Now that Amadet was taken care of, there was only one thing to do and that was to warn Wahabu before he had up to six cubs turn up at his den. Or asking around the Pridelands looking for him, which was more likely and would make it a much less private situation. She was going to go and look for Shemshi, but she had something else to focus on at the moment. And while she was here, she'd have a much harder time getting away without meeting some of the grandcubs, she supposed. Maybe- at least until she mentioned how there were six more of them out there on their way here.

Stubbornly, the goddess refused still to hide her wings. She wouldn't hide it anymore from her family, more than one of her grandcubs knew she was a goddess now and she was sure that Wahabu would be able to smooth over any situations that might come up from her revealing this bit of information to them. Walking calmly, quietly and with her wings folded neatly (and visibly) upon her back, she headed for the den she last knew her son to have inhabited. She only had to hope the size of the family had not yet forced them to relocate.

Manuku liked to try to be the center of attention, he enjoyed spending as much time as he could following around his parents or siblings. However there were times when he tried to wander off on his own, whether it was because he finally needed a break or because he couldn't find someone to follow around or because he couldn't pick one lion to follow around didn't matter. Whatever the reason, he was happily strolling away from the den and toward what he hoped would be something exciting. Anything exciting, really. Maybe he'd go looking for something to give to his mother, sucking up was never a bad thing!

Jasiri yawned, and rolled over when he woke up from his midday nap. The sun was high in the sky, and he was freshly rested to go out. He noticed the eldest of the litter, Manuku, going out for a bit, so he decided it might be worth something to go tag along. It wasn't often that Jasiri felt compelled to do anything with Manuku, since he held a small grudge against his brother. Jasiri was just slightly jealous over the fact that Manuku was the firstborn, and received everything that went along with it. Jasiri even had to wait to get his name.

Curiously the blue juvenile hastened over to his brother. "Where are you going? And just so you know, I am not tagging along. I just felt like going out to explore, and it was convenient that you were as well. Just so we're clear."

It was hard to miss two bright blue spots out in the dull grass of the savanna, especially for a goddess for whom the color was familiar and something she was looking out for. She wouldn't have been surprised to run into some of Wahabu's cubs, where there were so many of them- if she hadn't know about them, she might have worried about running into cubs of Kizamaji. Or Kizamaji himself. She was here to visit as well as to warn Wahabu, so there was no reason to be shy of the familiar-colored cubs.

"Hello there!" she called out, picking up the pace a bit as she got closer and closer to them.

Manny was caught off guard when Jasiri called out to him, in the middle of squinting at the yellow goddess in the distance- completely unsure of what he was looking at though he recognized the color. He turned all the way around to face his brother, grinning at Jasiri until he made it very clear he was not tagging along but merely there by coincidence. Jasiri was good at bursting Manny's happy little bubble.

"Well, I was going this way first-" he started, stopped in the middle of his sentence by the greeting called out by the goddess. Wrinkling his nose, he turned around again- and immediately lost the confused expression, switching for a rather surprised one. It was a lioness that looked like dad, only with purple instead of blue and wings.

"Hello!" he blinked.

Jasiri sighed and walked on monotonously beside his brother. Life was becoming so mundane recently for Jasiri. It seemed that adventure was scarce lately, so it was boring him when his hopes came up empty. "So... Manny, what..." Jasiri paused as he noticed a lioness that was approaching the two of them. The lioness that approached had a similar yellow coloring much like her father and Kikimu, but this lioness had... wings. Jasiri stood, open-mouthed in awe. He'd never seen anything like her before. "Uh... Hi."

Suddenly his heart began racing, as he was sure this lioness was surely special judging by the fact that she had wings. "Who... wha..." He paused for a moment, and took a breath in an attempt to collect himself. "Hello. I'm Jasiri'maji." He nodded casually, and looked over toward his brother, since he was not entirely sure what to do.

Mtima knew it was doubtful that her existence had been explained too thoroughly to the cubs, though she would have had a hard time believing Habu would never have mentioned her.. just leaving out the divinity sounded like something very, very possible. And aside from that, she was a goddess who enjoyed talking to mortals, she was used to surprised reactions. Her smile widened when both greeted her, and when Jasiri'maji introduced himself.

"Jasiri'maji," she repeated, looking at the blue cub and then looked to the other cub. She remembered the names that Wahabu had listed for her, but looking at this boy she couldn't imagine another of the cubs fitting the name 'Manuku' so well. He looked to be a blue version of Intombi.

"And you must be Manuku," she ventured with a smile at the brown cub, "I'm Mtima'safi, and I do believe I've found who I'm looking for. Your father must be Wahabu." It was hard to deny, looking down at them. Jasiri'maji looked like his grandfather, but there was no denying the little things that made them both very much like Wahabu. Manny's eyes gave it away, the rings on Jasiri's legs, the spots..

Manuku scowled at his brother when Jasiri introduced himself very quickly, and Manny was left with no chance to introduce himself. However, he dropped the look and turned back to the goddess with growing curiosity as she revealed that she knew his name without him even saying it. He grinned, not sure if it was a good thing exactly but who was he to argue with being famous?

