This land is very open, all plant life as been destroyed due to the unbearable heat. If earth attacks the nonexsitant plantlife will be of use to use. Magma fills the cracks that have been formed byt the extreme earthquakes that seem to happen around this area. Geyeser's not only shoot flamming wate but magma as well.

As Seifer drove his forces through toward the border he noticed a small bird swooping overhead. A note drifted downward toward his free hand. After a quick inspection, he recognised that it was royal parchment. He scoffed at the idea of a summit discussion in leu of his current plan. The note ignited and burned to nothing in less than two seconds. "To hell with that.", he proclaimed, "I have my own plans for how to situate our nation with this war."

((Thinking on it now, I see too many inconsistencies in this place. I think the description post needs to be revised. Though I could say the same for most of the areas actually. I'll repeat this in the chatterbox so someone might actually see it.))
Seifer's remaining forces came trudging through the charred lands somewhat trailed by the bound and captured civilians and farmers. Most of the soldiers were eager to return to Flamma city as they were headed in that particular direction. Morale always seemed to improve when everybody was ready to go home. Seifer himself thought back on his original plan. He indeed did wane from it dramatically but when thinking back, this was probably the only way to go about it with his forces alone. It was at this point that it began to sink in that he brought genocide to an entire nation. It seemed unlikely that there really was anybody else beyond the roughly hundred prisoners he was now corralling back toward Flamma City. Not only that but at this point there should be an obvious burnt scar across the surface of the planet. Still, it was for the purpose of crushing his enemies, remorse wasn't something he could feel after such a huge success.
Though it took some time, it seemed to fly by as the caravan made its way toward Flamma city's limits.
