How do you mean "worst"? As in, the show purportedly for kids but which is actually inappropriate, or the one I can't stand watching, or what? ^.^
It's been years since I watched any cartoons/kiddie-shows, and that's 'cause they all suck nowadays. I miss the senseless violence and cross-dressing of Looney Tunes emo
If I had to pick one, though, I'd guess anything with "Bratz" in it. Granted, I've never seen it, but I don't think that teaching our kids to be little hood-rats (which is the impression I've picked up after seeing some Bratz merchandise) is a good thing. 0.o

i'd have to say about 90% of kids shows are grossly inappropriate.
the few that aren't are unfortunately geared for too young a mindset.
-_- though it's not just kids shows.
any more television in general has a severe lack of quality programming.
maybe i'm just too old to appreciate stupidity.
but when "reality" tv takes up more the 60% of prime time,
i have a hard time being entertained.

If you're too old, then I'm in my rocking chair right there with you. 3nodding I'm so glad I finally have cable. Discovery Channel and Comedy Central for the win. xD

The worst kids show is The Grim Adventures Of Billy And Mandy. Pretty much everything on Cartoon Network is the worst kids shows. I hate them all.

That thing that's kind of like the Tellytubbies, and is on the same channel, but there's more of them and it was just creepy.
I never really liked Cartoon Network, besides the Power Puff Girls. XD
Go Diego Go annoys me, too. Dora's soooooo much better.

Its my turn to say something.
The billy and mandy show is something i really hate. Sure, the origional story for it is ok, but now its all about a really annoying story. Mandy enslaves the grim reaper, billy talks about the things in his pants. Grim takes the children to a place, and so they have a "adventure" they gome home and watch TV. The end. The grim reaper would be MUCH more scarier than in real life.
Another show i hate is called Ed, Edd, n Eddy. Man, i hate that show so much. Terrible pictures, repetitive music, bad voices, and even badder lines.
Ed says something stupid and random, and grosses out Double D somehow, Eddy gets a plan to scam people, the other kids are playing, Kevin and Sarah have some smart remarks already, Kevin says 'dork', which becomes really annoying after a while, while Sarah cusses the Eds out, and beats them up, Jimmy plays with a baby barbie doll, then hyperventailates because a leaf fell in his hair. Nazz says something, and eddy falls in love with her, Rolf comes over and says something about his 'Nana', or livestock, Johnny just does something annoying, Ed says something random, or does something stuipd, and Eddy screams at him, and then the Eds just f**k up, and somebady takes their money away. Then the Kankers come over, and 'make out' with them by attacking them, and by beating them up. how mature. and they f*** up more. later Double Dee says some intellengent thing, Eddy is p***** because they f***** up, and Ed says or does something random and stupid. THE END
THIS SHOW MUST BURN IN HELL! twisted

i was discussing this with someone else recently, and we both agreed
most television programming any more is largely disappointing.
whether it be for children or adults, it seems anymore that all you find on TV
are bad "reality" shows and competitions, (and don't get me started on those)
or toilet humour sitcoms.
with very few exceptions, there's nothing clever on television anymore.
which is only frightening because more and more children are growing up in front of one. parents tend to use teletubbies and wiggles as babysitters, and it starts a horrible downward spiral. as they start to watch decreasingly more vulgar and witless programming.
it's no wonder half the children i run into can't articulate simple sentences.
and i blame the parents.
(yea i know some of that was off topic, but honestly it's hard to say it's "this show" or "that show" that qualifies as the worst. because i find most of them tend to lower the IQs of regular viewers regardless of age.)

Ah well. At least my kids won't grow up with TV or video games as their babysitter, 'cause for that they'd have to pry the controller out of my hands rofl (this is a gross exaggeration, btw >.> )

Cartoon network is actually become better, (Btw i dont watch it, i just hear it when i'm walking by the T.V or listening to it on the computer) But some shows need to be removed. Class of 3000 is one. Man, could they just use something that is not stolen off other cartoons?
