Fiereza lay curled up quietly for the second night in Adolfo's home, the shadows were a comfort to her here. She had considered speaking to them, perhaps as Adolfo's strength grew he would be able to hear her words. Here there was still a blissful smile on her face and her heart was fluttering. She knew that what she had seen when he left earlier should have brought her mood down, yet what she had shared with him was special, too special to be spoiled. Other emotions would need reflection upon later. For now the female was content to sprawl on the bear pelt they had made their magical moment on and relax.

"Be safe master of shadows..." She murmured softly to no one in particular.

User Image There was an unfamiliar scent not only on her beloved Adolfo, but also in the area in which they had last spoke. At the time, the red and black tribal female had more things to worry about then how he smelled and did not bother to give it a second thought. Now that he was gone however, it troubled her that the scent still lingered and that it was very mildly familiar.

Follow it, was what she did. Perhaps it would lead her to something that the Shaman had left behind for her to find intentionally. To an unfamiliar part of the woods she was sent to, the sent was getting stronger so sh knew she was getting closer.

Getting to the base of the willow tree, her deep blue eyes looked about as she smelled for the origin of this scent. This had to be Adolfo's personal cave, there was all of his roots that his brother had said he was into. But there was another, stronger smell and a mixture of something in the past that almost made him want to vomit if she was correct.

"Hello?"

Fiereza could smell Vianna approaching, she hadn't wanted to speak with this female. She had never wanted to gaze upon her coat, for in her heart she knew jealousy. It was a strange emotion and an upsetting one, she tried very hard to suppress it. Now as this young female came into the space she considered to be hers and Adolfo's she felt a little upset by it. Slowly she poked her muzzle out of the willow ruby red eyes meeting soft azure ones.

"Hello Vianna..." She murmured softly, forgetting that she wasn't supposed to know the females name. Yet she knew, she knew a great many things which she kept to herself for the most part. A lifetime of sneaking, spying, killing, and skinning had made her a strange character indeed. She looked over Vianna's pelt and tried not to think of how the swirling black and red would look draped over a tree branch swaying gently in a breeze. No! She wouldn't skin wolves anymore...for Adolfo, for herself.

No, there was something wrong with this situation. Adolfo was hers, therefor this cave should be hers in his stead. Whywas there another wolf that smelt of him here? No. This would not do.

Suppressing a growl and trying her best to keep her hackles down, Vianna returned the welcome in a low tone of voice. "Fiereza..." After a couple of moments of very very harsh silence, she couldn't keep her boiling blood from keeping it.

Trying to speak as calmly as possible, Vianna opened her mouth, "What are you doing here? Is this not where Adolfo will return to? Is this not his home?" Her eyes did not move from the ruby ones that looked straight into her own, yet she smelt the thing which she refused to believe was the smell of the thing she was expecting the previous night from the shadow shaman.

Fiereza was calm despite the upset that Vianna seemed to be having, she gave a soft nod at her first statement. "Yes this is Adolfo's home...He should return here eventually." She murmured in an even tone, she had no desire to hurt the female before her. Instead she tilted her head a bit and tried to consider how to phrase things in a delicate fashion.

"He, allowed me to remain here. I will be living here...for the time being." She added hastily. She gave the other female a slightly sad smile as she realized that Vianna loved Adolfo just as much. Still she did not think that the red and black female would be okay with sharing, she doubted anyone would share love once they had it. For Fiereza love was so new and such a pleasant feeling she thought maybe somehow she could hold and love Adolfo without hurting Vianna. Yet she knew she shouldn't state out loud what she had shared with the shaman of shadows, it would hurt the younger female.

Vianna sat back and thought about the things infront of her. But yet she still wanted to hear the answers outright.

"I appreciate your attitude. But I'd like to know he truth. I'm a big girl, I can handle myself, but I'd like the truth. What is going on?"

Well she couldn't expect him to stay around forever. Depression began to set in before even a word was spoken. The love which she had felt since she was a pup for this sweet, unique wolf was taking one hell of a hard hit. That new and pleasant feeling Fiereza was feeling should have been hers, as if it were her birth right.

Fiereza watched the younger female carefully, she was still inside the willow and Vianna was still sitting outside. This was her place for now, she did not want to give it up, but she was willing to share. Adolfo had never explained if emotions like portions of meat could be shared equally among all, but Fiereza hoped that was the case.

"Adolfo...and I...shared the night, the shadows...our love." She gave a slight smile, but it was for the memory. She looked at Vianna and offered her a tentative smile "We can share our love, you and I, and Adolfo." She looked at the female hopefully, Fiereza felt emotions stirring oddly inside of her, where as once she would have only thought to eliminate her competition now she hoped to manage things with a more delicate flair.

Was this female serious? This wolf whom stalked Adolfo throghout his entire life was seriously asking her if she wanted to share the love her and Adolfo shared? So many heart breaking thoughts which ran through her head quickly turned into anger. Anger towards anything she could manage to direct it at if she could connect it to Adolfo, the most obvious being the once very volitile wolf infront of her.

