In a time before cell phones and computers, t.v.s and internet, a time where most of today's teenagers could never survive, a time where Kings reigned on high with knights around them. Damsels lay in distress and Dragons ran rampart. Wizards and witches ran a muck causing trouble wherever they went (or at least most of them) It is this time that we belong.
Four kingdoms are the main rulers. They are the Pearl, land of the north, Onyx, the land of the south, Ruby jewel of the West, and the Emerald pride of the east. Peace has been kept through out the years within these four kingdoms. Will it change? What will happen? Does Romance blossom? What happens when four kids from the 21st century are thrown into this time?
The answer lies souley in the hands of the Rper.

There will be some criteria that needs to be followed for these four.
1 must be the protective bookworm
1 must be hyper and love to read as well as in to history
1 must be care free/ hippie-ish fashion type of person.
all must be friends.
These will be harder to get approved.

Rules:
1.)All profiles must be PMed to me
2.)Do not start posting until you have received an acceptance PM or your profile has been posted.
3.)If you are accepted, please be sure to check the RP every so often so you don't miss a lot and keep it active. I do understand that not everyone can get on every day, but please try and post once a week if not more.
4.)Follow all of the Gaia rules and no godmodding
5.) Romance is encouraged, but keep it to making out and less. If you want more than it must go to the PMs.
6.) I hold the right to make any changes to the rules and thrown in extra things like certain situations (ex. a tornado) to keep the RP moving
7.) Respect the other RPers and although i don't think it'll be an issue, no deaths unless approval has gone through me and whoever it is that is suppose to die
8.)Please no text talk. The only time this is appropriate is if you have to get off in a hurry and you want to say something really fast. It would be nice, if this happens, you would go back and correct it later.
9.) If you're going to quit, then please PM me and let me know. It's really annoying when people quit out of the blue because it can really mess up a story line. I'd be more than happy to help people out with writing themselves out of the story and I understand that it can be hard to keep up with RPs and you may have to quit. I'd just appreciate a little heads up.
10.)These are all subject to change so check often. I'll try and put up a notice if a rule has changed/been added and will put it in a different color so it's easy to spot as well.
11.) just to make sure you read these and agree to follow them, please put one song from Wicked somewhere in the PM whether it be the subject or at the end of the application as well as the word Medevil.
12.) For failure to meet these rules, you will receive three warnings. After that you will get a temporary ban. The length will be decided depending on what rules have been broken. After that time you can come back. After a second set of three strikes, you will be asked to stop/be banned.
13.)Cussing is allowed but try and sensor it. (ex. B*tch or b**ch or b***h, i think you get it) and don't let it get out of hand.

Bio: Rika is very quiet and tends to keep to herself, but if she has something to say everybody knows. She’s not afraid to speak her mind and usually gets in trouble for it. She usually has her nose in a book or is busily writing in one notebook or another. She can be very sweet and kind until someone gets on her bad side. This is usually pretty hard since she doesn’t like to show too much emotion especially around strangers. But if someone messes with her friends or little brother, then they better run for the hills because bad things happen when Rika gets ticked. She has a little brother that is ten years younger than her and she loves him to death. She’s moved around a lot and it was after her last move that she met her three friends. She’s rarely seen without at least one of them and they are some of the few people that she lets see past her emotional mask, though not all have them have seen her cry. She does have a bit of a temper, but thanks to her friends, she’s learning to control it.

Bio: Katie Charlotte was wed in and arranged marriage to Lord Andrew Ryle when she was only 17, but unlike your regular arranged marriage romance blossomed in this union and she quickly found that Andrew was truly the love of her life. Over the five years of her marriage they were happy and her only regret became the fact that she seemed unable to give Andrew a son, but he didn’t really seem to mind. They spent much of there time at home entertaining and throwing grand parties for nobles and subjects alike. Sadly Andrew was often away on trips to establish trade contract and improve the lives of his people. On one of these Voyages he was assaulted by the famed pirate captain Sepherina and killed. When the letter telling of his death reached his young wife she fell into a state on the border of madness she refused to belive his death true until she lay eyes upon the body and she blamed her self totally for his death. She turned to the church for solace felling that Andrew’s death was gods way of punishing her for wrong doings in he life. She now spend hours praying, speaks and eats little, and observes the rituals of mourning.
