The fighting area is now much smaller than the previous arena type. 200 ft in radius, with a 100 ft in diameter platform in the center. The area between the platform and the high wall of the stands is 50 ft. There's something lying in this space other than usual sand and hard ground: water.
The water is no out of bounds, only the stands and beyond. However, the 6 ft thick platform is floating on top of water that is 30 ft deep, so the platform is bound to sway in balance whenever shifts of movement occur on its surface. Too much weight on one side can cause that side to become submerged in water for a few seconds before the balance resets itself.

Katsu walked out of the entrance tunnel leading into the arena for his second bout. Noticing that the platform was surrounded by water, he smirked a little before running full pelt towards the exit.
He leapt from where the path ended and dove headfirst into the water, flipping before submerging himself below the surface. His athletic abilities were received well among the crowd, as a loud roar erupted from the stands.
He casually swam towards the platform floating in the middle, and clambered up onto it. He felt it shift a little as his weight unbalanced it. But found that the closer he walked towards the middle the more balanced it was. Depending on how heavy his foe was, this could be an interesting match, He weighed about 182lbs himself, and stood at just over six feet tall.
finally smiling and waving at the crowd, Katsu flexed his wet gleaming muscles. He was only wearing martial arts shorts, and the sun caught his ripped torso very impressively. He was wearing the same knuckle dusters as his last fight, and also the same headband. The one difference however, was that this time around he had a bokken on his back, held there by a loose piece of rope.
After waving a little, he looked around for his opponent, nowhere to be seen as of yet.

"So, this is my new fighting ring."
Stepping out from the shadows of the walkway, the light of day shines down onto the next participant in this battle, standing proudly within the vibrant energy of the stadium, the blond hair of the black-clad Sanji moving along with the sways of the wind. His nose immediately picked up on the smell of water way before he was able to see the crystal blue shining around the floating platform, though it was nowhere as comfortable as the salt water of the seas, his true home, sailing along, riding the waves, be them calm or wild. To him, the sea was nothing more than another place for him to relax on.
Leaping from the edge, he somersaults through the air with one revolution, then lands onto the opposite end of the platform, yet, only little movement comes from its unbalancing. Sanji was not a heavy weight, and his landing seemed too graceful to cause any disturbance. A foreshadowing to what was to come from this fight. Standing upright from his crouch, he walks over to join his opponent near the center, and stands there with both hands in his pockets, looking at Katsu with eyes showing peace of mind to the situation that was about to occur.
The second round. He went through the elements to get here, aka his previous fight. It was time to fight against a different element, however: water, the surrounding medium keeping the platform steady, like a boat floating upon the surface of the ocean waters. He examined his opponent, seeing he was minimally dressed, with the addition of a wooden sword on his back. That could be either good or bad, but all Sanji thought about was how he was going to fight this new opponent. He looked like a physical fighter from first appearance, but he could always have that special ace up his sleeve. He will be cautious of that.
With a swift removal of his hands from his pockets, he runs at Katsu, leaning his upper body forward as his hair flies backwards against the top of his head, revealing the left eye that was hidden behind the bangs, the eyebrows curling into a unique design above each eye. Stopping just three feet from Katsu, he comes to an instant stop, only to redirect all that momentum into a swift left low kick aimed at Katsu's right thigh, his hips twisting with the movement.

Katsu watched as his opponent jumped from the walkways edge onto the platform, he seemed light on his legs and very agile. This meant he would be a dominant kicker, but didn't mean he didn't have other attributes at his disposal.
"Hey good lu.."
Katsu began, about to indulge in a little small talk before the fight, before he could finish, however this man had already began his charge towards Katsu. He seemed very eager.
Katsu bent down a little, bending both of his knee's and adjusting his stance so that an open palm was facing his opponent, with the arm fully outstretched. His other arm was bent with the hand being open and waving a little infront of his face.
His body was now facing the right. With his legs mimicking the positions of his arms. Left leg facing frontwards and bent a little, with the right leg facing off to the right, and bent just a little bit more than the left.
Katsu kept his stance strong and true as his opponent advanced, he was leaning into the run with his torso, this usually meant some kind of upper body attack, and so Katsu was surprised when he came to a complete halt. But he wouldn't just stand there and let his opponent prepare a close proximity attack.
He unfurled his knee's like a wound up spring, and launched into the air towards his opponent, aiming a straight momentum fueled jab into the jaw of Sanji. His hand traveled faster than one would expect, the weight of the knuckle duster adding to it's speed and also it's force upon impact. His free hand (right) kept close to his face, with his forearm remaining parallel to his hand, thus forming a solid guard for the rest of his exposed torso. His knee's were raised quite high, trying to cover up any weak points.
Of course this leaping attack meant that Sanji's leg sweep would miss. Even if it was by accident.

