So, I went to the premiere or Prince Caspian at my theater yesterday.
AND OH MY GOD, it was great. I liked the first one and all, but this one was just more action and maturity than the first one. With the wahmbulance [spolier]small romance between Caspian and Susan, the huge seizure of the castle, the struggle of personalities between the High King and the Prince (Peter and Caspian). Yeah, it was really, really good.
I want to go see it tomorrow with my other friends for her birthday if she wants to go, and then I want to go see it with my parents.
It does stray from the book, but I couldn't remember anything from the book when I saw the movie. So I re-read it today, and I say it's an improvement. The darker tones covered in the Prince Caspian were good, too.
Not to mention Caspian, Peter, and Edmund (Ben, Will, and Skandar) were very, insanely cute. 8D
So, has anyone else seen this movie? Am I the only one fangirling here? Have I lost it? *Probably...*

I saw it today... Peter and Prince Caspian were TOTALLY wanting each other the whole time.

I was really really sad that Caspian and Peter never got to make out sad You could tell how bad they wanted each other. And will all the tension between them it would be some kind of crazy sex scene. It would have been so hott.
But besides that! I looove the movie! SO MUCH FUN <3 I dont really remember like half the movie just that Buzz kept making inappropriate comments

But yeah the prince at one point was TOTALLY imagining Peter taking a shower... it was QUITE inappropriate.

the random bear was my favorite. the humans were having an intense convo or something and this bear popped up out of nowhere and was all "yeah, i agree" or something like that.
AND IT WAS IN LIKE EVERY SCENE AFTER THAT.
WTF. xD
but yes, peter/caspian should totally have happened.

I've seen it twice already. Went on opening day and today again.
EDMUND IS SO FREAKING COOL. AND REEPICHEEP HOMGZ. I LOVED it. IT WAS LIKE PERFECT.
I WANT TO SEE IT AGAIN. I lovveeedd the way they portrayed Caspian, too.. and just... everything...
Me and Sylfy totally held hands when Peter was dueling Miraz. gonk <- spoilerishkindasorta.
I read the books like WAY LONG AGO, so I'm reading them again now. Just started on Prince Caspian like an hour ago. xd

I'm soooo excited, even though it seems to far away. @ Wrenny - Ugh! You've seen it twice? Lucky. gonk I knoooooooooow. It was so great! I want to go see it again. The entire movie was just so.. Wow! It just beats the book by a lot for me, considering the book had no action and Peter basically did everything and Caspian was just like "Okay, you're the boss! 8D" Oh, and it makes me so angry that Susan won't come back in the Last Battle unless they twist some things. D<

It was a good movie, but if you're a big fan of the book, I can see not wanting to go... I don't know, the book seemed very... unrealistic is a good way to put it. This, while still fantasy, was more like how people would act. Iunno, I used to love CoN, but the movie was so gooood.

 Ugh i want to see it SOBAD.
We rented narnia the other night so i could watch it (i had put off going to see it for like.. ever because no one wanted to go with me) i wanted to see the first before the second.

ILOVEIT.
I've got the books around here somewhere.. but i don't remember where. XD We had this big heated debate over what would happen when they came back from the wardrobe because my boyfriend hadn't read the book. He's all "BUT THEY'LL BE OLD. I DON'T CARE HOW TIME RUNS OVER THERE" and i'm all "IVE READ THE BOOK, BISH. I KNOW THE ENDING. THEY'RE CHILDREN WHEN THEY COME BACK"

Oh my god I love the books. I LOVE the books. I was rereading Dawn Treader earlier today ad you have no idea how wrapped up in it I was. Everything makes perfect sense to me. ;-;
I don't kow what you mean by not how people would act. D:
Annyway, I was a naive young child when I saw Harry Potter, foolishly thinking they'd be brilliant and do the books justice and not ruin the characters in my head.
TCIMH are still FIGHTING A HUGE BATTLE with the movie characters for the spot on my mind when I think of them and I'd much rather my own than Warner Bros.
Anyway, it won't be as good as the books and it'll totally ruin my depiction of the characters, so why go? xD
