It was a bright, happy day. Raz was offically fully-fledged Psychonaut now--the youngest one ever. But what was the point if there was nothing to do? With the world at a, well, moderate peaceful state there were no missions. He had already spent the earlier part of the day burning a few flowers, using clairvoyance to look through a rabbit's eyes (quite disturbing, really), and pk to skip rocks across a lake.
But he was still soooo bored.
His ear's flicked as he heard a faint sneezing on the wind, and his first thought was, "Cool, someone else!" So he pulled his goggles over his eyes and hopped on his levitation ball to roll on over. The problem with riding on a ball, however, is that it tends to roll with the ground's leverage. Not such a great thing when one is on a hill.
Down he rolled...
...faster and faster...
...until he landed in a pile of flowers, covering himself, and the other kitsu, in a mess of sticky, yellow pollen.

Zazel, as per the norm, was out on her own trying to find some way to ditch these powerful but condemning powers and the equally frustrating allergies. She could handle one or the other but not both. And it wasn't going to so well either... she'd opted for a sort of flood out approach and had surrounded herself with dandelions and lemongrass in a large field well away from where any kitsusagi might tread.
With every sneeze and subsequent shift she grumbled and muttered more, mood growing fouler by the moment. "It's just not FAIR!" She roared out, stomping a paw as she sneezed and returned to her normal form.
And then a bad day got worse.
Some idiot rolled down the hill and crashed into her despite her best efforts to dodge... and he'd managed to throw more pollen then she'd seen before into the air.
"You arrogant, absent-minded bumbling foo- ACHOO!" Eyes watering, a ripple of green energy flowed over her body, changing the fur from peachy to a green so dark it was almost black. Little green lines that matched her now glowing eyes flowed over her back and legs, claws were now talons and teeth far sharper. "ARGH! You fool!" Snapping at Raz, she growled and bared her fangs, in no mood to deal with the inevitable fright this would cause the other.
Only a few other kitsus had been welcoming of her curse... but they were exceptions to the rule.
"What do you want!?"

"Oh. Hey, yeah, sorry 'bout that. Didn't realize I was on a hill." Raz jumped up and started dusting himself off, oblivious that he was just spreading the pollen around. He'd met many strange people before; he was cool at them all wigging out so long as they didn't try to take his brain. That was not cool.
"I'm Raz." He beamed as he puffed out his chest. "A full-fledged Psychonaut." As he took a closer look at her, she did seem a little... well, pissed. "Woah, someone rolled out of the wrong side of the bed this morning. You look like Coach Oleander when we strung up his underwear on the flag pole," he sniggered, quite amused with his comparison.

She stared at him for a long moment, brow arched high, "How can you not realize you're on a hill?" Zazel scoffed and reared up, growling once more as he eyes flashed, "Why would I care what you are?" Grumbling, she turned and started walking away, sneezing once more as the pollen began to settle and changed back to normal.
"Leave me alone."

He waited until she turned around to stick his tongue out at her, and then began to trot after her. "Because, I can set you on fire with my mind." Raz demonstrated on a flower a few feet away; the defenseless little thing went up in a poof of smoke. "Burn!" He started to giggle like mad. Yes, today he was very, very bored.
"Can you do that?"