Sanji couldn't stop his attack since he already committed to it, but it was one of those quick kicks, an attack you can easily recover from with little time wasted. The way Katsu threw his entire body at Sanji was startling, but it wasn't something he would be surprised with. With his hips continuing to twist clockwise with the kick, his kick would miss, but still be able to touch against Katsu's body, and pushes against it to use it to get Sanji out of the way, his body turning with his facing to Katsu, and his right foot hopping off the ground.
Katsu will go flying past Sanji, with a tiny boost from Sanji's left leg pushing his opponent the rest of the way as he flew through the air, and Sanji will go landing back onto his right foot, twisting it to make a suitable land, left leg still raised, but chambered with the foot not yet having touched the ground. Both hands kept at a steady height to keep him balanced along the way, as he had completely made a one eighty degree turn.
But he wasn't going to stand here and think about how windy it was today. Since he knew Katsu was going to have to come to a definite stop to at least be able to turn around and try to defend himself, Sanji will use the open window of time to try to blind side his opponent. Kicking his left foot back to the ground, he uses the power of that to launch him forward. Katsu, whether he will be stopping or turning his body around in haste to re-evaluate his positioning, Sanji will keep to the back-left of his opponent, cause this would be the least likely place for him to suspect an attack. And when he finally gets to the entire left of Katsu, the pirate chef will lift his left foot off the ground again, and send his shin striking at the left kidney of Katsu.

Katsu was only a little surprised that his attack had missed, knowing full well how risky it was before going into the attack. He felt the little push adding to the momentum of his assault as his fist swished past his target. He landed on his leading leg, and took off full pelt into a sprint across the arena. His back was to his opponent and he didn't like it one bit.
He was an athletic man, and his run would reflect that covering the 200 foot platform in a decent time. He half expected an attack from the rear, but he would be ready for it. It wouldn't exactly be hard to tell from vibrations and noise alone from this already moving platform if someone was in pursuit.
Katsu heard the footsteps behind him, and felt a strange movement in the platform with each stride he took, as if it was moving just before or just after he was putting his foot down. This of course would be Sanji following him, though he had no idea which way from. If he concentrated enough maybe he would be able to tell, but whilst sprinting he didn't really have the time to put all his mind to it.
The fact that they were both now on one side of the arena meant that the other side would no doubt tip up, causing the two to either run faster of bail and fall over due to the inevitable tip. Katsu took the challenge and stepped up his gain, lowering his head a little and moving his arms even faster.
When he was about six feet from the edge of the platform, he bent his knee's and leapt into the air, contorting his torso as he jumped, and slipping the roped bokken off of his back. He then completed his turn in mid-air with his back to the water, facing upwards and holding his bokken in a guard position infront of him.

Sanji hadn't expected Katsu to run away. He truly was different, in some way. But if he ran, Sanji will give chase. The man was fast, but Sanji was a speedster. His legs, powerful and graceful as they were, could have him move from one end to the other with a good enough running start, and he would be able to probably cross it in less time than he was now. His feet touch the ground, but left in a blurring manner, making no other noise when they hit. Katsu would hear the first several steps of his feet on the platform, but after that, it would feel like either Sanji stopped or he in someway had left the ground.
In truth, he was still right behind Katsu, his toes hitting the platform too quick to make any type of noise. He could tell the platform was leaning itself and bearing weight the closer they got to the edge. He could feel it as easy as a rocking boat on the waves of the sea, a venue he was all to familiar with being the chef of a pirate ship. But this leaning will come more from Katsu than from Sanji's own body weight due to the type of way Sanji was running. Then the strangest thing happened: Katsu leaped. Was he going to throw himself into the water? Not sure of what he was going to do, Sanji will at least make use of this while he could.
Katsu leaps into the air, and twirls around, expected Sanji to leap up after him and probably send an attack from above in an attempt to catch him out of the sky. But he was wrong.
Sanji stayed below because he was going to do something else. He was still wondering if Katsu had any sort of super powers, and with him running for the water, he could only guess being in the water was one of the circumstances his opponent needed. Going off this theory, Sanji kept below, and would bend his knees, leaping into the air in a swift manner that had him flying from below like a bird taking off with its wings against its body to decrease wind resistance. And so with his weapon drawn, Katsu will not see Sanji above...
Instead, he came from below, going into a backwards somersault, striking his right genuine black shoe upwards into the air along with the movement, going for a nice kick into the back. The attack will go against the falling of his opponent, resulting in a painful back attack that will send Katsu launching higher into the air, at a forward angle, too. As a result, he will be flying toward the high wall of the stands, and if lucky, have him go rolling into them. Fortunately for him, ring outs only came from ten-second count outs, so he didn't expect Katsu to be down for that amount of time if this attack succeeds.

