Dark clouds fill the sky as a lone figure looks down upon the world from upon a cliff. His eyes and his entire face are void of emotion despite the anger in his heart. He had became what he never had been and he hated it. He couldn't do anything about this however, the power upon him was too great or rather he was too weak now. Alas, the once proud fighter had been turned into an obedient fool.

Only one thought helped him at all. Eventually,...Eventually, 'he' would appear. He could feel 'his' presence in the air. His only hope would be that someone could break the bonds that held him. He didn't want to die until he was sure that he could not be controlled again.

Sometime soon hopefully. For now, part of him remained, but he was losing this battle. He had never even seen the person who was pulling his strings, but he knew that they were watching him closely...waiting.

A lighting bolt crashes to the earth. The mountain was covered with the slaves of the person who controlled him. They were to keep anyone from coming close to their master, but most of them had been able to keep control of themselves. The journey for a Slayer would be a rigorous one, but all he could do was wait.

The captain had gone outside to get air. It was a busy day after all with the meeting to commence soon. The sky was darkened. Kaki knew that it was either a storm or worse. The land was plagued with evil sorcerers of late, leaving few sure if the storms are natural in being.

He sat staring up at the beautiful mountain peaks, that were a several days journey away, to the north-west. It seemed that the storms always came from that direction. They were large mountains after all, and they say that an old wizard lives up there.

"Perhaps the storms are his doing," thought Kaki remembering when he journeyed with the wizard many years ago, "he was rather strange for a wizard."

A look to the south east, as if he knew someone was looking toward them. That person was familiar to the being, it was the one he was waiting for. The man who unknowingly sentenced him to true punishment, Kaki Pan. It was also the one that he was supposed to get rid of. The second of those two was the one his body was forced to acknowledge.

He would be used to lure Kaki out and then end his existence. Used...just like a mere tool. The selection of allies of Kaki was extensive, but this man was the only one who was said to have matched and possibly surpass Kaki.

"Kaki..." The ancient warrior's one word seems to echo throughout the land. Possibly the wizards attempt to get Kaki's attention.

Kaki's face appeared shocked when he heard his name uttered. It certainly came out of the storm, like an unpleasant wind caring the stench of a thousand dead bodies. He could remember the voice, though he couldn't put a face to it. It was taunting.

"There is something calling me to the mountains," he thought, "I must go see what it is, rather it be good or evil." Kaki then ran into the guild, down to his office. He started to gather all of his gear.

A quick kneel down almost as if facing someone of nobility. He was receiving orders from his 'master' although if he had his way this wouldn't be happening right now.

He was to meet Kaki when he arrived. Although the voice seemed to get his target's attention there was room for more persuasion. Besides the mind games it would play on the slayer would be for beneficial.

He rises and stands at the edge of the cliff. The distance would kill any mortal being, but he had lost that mortality long ago. He jumps off to avoid the actual cliff and land in the forest below. The landing is not the most graceful, but injuries were unimportant to him. He quickly makes his way to the place that his master said Kaki would be arriving at.

Kaki yelled some instructions to his secretary, "Carry on today meeting even if I'm not present."

"Yes sir," was her simple reply, and Kaki ran out to the stables and prepared Gendoth to ride.

With the fastest horse in the Guild's fleet, and some simple time spells he had learned many years ago, what would have taken days took merely half a day.

Kaki arrived at the base of the first mountain in the great White Range. He could sense someone was near, though he didn't know who. It seamed unfriendly, and know one knew were he was for back up. He was not dismayed, however. He simply sat one his horse, waiting for the welcome.

His target had arrived. He had simple orders attack and then retreat to lure Kaki into an ambush. Slowly he emerges from the shadows from around the area.

His appearance had changed slightly from their last battle. He now showed signs of what he was now. Red eyes, fangs, and his hands were now more of claws. He wasn't like the others as in he did not thirst for blood at least not while he was under foreign control.

The sword he used now was his actual blade, the one he used when he first defected. He had used a duplicate of a different blade when he had fought Kaki before his disappearance. This one seemed to be nothing more than a basic broadsword, but it had the reputation of splitting the body from the soul in a very nasty result.

