over exaggereated. With a soft yawn, he rested his head down.
Hmm... wasn't Ravi and Sevi here too?

Once ger was settled and 'kota was sure he wasn't going any where, he trotted off downt he beach, so much for his night off, he had to go and speak to ravi before he could go to his mate nd kids. well, it was his job to serve and protect these lands and thats what he would do.