As Katsu turned in mid-air he would look about the arena and infront of him and see nothing. Only one place his opponent could be then, it was simple logic.
Katsu brought his left arm downwards, still holding the bokken, and the rest of his body soon followed, the trajectory of his arm was more than enough to cause him to spin round. Though when he turned he was very surprised to see a foot quickly coming up to kick him.
Since Sanji had tried to land a kick square in Katsu's back, it would more likely than not now hit in the stomach area, if this was the case, The foot would miss the bokken and hit Katsu square in the stomach. Wincing, Katsu would bend over in mid-air. Gritting past the pain was hard, but this was an ideal situation for a counter-strike.
Already bending over, Katsu decided to swing his bokken full force downwards towards his opponent, the power from being forced to hunch over being channeled into the attack. He simultaneously tried to grapple Sanji's lower half with his legs. It wouldn't be as hard as normal, since Sanji's leg had just made full contact with his body, it would be a case of wrapping his leg's around Sanji's leg in a classic knee lock, or if that failed and Sanji pulled back his leg faster than Katsu could react, he would go for Sanji's waist.
The strike he was doing with the bokken meant that his elbows and forearm would give partial cover to his face and neck. Katsu figured that Sanji would have to use his arms, which was more likely than not his secondary "weapon" to defend against the powerful strike of his bokken, so a counter, counter punch wasn't to much of a worry. Katsu stayed alert either way.

A kick into the stomach was just as acceptable to Sanji as he peforms the kick, the backward somersault movement having him begin to turn upside down. The shoe of his foot striking into this specific area will cause Katsu's body to bend, then have him ascending from his present position much like Sanji was hoping to happen if he had hit him in the back. Katsu twisted himself in the air to look back down, so his velocity will be halved, but the kick was still powerful enough to have Katsu not just bend, but have his falling direction reversed back into the air. These kicks were not just normal human kicks. These kicks felt like they can destroy rocks in a single strike. Unless Katsu was well built enough, the stomach strike will probably make him vomit if he ate anything within two hours of this fight.
Swinging, his bokken will naturally miss since he will be going high into the air away from Sanji, probably going for just twenty feet before he starts falling again, but at least it was good enough to keep Sanji away from a counterattack. Bending his knees to his chest, the chef will go somersaulting back toward the floating platform. As for Katsu, his position will be altered to where he'll be at least twenty feet away from the platform itself, meaning he would be falling toward the water. By the time Sanji lands his feet, causing the platform to finally shift somewhat from the weight produced on it by the landing speed, it'll probably be a couple of seconds before Katsu go plunging into the water.

Since Katsu was going to be sent flying through the air like he was a football he wouldn't bother with the swinging or grappling. There would be no point. Instead he squared his body off, bringing in his shoulders and tensing his intensely well built stomach muscles to minimize damage from impact. He was in peak physical condition and was a tried fighter, as a result he knew how to take a hit well.
He was sent vaulting into the air, keeping his body tight and rigid through the flight, before unfurling and relaxing his limbs as he crashed down into the water. He would submerge vertically, his arms straight out and hands pointed to streamline his body as much as possible and minimize slow down. Though if one were to look close enough they would notice a grimace across his face.
That kick had hurt, alot. This guy must of had legs made from iron bars. Katsu's stout positioning had meant he had only got kicked about 10 feet away from his opponent. The trouble being when he outstretched his body to land in the water he really felt the sting in his abdomen.
"Damnit, this ******** hits hard."
Katsu thought to himself as he dove down, buying himself down to recover. By the looks of things he was against another guy with some kind of super powers. This time inhuman strength. To think he was the only normal guy in the tournament was both a depressing, and yet refreshing thought.
He would wait underwater for now. The kick had winded him a little, but he had managed to inhale enough air during his nice little flight to stay underwater for just under two minutes. It was an ancient buddhist technique, relaxing your mind and going to you "inner place" and whatnot. Basically meant that your body is requiring less air to operate, so you could hold your breath for longer.
"At least under here his b*****d kicks won't sting as much."