"My friends call me Manny," he said quickly, before Mtima had a chance to introduce herself and mention their father. Tilting his head at the mention of Wahabu, he glanced over at Jasiri to see what he thought.

Jasiri watched in awe as she examined the two of them. It seemed as if she was looking for something. The young juvenile watched carefully, not wanting to push her away. When she mentioned his father he wasn't exactly sure what to do. She seemed friendly, so she probably wasn't trying to hurt him and hunt him out, but you could never be sure. "Yeah. Wahabu is our father. What's that got to do anything?" Jasiri puffed out his chest trying to prove that he could be tough around this intimidating female with wings.

Jasiri looked over towards Manuku during all of this, and began to whisper. "Well, you're the older one. You should know what to do in situations like this! What should we do?" He sighed, and retreated slightly back, so he didn't look so foolish. Finally, he relaxed, and started thinking of what to do now that he wasn't running off of impulsive actions.

Again, he whispered to his older brother. "Well, maybe if she's looking for dad we could invite her back to the den?" Jasiri wasn't entirely sure if this would be such a good idea or not. If she was trying to hurt their dad it would be entirely their fault for leading the enemy to him. Pensively, Jasiri stood there wondering what to do.

It was amusing to watch the pair of them, watching as Manuku hesitated and Jasiri tried his best to stand up to her before backing up behind his elder brother. Hopefully Wahabu wouldn't mind her being completely honest with the pair of them, and if he did she would have to find a way to make up for it because she was about to blow her cover. It should have been obvious enough anyway, Habu looked a great deal like her and with eight cubs she supposed there should be a couple that had traits similar to her own too.

"You should be a little more polite to your grandmother," she chided, playfully teasing the pair of them for not figuring it out on their own, "But I do have to talk to your father, so an invitation would be appreciated."

They weren't very sneaky, but cubs tended not to be.

When Jasiri decided to talk back, Manny flinched- she didn't look like someone to stand up to, and she was very happy (and familiar) colors.. and she was smiling. In Manny's eyes, Jasiri was just being silly. He looked back quickly from Mtima to Jasiri when an answer was demanded of him.

"Not what you're doing, anyway!" he hissed back at Jasiri. If he was supposed to know what to do, he was going to make it up and stick with it- and the best place to start was going with the idea that you shouldn't try to threaten someone twice your size (for obvious reasons) and who was being nice enough (otherwise there might be a reason to be worried).

Manny considered Jasiri's idea when Mtima spoke up, explaining who she was and what she was here for. That made his job a lot easier, didn't have to think of anything to do. He grinned, not even a little distracted from his job of figuring this out.

"Another grandma?" he said thoughtfully, thinking about how Sheshe couldn't be his dad's mother. Habu didn't call her mom or anything, so he supposed that made sense, "We can show you right to him, he's probably still at home. Right Jasiri?"

Jasiri opened his mouth as if he was about to say something, but got caught in surprise when the lioness announced that she was their grandmother. He had never really taken into consideration the fact that Habu was once a cub, who had a mother, too. The whole event had a strange effect on the usually cocky and arrogant young lion. It was as if the presence of the winged lioness tamed him.

"Well, it's nice to meet you grandma." He looked over towards his older brother, and nodded. "Yeah, I'm pretty sure dad would still be at home. We can gladly take you to him!" The blue lion quickly pointed out in the direction of their den, and looked back. "That's our den over there!" Excited by the visitation of a new relative, he headed off happily towards his family's den.

Very amusing, she decided. She was surprised to hear 'another' but then supposed that they knew Kizamaji and his knew his mate as a grandmother.. Intombi did not seem to have a lot of family she was around a lot, but perhaps they had returned. But that didn't matter much, it was nice to hear one of them call her grandma so easily. Her experience with Pepo had ended well enough, but this was without question, without caution.

"Alright," she said, not bothering to mention she did know where they lived but instead letting the pair of them lead her to their home, "Thank you very much, boys."

Manuku nodded enthusiastically at Jasiri, looking back at Mtima'safi- nodding inwardly about how she was undoubtedly related to them somehow, they should definitely have seen it sooner. Whatever the case, they weren't far from home.

"Yep, this way!" he said, hopping off and trying to get ahead of Jasiri. Manny liked being the center of attention, liked being included, and of course leading (or bossing) others around.

Jasiri paused for a moment, and let his brother catch up to him. It was all so unexpected, but he couldn't help but to be effected by it. It was almost nostalgic having his grandmother around, because it seemed everyday that each of his siblings were growing. Growth, not a bad thing in essence, but something hard to accept. Everyday his siblings would go out, or stay home, or do something else. They all were starting to form their own lives, although only juveniles. The inner cub in Jasiri wanted to hold onto the bliss of being a tight-woven family.

He brushed it off momentarily, and started to run back to the direction of the den. "Well, it was certainly nice meeting you, Grandma. I think I'm going to go back to taking a walk, so you can have some time with dad." Jasiri shot a look at his brother, and moved his eyes to where they where they originally were when they met with their grandma. He tried to signal that they should probably leave the two of them alone, since he'd never seen her before, and a visit like this must be important.
