Daylight had almost finished its decent, causing the sky to turn a bewitching shade of purple. The luminous moon had already peeked out, above the horizon. The mixture of these two evens make the lake glimmer and seem to almost glow. Flowers, that bloomed by the moon like, were starting to unfold their pedals. Nocturnal animals, of every shape, color, and size made themselves ready for their tasks. Indeed, the nightly music at begun.
Cyrille walked, slowly, through the shadow cover woods; that live near her home. Her coat of multi brown shades made it easy for her to blend in. Making it difficult other to spot her. Though, it wouldn't be impossible and she wouldn't realize if someone had; she was so lost in her thoughts.

On the contrary Vibrant Shades of Death was easy to spot even in the dead of night. The moonlight glimmered off the countless sparkles adorning his coat, and the even more countless that fluttered to the ground with his every movement. His long silken mane and tail was just as brightly colored and a rainbow hued skull and cross-bones adorned his rump; and those unmissable glowing red eyes that stared out from the dark skull.
The large stallion paused and turned his head up to the sky watching the encroaching darkness, for so long his whole life had been darkness after his mate had disappeared into thin air and now recently he'd ended their partnership. Tossing his mane slightly he looked down scanning the world before him. No longer did he see beauty in the Soquili lands, just painful reminders of what he'd lost.
The stallion tossed his mane and stepped back, then with a flick of his tail he forced himself forward once more.

Cyrille continued to move along, through the woods, towards the shimming lake. The shadows slided across her body, as she moved. Eyes of ever color and size watched from the darkest parts of the shades; watched he as she passed them. She counted to think about her family; especially her children, who she was rather worried about.
Something suddenly caught Cyrille's attention; pulling her out of her thoughts, and back to her surrounding. "What was that?" she asked, out loud, to herself. The mare had just seen strange glimmering. She knew didn't come from anything, that was normally, in her woods. Being rather curious, the mare moved swiftly over to see what it was.
There standing nearby was a strange stallion, not strange as in weird, but one she had never seen before. Cyrille made a small hmmm sound; then moved over to stand in front of him "Hello there," she stated, as she looked him over.

Beyond the trees it was a nice day out beyond the shadows but he didn't seem to notice it. His eyes were distant and dead. They glowed naturally but there was no life beneath them, no spark of a lively stallion. His ears picked up the sound of movement through the woods and he turned his head to see a mare coming his way.
Her soft natural brown coat reminded him of his ex-mate. The stallion shook his head and turned toward s her forcing a smile. "Good day m'lady ow fares you?" He had a deep and soft voice that had a comforting quality.
His bright long mane and tail billowe dlightly with his movements "nice day isn't it?"
