'lo! I was told to introduce myself in here by Triskal, so here I am.
stare Know her IRL, and she pointed me towards you guys and had me read some of the RP. And talked me into joining, which didn't really take much. I've never RPed before beyond real time stuff through instant messaging, but I do a little writing on the side so I shouldn't be too terrible (mind you, I'm not nearly as talented as some of you people from what I've read). I've been a Star Wars geek since I was little (funny story-- I was actually introduced to it by my dad after going to a Star Trek exhibit at a local museum), but I haven't been able to read a lot of the new novels due to other obsessions and school work.
I've actually had a character set up for a Star Wars universe for a couple of years, so this is a perfect oppurtunity to bring her out and see if she floats. Expect a character profile along with a sample up sometime later tonight.
