My brain is in the process of pooping this out. Yes I am aware that the wind is 1) blowing her hair to the right, 2) blowing her ribbonthings to the left, and 3) not blowing her skirt. That will be fixed... eventually.

First off, I'd like to say that's pretty slick, I like where you're going with it.
If you're having concerns about the wind, consider the main character facing into the wind, which would flail and flap the ribbonthings, and kinda push her hair to the sides of her face. I'm pretty convinced that'll suss it, since I had almost the same experience IRL last week with high winds. I just don't have any scarves or ribbonthings to wear.
Her right hand; if the arm is positioned how it is, you should probably depict the hand in front of the skirt. If you keep the hand behind her, you'll probably have to move the arm, since it would be at more of an angle, less parallel with the rib cage than it is. If you have a decent sized mirror, or ideally a full-length dressing mirror, try the pose options yourself, see what you think.
The knees could be defined a bit better. Are those kneepads? Are those high boots? Add detail, not necessarily rendering. I like how you've got the incremental detailing working on her. And you might want to change the highlights on her bottom lip. There's three and you can get away with keeping them, just make the left hand (her right) two more pink/orange/whatever and leave the brightest highlight closest to the light source, as it should be.
You probably have a plan for the background, but if you don't pull up a new layer and mess around with lightening the sky on down. You can keep if just as indistinct and still have it recede into (the impression of) a desert wasteland expanse. But even if you don't mess with it, it still works fine. xd
A little fashion quibble about the hanging ends on the collar. Should it be connect to the black ribbon thing as a full fetish neckbracewear thing, or attached to the corset? Should it have an open clasp hanging, to imply that it's being worn out of context? Just loose ends that are bugging me for no good reason. wink
Overall, it's looking quite good.

The collar thing... it's just some fashion idea I had one day and ran with. It's just supposed to look like an out-of-place collar on a halter top. ;D
Yup, I was going to get on rendering her hand. And there is still a bunch of s**t left to render. Knee detail, I'll definitely have to take that into account.
Thanks for the thorough comment! It's all totally 100% useful and I will put it into action tomorrow when I'm awake and, hopefully, inspired x_X

Long time no update this. Is done. Have a bluer version: A partner piece, the antagonist to the other picture's protagonist. Transportation design and I are not friends. I will have to write it a blank check or something in order to get into college. PS: Fun fact! The biotch in my signature is the same biotch as the biotch in my new piece. How she's grown *proud parent*

Hot chick on a bike? A+++++
I like the warm colors. Needs moar red. For some reason the yellow looks a little greenish on my monitor. Is that just me?

Wow late reply, but that's suppppoooosed to be yellow/green aka chartreuse? Have more, this time portrait WIPS of new characters. Birdo needs a name that doesn't have "chocobo" in it like all of my friends have suggested. Ganguro guy is Maga. Also, long overdue update on Aiment aka Bike Lady. I don't know if there's that much of a diff but too bad, your eyes will burn anyway.
