**Pre-Note!** In the manga atm, there was mention of Itachi having a "lover" and so, I am taking it upon myself to make that lover a man. And to write a one shot fanfic about it!

Itachi, a man with a heart that was against war, against violence, lays beside his lover, a man with features that fully embodied the Uchiha clan. His hair was jet black, and only half as long as Itachi's, but he was much more muscular and a member of the police force with his father. Itachi knew tomorrow would be the day, the day his mission would come to pass, the day he would become a rouge ninja. He looked into his lovers eyes, which stared at him with that kaleidescope stare, the eyes that come tomorrow would be clouded by Itachi forever. In a matter of moments the other man pressed his lips to Itachi's and their souls became one. It was if their minds had both been placed into one container and their thoughts freely roamed each others heads.
"Whats wrong Itachi? " his counter part whispered after the agonizing kiss was at its end.
"Nothing" was the response Itachi chose. He smiled a smile only this man had seen, and kissed him once more.
Clothing was sprawled across the hard wood floor of the lovers apartment, the temperature rose, and fell, and all was silence until the morning birds began to sing. However by that time Itachi had left, and the lover was all alone in his room with nothing but a note to explain Itachi's disappearance.
"My love, please forgive me, please don't let those eyes encompass hatred for me, that is all I ask from you, it is my mission, I must fulfill it.
Itachi"
The evening came, and all was silenced, except one boys hollow screams. And in that following morning, not even the birds did sing.
"Everyone smiles as you drift past the flowers, That grow so incredibly high. Newspaper taxis appear on the shore, Waiting to take you away.
Climb in the back with your head in the clouds, And you're gone.
Lucy in the sky with diamonds, Picture yourself on a train in a station,
With plasticine porters with looking glass ties, Suddenly someone is there at the turnstyle, The boy with the kaleidoscope eyes."
