 Forte had Luna help her wash down on the river earlier that morning. She wanted to look her best when she met Liberty's family. Family, was something Forte had wanted, she never got a chance to meet her mother really, or at least that she could remember. She clopped her way to the bush, and she looked around it, heading in the direction that he had told her the other day.
As she made her way there, her ears twitched to the sounds of a herd, she much have been getting close, as she rounded the corner, she did what Liberty had suggest, and she announced herself. "Hello? my name is Forte, I'm a friend of Liberty's." She spoke at a level that anyone near by would hear.

An older and rather large black she-wolf with a white hip grunted as she got to her feet with a growl. " Yeah and? What you want with my boy?" This clearly had to be his 'momma' Nene he had told her about. However before she could answer a large bright blue, silver,and black Soquili mare came over, her gold eyes were kind as she smiled at Forte " Welcome to our home dear. Liberty told me all about meeting you. Nene you hush and leave this poor child alone now."
Her voice was kind and soothing as she led Forte away from the grumbling she-wolf. Across the glade an older black usdia stallion with a red,white, and blue mane was asleep under a shade tree. That had to be his father Pendence. A strangely dressed cream colored stallion was peering into baskets curiously looking for left over treats. Across the glad Liberty was playing tag with what looked to be a little kalona filly.

Forte was taken aback by the wolf, but before she could really do anything or say anything the larger mare had taken her away. The area looked really peaceful, she saw the usdia male, He looked really pretty, but then her attention was taken away by the other two playing. She smiled some, standing next to the older Mare and then looked over to the older stallion that was peeking into the baskets. "Thats 'uncle' Momo?" She asked the blue mare, before she looked back over to Liberty. He was so adorable playing the the filly.

Mapiya's laugh was happy and easy, it was obvious she spent a lot of the time smiling and laughing. " Yes that is Momi. The cranky one taking a nap is his father Pendence but we all call him Pen. The little one he is playing with is my foster daughter Adour. She is a bit of a pill but she is a sweet girl." Her gold eyes followed the pair a smile on her lips before she looked back down at Forte," You are welcome to go join them dear. Liberty has been rambling about you all morning."

Momiji did come off as a big kid, even from that far away. She looked up at her and nodded a little. "Gah, he has? Oh no!" she laughed, feeling her cheeks blue, she was suddenly feeling very self conscious. She made a shy smile, her tail swishing a little behind her. But with that, she trotted over to the other two slowly. "Hey~"

Liberty's eyes lit up as he saw her, abandoning the game to trot to her side. " Hey! You made it. I was kinda scared I wouldn't get to see you again!" He nuzzled her cheek happily, unaware of the fact he kinda smelled from sweating and running about.
Lilac eyes narrowed at the strange mare coming up to -her- pinky. Who was this upstarter and how dare she interrupt their game?! That is to say nothing of the outrage that crossed the little filly's face when he nuzzled that..that...hussy!! She squealed angerily and shoved past them to run to Mapiya complaining -loudly- about forte so rudely inttrupting their game.
Liberty's face flushed as he frowned after Adour before looking back at Forte" I am so sorry love. Adour is rather jelous of all of our time. Come on though..I promised to show you the beach today didn't I?"

Forte giggled and she nuzzled back. "Of course. I thought I might have gotten lost." She swished her tail happily, and looked over to Adour and the blue mare. Her ears twitched and she whimpered a little. She hadn't meant to cause any trouble. "Ah.. es thats right. "She smiled at Liberty.

He shook his head stubbornly and smiled more"Nonsene. I want to show it to you love. Don't mind Adour she is just a spoiled little monster." His chuckle took the string out of the words as he nuzzled her again before heading towards the beach. He didn't meantion that fact he just wanted to get to spend some time alone with her again. Oh no , he wouldn't fess up to that.

She laughed a little, and moved to follow after him. She looked bak at the glade with his family, and she twitched her ears a little. What an odd family it was. She glanced back to him and moved to walk next to him.

Liberty chuckled softly as she trotted up to his side, " Hey listen I am sorry about them. They all mean well, they are just kinda crazy ya know?" His smile was amused as he shook his head again. " I really am sorry." He wasn't aware of just how much his eyes were pleading for her to not judge his family or him too harshly.

She looked over at him and smiled, nibbling at his ear. "Ooh, no no it's alright. " She nudged against him. "Least you have a family, you know?"

It took every ounce of willpower he had to not moan when she nibbled his ear. He knew she didn't realize what that would do to him so he just held his breath till she stopped and shivered. Lord she was gonna be the death of him.
Belatedly he realized she was talking to him and shook his head to clear it, " Uhh right!"

Forte's ears twitched at him and she laughed a little. As she walked along with him, she muled over the idea of a family. She wondered if Luna would find other horses to bring home. With this she fell silent, listening to the world around her.

Liberty smiled at her tenderly. He was really growing fond of the dark little mare, she made him laugh. She didn't seem freaked out by his weird family...but then she hadn't met on of the most important members yet..
God how was he going to introduce her to his uncle spike!?!?

As they walked,her ears twitched. She blinked a few times, she was able to hear the ocean. She looked over at him. "Is that it?" she asked, referring to the noise. She had never see the ocean or the beach before.
