the tourney will take place in 3 man teams. There will be an even number of entrants from each guilds. (still working on getting an exact number)
Each person gets 25 points for jutsu. You may use an existing character, modified for jutsu or create a new one. Whenever you post your profile, the total jutsu cost should not exceed 25 pints. jutsu cost:
S-ranked: 6 points
A-ranked: 5 points
B-ranked: 4 points
C-ranked: 3 points
D-ranked: 2 points
E-ranked: 1 point
This way no one will have advantage becuase of havhaing a stronger character. It will be a test of Rp skills. I will also require that kekki genkai, elemental manipulation, Biju, weapon abilities, handsignless jutsu, or any other ability (other than the most basic taijutsu) be ranked and take up points so people with these things won't be able to use them as loop holes.

A few of you will remember that this guild wanted us to participate in a war with this guy and his guild a few months back. Well, he finally got back to me and said he's planning a multi-guild event with three man teams. I don't know exact details, but I need to know who will be interested in this. You don't even need to fill out your application yet: just post here! Although it would be nice if you formed your team prior to your post, feel free to post here if you are interested. If I can, I plan to enter. Who my team will be, I do not know. I will be bugging a few of you personally about this, so please don't be to mad if I disturb you!

UPDATE: Each team must have a self-appointed captain. How the captain is decided or what qualities he or she should have is entirely up to the team. Please declare your captain when posting your team here. If you have not yet decided on a captain, post anyway but realize that a captain must be decided ASAP.
UPDATE II: All teams must come up for a name for themselves! Why? Because I said so! Note it is must be approved by me before entered into the actual tournament.
UPDATE III. Just to let you all know, I told P3R that we'd be suppling six teams as of this moment. If we can't supply that many, that's fine. I am unsure if we can now go higher then six teams, so please registra with me as soon as possible.