SPLASH!
Water or land, Sanji was going to continue this fight. Diving right in after Katsu, his hands are held to the sides of his body as his feet move rapidly, dog paddling toward Katsu's position at a fast speed. With feet movement being his strength, swimming through the water like he was came easy in moving quick, giving Katsu only a few seconds of relaxation before Sanji comes after him.
"No amount of water is going to stop this fight."
Water was a disadvantage, normally, for those of the martial art variety. The power and speed of your moves were cut in half, resulting in slower and weaker attacks. So it would seem that Sanji jumping in was sort of stupid, but then again, you will have to look at it again from another perspective.
Just because his attacking speed and power were halved didn't mean it made him weaker. It just meant that his kicks would feel less hurting, and Katsu will have more of a chance of seeing them coming. But, he was just like Sanji: human and under the disadvantages of this water venue, too. This may just make things worse for him. And with him coming right onto Katsu's position, Sanji uprights his body, delivering a left side kick aimed for Katsu's head, his hips and body turning in the water. The kick was indeed slower, but man did it still show speed. It was almost like he wasn't fighting in water at all.

SPLASH
The loud noise would alert Katsu to another's presence in the water. Swiftly turning his head he saw Sanji dive in after him. Whilst he was swimming towards him, Katsu ripped his own headband from his head, and tied it round the handle of his bokken loosely. Then he held the bokken in his right hand and freed up his left.
Then he waited for Sanji to launch his attack. And sure enough he did, swinging another powerful kick towards Katsu. This time it would be met with an opposing force. Kicking his legs to stay stationary, He swung left his fist to meet the kick full on. The metal knuckle duster with impact absorbing rubber surrounding his knuckles aiding in the collision.
Even with super strength it didn't mean Sanji was invulnerable to pain. And a crushing blow from an above average strengthened punch, adding the weight of a metal knuckle duster, plus the density of metal hitting flesh, and you had alot of pain right there.
"Oh..s**t"
Katsu thought as he launched his attack. Small bubbles were escaping from his nostril's and floating up to the surface. Exploding with little "pop" sounds as the oxygen was released from the water. Katsu's air supply was running low, he would have to return to the surface for air pretty soon.

Wow, Katsu's breath-holding abilities really weren't the best if he was already struggling for breath. Sanji could probably hold his breath for two minutes before his lungs ache for air. Two minutes was all he needed. His leg strikes into the counter punch, and the hurting throb would indeed be felt. But his legs were so conditioned that it wasn't enough to like break bone or anything. Plus, they were in water, so Katsu's punches were just as weakened. With the kick blocked, he follows up with his hips reversing, shooting out his right foot from underneath, rising it as if he was delivering an uppercut to Katsu's chin, but only with the toe of his shoe as he retracts his left foot backwards.

Katsu's fist would push off against the just blocked kick, sending him backwards through the water as Sanji came in for another kick. His brown spiked hair was pushed forward by the current as he propelled backwards through the water. As Sanji's "uppercut" kick was raising, and missing,Katsu would swing his hand with the bokken in it as hard as he could towards Sanji aiming for his now exposed crotch. The height Sanji would've had to kick to hit Katsu's chin was great enough to give Katsu enough time to get his swing in, and even underwater a full power smash to the balls with a wooden sword was going to hurt, alot.
His other hand prepped up against his body ready to block another attack if needed. A brief glance to the bottom of the arena provided Katsu with the stats he needed for the next few moments of combat. The glance was only for a millisecond, before his sight was once more focused on the combat.

Damn, he missed, as Katsu swims back, barely avoiding the kick. With the bokken swinging toward him, Sanji brings his left leg back forward, turning with it as he bends the same leg, knee close to the chest. With the bokken striking, it will hit not his crotch, but the shin of his chambered leg, absorbing the attack and keeping him from having his balls crushed. Though Sanji wouldn't know he was aiming specifically for that spot, he felt that with the swing of that weapon, that's where it would have likely ended up.
"Why are you looking down?!" That single moment of glance was caught by Sanji, who turns into a clockwise spin, striking his right foot backwards in a horse kick, aiming to hit Katsu's bokken or fist, whichever would block its path first toward the man's head. And then kicking off of it, he starts to spin in place, building up a small current around his body, hugging his arms close to his body and pressing his legs together, right foot over the ankle of the left. Why was he spinning?
