So, we are going to have a meeting everyday? Or the meetings are just spiratic? We should place a date of the week to have meetings, that way we know when to expect them. It will save me having to tell everyone with pms. (which will grow cumbersome once we have 20 or so members) and we don't have to be checking a thread every day, or "marking our calanders" so to speak. I think meetings will just be less of a pain this way.

Or simpler than all of that, you just check this forum 6-10 times a day and if someone has posted they want to get together, we meet each other.
That's the easiest way to collaborate, And sexygirl Can you change the name to Shadow Legion instead of shadow Legion, sorry I dont like bad grammar.
And also if anyone have things they dont need, send them to Totaku Chuuei so he can sell them and upgrade his home further, that is if you dont want to sell it yourself.
And finally if Member's do not post within two weeks of them joining they should be automatically banned, and if they do not post for up to 3 weeks after their first post, they should be banned too.

6-10 times a day? I know it sounds like a lot of work, but if everyone just posts what time it is in thier country, when it is 1:00 in Gaia, I can callobrate a time from that, piece of cake. Then we won't have to check at all. Plus, new people coming in can just look and say "Oh, ok, 10:00 gaia standard time" it's less of a hassle for beginners who may not be as intested at first, and it will be more convenient for us in the long run. Simple things like this can cause a clan to fall apart if they are not delt with quickly. domokun

Ok , there will be a meeting today at 3'oclock for people in America, and 8'oclock for people in England , If your not sure what your time is just sit in Totaku's house and wait for us to come.
The meeting is to choose The Seven Elite's , we will decide who is which element (Fire,water,wind,sound,sight,earth,shadow). Everyone will vote at the same time on each element, for who they want to be that element.

i use east central time
