The Def-Stat System
The Def-Stat (Defense Status) system is a program to prevent any unwanted riots, assasinations, breakouts, or anything of the type from taking place. If there is a threat of:
-An uprising
-A conspiracy
-A riot,
Then we will move to defstat 2. This means the guild status is subject ot change to private.
If there is a threat of:
-An assasination
-A downbrnging of the embassy
-]Destruction of a guild,
Then we will step up the guild status to defstat 3, which means the guild status will be changed to hidden.
If there is a threat of:
-A network conspiracy,
then we will resort to changing to defstat 4, and we will move to hidden status, and lock all threads and close all url links.
