Oh? None of my precious D-Angel Techniques? Of course I'll agree to it, but it's a damn shame you want to cut out just what I intended on testing. There are charges for me to be restrained, but I'll wave the fee for now. For future reference: There will be a chart that'll say what removal of each "item" costs. But, I'm only willing to wave the fee on one condition: We make a bet.

I'll wager 5,000 points you can't last 5 rounds with me. It'd bring you to 5,500 points. It's up to you, but you will have to bet something your own self of equivalent value.

Limits: I cannot use D-Angel Techniques or Summons.

Hm...since everything's turn-based, we can make it simple. Just keep checking for posts, and we'll keep posting to one another's attacks and defenses whenever possible.

My matches are always turn-based logic, meaning that an attack and/or defense will fail if it's not explained.

Forced hits also are a bit no-no, and if I see a forced hit, then it'll either be a re-post or a VOIDED post, depending on the situation.

Finally: The ONLY two that should be posting in this forum until further notice should be you n' myself. Any outside posts will be deleted regardless of urgency or purpose.

I'll also note, regarding our bet: If you've not been defeated by the start of the sixth post, then the bet goes to you. This means that if your sixth post is one in which you take the "fatal" hit, the bet goes to me.

If you agree to all of this, you only need decided one more thing: Which one of us is going first?

The fun way. I need to kind of demonstrate here, so watch me fight myself.

::Kain would throw a fireball at Ishado's sternum::

::Ishado would duck out of the path of the fireball and rush to deliver a light-speed right hook to Kain's gut::

-At this point, Kain doesn't have any abilities I can use to dodge the hit. So, I need to take the hit, and I need to take it on a logical level, taking in to account the strength of Ishado and Kain's body's natural endurance. So I'd get something like...-

::The right hook would connect with Kain's gut, and given his brother's monumental strength, blood would fly from Kain's mouth. He'd be sent back quite the distance, through several trees before regaining composure and-::

That's what's known as "Turn-Based Logic." You keep going back and forth until someone finally gets dealt the deathblow. Obviously someone's going to either get pinned in an attack they can't escape, or one will get so worn out the other can land the killing blow. Obviously you don't want to make your attacks as simplistic as a fireball given you don't want to miss and you don't want to get his and thus make sure to try and avoid each attack while keeping in mind you need to counter. Something like my D-Angel: Catastrophe would be quite a bit harder to dodge than a fireball and do A LOT more damage (usually resulting in annihilation) but in order to make sure we're not just using attacks that make no sense, we implement the logic. Technically there's no logic to things like magic, so it's just a matter of explaining how your character did it. I wouldn't be able to just say "::Kain creates a ball of light and dark energy and shoots it at and destroys everything::." For one: That's a God mode if I ever wrote one, and two there's no explanation as to how the hell he formed it or why the hell it should do that much damage.

Make sense? It can be a long process, but it always leads to good battles n' it's the least likely to end after 5 rounds. A round, by the way, ends after each person posts. So it'd go you, me, end round. You, me, end round.

All right, then I'll make this final OOC post.

The first round WILL NOT be a round. It will be intros - our characters entering the Arena. This means I'll enter first, then you, then I make the first attack, you the first defense, and we take off like that.

I'm glad you like battle style as I freakin' HATE dice. Dice doesn't leave room for true error or creativity. I true newb with a plastic sword and a makeshift shield could beat me with dice. SCREW THAT.

Anywho, have fun, try to last the five rounds n' if you do keep tryin' to defeat me and just try n' have a blast!

::The sound of steel-plated boots would break the silence of the arena and send an echo through the dome-shaped Cathedral, one that would be ominous in the minds of those who knew him. His form could be seen clear as day soon enough as he stopped on a circle on the ground, one engraved with a sephiroth from the Tree of Life that stood for "King." It fit his ego rather nicely. He'd come fully prepared with everyone weapon in his vast arsenal, though one wouldn't expect it given he wore no more than black slacks held by a black leather belt and a black trench over his chest, fastened down to the bottom rather than buttoned. There was a sheath to a rather long katana on his left hip, but other than that, he might just look like some wannabe-Goth. He'd snicker at the thought and force both pale hands in to the pockets of the coat, and upon emerging each hand would have their own sheathe of black leather, each with a transmutation circle of unholy origins on the top and a smaller circle unseen on each palm. He'd pull his raven locks from his face to allow the young features of his pale faced to be admired by all, especially his crimson hues. He'd tie his hair back in a ponytail, then press the index and middle fingers of his right hand to the circle on his left palms:: "Level 10 restriction in effect." The circle would glow for a moment and Kain would simply fold his arms and wait for his opponent to appear as the D-Angel Techniques were sealed off by the "magic" of his circle. Ha. Magic was for amateurs...::
