I honestly only remember reading one other vampire book besides the Twilight series, and I can't even remember the tittle! Maybe some one here will know which book I'm talking about.

It revolves around a young girl (16 I think) and her Mother and Dad (maybe a younger brother). I think they went on vacation or something, and they stayed a a hotel/INN. There they meet a very handsome and intelligent man. He's much much older than the daughter, I think maybe in his late 30's or early 40's. Through-out the book, you don't really know that he's a vampire. You think he's some creepy old guy trying to get this young girl in bed with him. Of course, we find out that's not the case. The young girl falls in love with him, as he planned, and willing gives herself up to him to eat.
Now I'm not sure, but I think he had done this once before. He comes back every 20 or 50 years or so, picks a pretty girl out of the crowd, makes her fall in love with him and then convinces her to let him drink her. I think, as the daughter is about to sacrifice herself for him, the spirit of the last girl he killed warns her and saves her. But I'm not sure...

Does this ring a bell for anyone?

hmmmm...sounds familiar.....does she have a younger brother??? i think its called ...either "Companions of the night" or..."Look for me by moonlight" i think the second one is the one.....

But anyway, it sounds like a fantastic book. But... good luck with the finding the title. xD;