"Kaki..." The voice from before. It was not truly him talking, but it was his voice. He was merely the eyes for another to see through. Still Kaki probably wouldn't recognize that due to a blade being pointed straight at him.

Kaki, hearing the voice, immediately turned while pulling both swords; the famous and greatly feared Aries and Athena.

"So it is you, my old friend," said Kaki with a look of disgust. "I can see you have found your old blade. The one you used in our last meeting hardly made the fight interesting."

"What's more important," said Kaki, "is the reason you have called me here. What is your purpose? Do you still wish to kill me?"

A mere smirk once more, almost the same as he used to have. One of his fangs is partially exposed in the process. The blank expression in his eyes is only partially evident as he looks Kaki over.

The sword is lowered to his side as he stares at Kaki. His orders would be obeyed, but Kaki wouldn't fall for anything less than his true ability. It was time to see if this 'master' of his actually knew how to fight.

The stance was right at least. As he rushes forward he swings diagonally. Still the slash was no where near professional quality. Still the idea was just to get his attention and then fall back. The last thing his master needed was him being cured and fighting against him.

Kaki stepped to the side as the sword stroke fell to the right of him.

"I am disappointed," he said, "The old man taught you better then this. You are barely acting as yourself." Kaki began to wonder why his foe was fighting so poorly. He was held in high honors back in the academy. He hadn't thought of the possibility of it not being him at all in there last fight, of course he was fighting much better back then.

Either way, Kaki turned back thrusting his swords towards him.

((He has no true name at the moment at least no one besides he knows it. He will be addressed by his ranking, "Stonewall," for a while. Later on he will address himself by a new name to avoid confusion with the current Stonewall, Robert Steel. He may reveal his actual name if he ever regains himself and considers Kaki a friend.))

A quick dodge forward just narrowly escaping the thrust of the two blades. He turns slowly blade at mid chest to block any oncoming attacks.

"Stonewall's" silence was unusual to say the least. Usually he would make a remark to turn a comment back into that person's face, but not now in fact it seemed to go over his head.

"Kaki..." More deep than the other two times. He looks into the eyes of the Slayer before slowing stepping back. It was time to make an exit and hopefully his target would follow.

"Why do you run?" asked Kaki being confused. He didn't even harm him. Why would he be retreating. It was not noble to follow a retreating enemy, and Kaki could feel a trap was in order. Nevertheless, it was important that he helped his friend, and to find out what, or who, was at the bottom of this.

Kaki followed cautiously.

It was not a well timed retreat, but Kaki had decided to follow. Although he was cautious he still had not had the opportunity to see exactly what he was going up against. Now was the time to try and trap the Slayer.

As Kaki walks, Stonewall turns almost as if he waiting for something to happen. Kaki had walked toward the first ambush point and those waiting for him decided not to wait for a signal.

The group was small, only about 4, and composed of the weakest of the servants. No doubt Kaki would destroy all of them. They were merely there to weaken the Slayer for the others to finish the job.

Stonewall watches for a while. When Kaki had the advantage he would strike a couple of times and then fall back.

Kaki saw the weak group lunging at him, from the corner of his eye. He quickly turned and beheaded one, while stabbing another in the chest. He then injured the others so they could no longer fight.

"The least your master could do is put armor on his minions," said Kaki wittingly. "You are indeed working for someone far more powerful then you. It's not everyday that people randomly attack me while in a fight with someone they don't know." This assumption was little help, because he couldn't think of anyone else that would want to kill him that wasn't currently imprisoned at the guild.

Kaki now waited for the next move from stonewall.

The group had accomplished very little except for perhaps draining a small amount of stamina. His leader wasn't pleased with this, but the attempts had to be made. Another dash and a few weak slashes.

His speed had been increased slightly since last time, but he was aiming more for the blades than the Slayer himself. Weakening the enemy doesn't mean actually injuring him.

He eventually halts his attacks. In his attempt to fall back he leaves a slight opening. Whether or not it would be taken was up to Kaki.
