I seriously cried my eyes out for the last, like, 10 minutes (including commercials) of the episode
so.... what's this season's cliffhanger? is it House and Wilson's friendship? or is there not one because they only had enough time to make 16 episodes?

ok total self opinion i think with the new season House and Wilson's friendship will be shaky which in turn will make the connection of huddy deepen. and 13 come to a more understanding of what she has and how to live it

This was the only episode I felt like crying, but I held it in so my mum wouldn't think I was a freak in addition to watching House on the internet 2 weeks before it shows on TV. crying Poor Wilson. The very end where he saw the note on the bed crying He was so happy with her! I hated Amber when she was competing for a place on House's team, but I kind of felt sorry for her on the end of that episode with that musician, I don't know why. Since they've been dating, I've stopped hating her. Maybe because she actually cares for Wilson, an actual human being with feelings. They're a good couple crying

I've only cried like, one other time in House...EVER.
But I completely broke down and cried like a baby from about 9:45 until 10:30.
I didn't even like Amber, but seeing Wilson so upset make me upset.
I have no idea where next season will go. But I'm pretty sure House's and Wilson's friendship won't be the same.

And yeah, that note. I saw it and went... Oh no... That's horrible. I think I died a little inside.... What's with all the depressing finales? Like the Bones finale...

With Amber dying, seeing 13's blood results I was just like yeah ok confused . Does that mean there's a possibility she'll get it or does she already have it? I don't know how those results work.

I don't know how those results work. I haven't done any research, but if I remember correctly Huntington's is genetic.... the 'positive' result probably means she's carrying it, and will likely show symptoms eventually, but there's no way of knowing how soon

You said "likely" so even with the gene it's possible she won't get it? I don't do biology at school so I don't know about genetics and stuff >.<"

So yeah, she has it.

I broke down and cried...the messed up part i was in my kitchen watching it... sweatdrop and when Amber died i gasped...It was like someone just took my favorite book away or something...I think they were just cruel on purpose...they wanted to make us cry. Wilson/House friendship is going to be strained...When House was talking to Amber on the bus...that was tripped out how he was talking...how he didn't want Wilson to be angry at him. I do, however hope that Cuddy will get closer to House...Also, do you guys/gals think House's character will perhaps change a bit after this?
