Her figure had come back rapidly after giving birth to the three foals who had stayed with her loving mate. She was again, the pretty blue mare she had always been. But she had been wondering lately, how Amaroq hadbeen..He hadn't been happy when they split up, and she wanted tomake sure that everything was going well for him.
Which is what led her here.. She was deep in the depths of the forest, looking this way and that, and trying to locate the stallion that had once carried the torch to her heart.
"Amaroq?" She called.

Things had been going...less than well for the dark stallion. In a dark forest that managed to look dubious at best, Amaroq had made his home. A mare had chanced upon him once, and suffered a severe beating by his hooves when she refused his advances. Most of him regretted that, but still he remained in the forest...it was his territory, after all. No amount of blood soaking the ground, no memories would take that from him. It was the perfect place for a brooding stallion to call home.
At a hauntingly familiar voice, his ears flickered towards it before pinning against his head. The one who had betrayed him...he had spurned her, true, but he had believed--still believed--that she had betrayed him first. "What are you doing here?" He demanded of her, voice ringing out harshly as he came into view.

Her hooves ceased to continue on as the harsh voice hit her ears, and forced her head to turn to her right, where he had emerged. She moved slowly, facing him, and her eyes were soft.
"Amaroq?" She asked, her face masking her true emotions. She had come to be friendly, but was somewhat intimidated by the larger stallion..But no matter howlarge he was..She felt he wouldnt hurt her..Though she had another feeling that she could be indeed wrong.
"I came to say hello..Catch up with you.." She said, her eyes still soft and honest.

Amaroq's shoulders slumped slightly, and he heaved a bitter laugh. "Catch up? You don't want to be where I've been, or know what I've done. The mere fact that you're here tells me you don't know...not a mare within a thousand day's travel would be near me if they knew." He snorted, pulling himself together with an arrogant toss of his head. "But I'll humor you. Where have I been? Here. It suits me, and it's mine. How have I been? Alive. I've already answered what I've been doing, and the answer won't change." He flicked a glance at her that appeared dismissive, but in reality he dared not rest his eyes upon her for too long. She had been dear to him once...but he would not allow her so close again. "Your turn."

His words were somewhat unsettling, and she shivered a bit, but regained her compsure. "Youre special to me Amaroq, I do not fear you, so I have no reason to stay away. You were there for me when I fought Marahute. I trust you." She knew that they had split badly, but she still respected the stallion..after all, he had been her first love..
"Well..I live in a valley of trees and a lake..Its very pretty. The fireflies come out at night there." She gave a nod.
"And.." Should she tell him of Ciro? Of the foals? She assumed he hadnot taken another girlfriend since her,and she feared his reaction.. But he had asked, and it was themost important thing in her life..Her family..
"I met a stallion, and we have been blessed with three beautiful children, who have all grown up and moved on. I never thought I could feel so old." She smiled softly.