But then Vianna stopped shaking, she stood up straight completly calm and collected and spoke with a creepily suttle tone, "No. I'm sorry. I cannot do that." The thoughts of what Adolfo said before he left ran through her mind quickly and it clicked together.

"Obviously he wants you more than me. You can have the b*****d."

She knelt her head to thank the black wolf understandably guarding her and her mate's home. And with that she turned around and began to walk off. At the point of her being calm, she was dangerous and did not want to be somewhere to hurt another wolf. There was so much fury she wanted to rip something apart. By the gods, let her sister say something to her now.

Fiereza frowned slightly as the female stopped shaking, she had not known what to expect, her own emotions were so new to her how could she gauge another's? She kept her eyes locked for a moment with the iced blue ones and realized that sharing this emotion was not appropriate at all. Fiereza could do nothing about her faux pas now though instead she watched as Vianna threw up a mask.

Fiereza almost smiled at the action of the younger female, before she recalled that this was not a mask of cunning indifference, this young female was hiding and holding back pain. She stood slowly at her words and tilted her head
"It is not a want..it is an emotion Vianna...please don't be angry." Though she knew that anger too was an emotion, one that Vianna would have to conquer and overcome alone.

"I'm..." What could she say? She was not sorry, she could never be sorry that she had been able to connect emotionally and find joy with the love of another. She was sorry that Vianna was hurt, and she was sorry that they could not share their love. Why did she want emotions if they caused turmoils like these? She gave a soft sigh.

"I wish you peace Vianna...and joy for yourself." Slowly she returned the nod and curled back up on the bear skin watching as the black and red tribal female walked away.

Joy for herself? No, that was no longer possible. Continuing to walk she thought of her next course of action, does she go home and tell her father that he was right? Stroke his ego and become his little girl again through all of the hurt? Or should she take off and heal herself now while she still had her sanity, heal herself before she told her father and took the inevitable ridicule.

There were no more words she could say at this point in time to Fie, she was simply an innocent bistander to the love storm that was breaking her heart. She was obviously the better wolf that by the smell of things Adolfo had shared the darkness with and inturn his life.

All of what he had said to her no longer ment a single thing. Her paws lead her out of the pack without a turn back. Her paws lead her away into the heart of the land where the moonlight did not bounce off of the ocean and light up the air, the shadows were thicker.

"Why me, Adolfo?" She wept finally breaking down at the base of a large tree. "Why didn't you just tell me you had succumed to the love of another? I guess it wasn't meant to be..." There was a lot more to say, but before she spoke into the shadows she wanted things to be firm in her mind.

Fiereza looked into the dark shadows for hours and hours of the night she remembered each beautiful moment of the previous night and then thought of what had come to pass after. She felt badly for Vianna yet she was jealous of the younger female as well, upset that she had the ability to sadden Adolfo.
I saw them together...when I first saw him, and I saw him tell her goodbye on the beach...can one wolf love us both the same?

She felt strange inside, oddly stirred as if some great change was yet to come. She didn't like the odd sensation, the ability to feel had already thrown her oddly off balance, what more could happen? "I miss him..." She whispered softly to the shadows before drifting to sleep comforted by the darkness and the surrounding scent of the master of shadows.

Vianna's jealousy as she waked farther from the tree turned into range and anger. I she had her way then she would be not cuddling up to Adolfo right now, nor bearing his cubs, if she had her way at this moment in time with the current situation, she would be ripping that white and black shaman a new hole for him to release his excrement's out of.

The black white and red female had no clue how to express her anger accept for run as far as she could, since her time as a cub she had barely ever left the pack's grounds. Tonight would be no exception, to the very outskirts of the pack she would go and sit, staring up into the stars, cursing each and everyone one of them. After a long angry howl she began angrily cursing aloud once again speaking into nothing, "What have I ever done to you, Adolfo? What error have I ever made to make you hurt me so? You couldn't keep your thing to yourself for the small among of time I could not be with you!?"

The nights passed in a slow cycle, during the day she slept and when she woke the moon hung in the sky to light her way. She drank and ate, her hunts were for small prey, rabbits mostly. All the while she felt herself feeling a strange mixture of uncertainty and hope.

Fiereza could feel the stirring of life within, and while she longed for Adolfo to return, she feared the prospect. As badly as she wanted a whole family she wasn't certain what the shadow master might desire. She felt badly for Vianna as well, the younger female seemed so shattered, Fie had never thought to hurt her so. A part of her was jealous but a larger part felt guilty, what if she had taken Vianna's chance at happiness?

Night after night she contemplated the rightness of remaining for Adolfo's return, should she not surrender him back to Vianna and leave with the precious gift he had given her? She could feel the life stirring within and in her heart she was certain she could have a life filled with love and happiness with only her pups. Yet to rob them of their father, and rob Adolfo of his own blood was inconcievable for her.
