personally, I use GIMP for all my editing needs **examples in my banner shop currently, just click on the link in my siggy** So far, ive been able to do about the same things with it as photoshop, and its FREE so thats a plus.

I used photoshop in school for the newspaper, it was a bit confusing to me, but for some reason GIMP is a lot easier for me to understand. Ive heard many people say that they are almost alike, but I find that to be..negative.

Whats your opinion? Which do you prefer, and is one better than the other?
