Ignoring your terrible grammar, I'd choose Sharingan. Why? Possibilities are amazing with space and time manipulation.

I'd pick Sharingan cause it has the most flaws, and it would force me to improve myself more in order to make up for those flaws.
Flaws, Rinnegan: Takes more chakra to use than the others. Can't see 360o
Flaws, Byakugan: Hole in sight, makes users pompus asses.
Flaws, Sharingan: No 360o vision, need to make eye contact for genjutsu, and gives user an entire tree up their butt.

i chose byakuugan simply because i hate Sasuke
i LOVE hinata and Neji
and i can't remember who uses the other one
