AIM LOG: DragonsRage24 & iPao v2

"I still can't believe you went out on your own and left me home alone," Kai said with a hateful tone of voice coming off from her tongue. Though she had to admit, she had met Ra because of her twin's stupid, selfish antic, so the consequences form her brother's disappearance weren't all that bad. "Ryujin was pestering me, do you know what thats like? Having him follow me around, it took me so long to lose him in the grass," she wanted to go tell her mother, have her brother be punished, but no, she and her brother had the same views of their mother, yes indeed. "I can stop these images either, they come back stronger when you are not about, mom doesnt know what there are, how to stop them, why does it seem like we are the only ones Ka?" she said with a frown, flicking her tail and climbing atop a small rock in front of them both, her brother still on the grass.

"Because..." Ka said while rolling his crimson eyes, looking forward, keeping his head held high, sighing listening to his sister ramble on and on about why he should not have left. "I just wanted to go off on my own, see what it was like, jeez, and yea, its happening to me too, but I don't know what the images mean, what the dreams mean...no one in particular pops up, I only get vague look alikes, like, black shadows." He pawed at hte grass in front of him, sighed, and lowered his head to sniff at the grass blades. "Do you think Ryujin gets them too? And the sis', huh?" he hadn't heard Ryujin or his other two sisters complain about anything, perhaps they didnt get them, or didn't like to talk about them. Hmm. "What are we going to do today? Its your turn to find something to do," he said with a huff, breathing deep.

As expected, the minute he'd gotten home the day before both of his parents lectured him. As usual, they went on and on...and on about how wrong it was for him to stay out until mid-sunset. Lucky for him, his parents had gotten much busier with something or another (to his delight, it didn't concern him), so they couldn't continue with the lecture the following day. With a shrug Ra made his way back to where he met Kai, taking a seat and looking around once he'd arrived. He was bored, of course, and he wanted somebody to talk to. He knew it was very unlikely to run into the same cub the very next day after you first meet them, what with the pride lands being so vast, but he could hope.

After more than 5 minutes, though, he sighed and started walking aimlessly back toward Pride Rock. Ra had never been that lucky with anything, so why should this be any different? The young cub's eyes examined the blades of grass that he trampled over, before he trampled over them, mind paying no attention to any particular thing. "Man...this place is so...boring.." he mumbled to himself, beginning to entertain himself by pushing a small rock forward as he walked.

Kai sighed as she watched her brother, with his chest slightly puffed out as if to make himself look big and tough, he was still a small one compared to everyone else here. A smirk tugged on her maw as she thought of whether Ra and Ka would win in a wrestling match, she hadn't really sized Ra up wen she had met him, in comparison to her brother that is. "My turn, why do I have to pick out something," she said as she stood on the rock, glaring down at him, "You were the one who left me alone! Who went out on your own! You pick something!" she said with a slight small growl (as much as a cub could manage), her voice loud enough that anyone else around could hear the two of them bickering.

Ka looked up at his sister form his spot and glared right back at her, watching her, sensing her, images in his mind, tumbles, rolls, then back again, all in a blink of an eye he could see things, but not make out everything in his visions. "Oh be quiet," he said with a sigh, standing up, getting frustrated that she would not just pick something to do. "Either you pick something, or I'll pick something you won't like," he said with a sneer. Then he smirked at her, and pounced upwards, smacking his bodyweight into hers and rolling her off the rock into the grass, pinning her down. She was squirming of course, fighting back, but he was stronger then her, least in brute strength, at least now. "Now don't you wish you picked something, don't you!?"

Since his mind lacked any particular focus at the moment, the familiar voice immediately got his attention as he passed by. The cub looked up, a small smile beginning to tug at the edges of his maw, ears twitching to make sure he went in the right direction. A loud thud followed soon after the voice, and he bolted in that direction, somewhat hoping it'd be the cub he was searching for. When he made his way past the last bit of grass before the two other cubs, he slowed down to a decent trot, then poked his head out of the grass to see what was before him.

And he saw two other cubs wrestling, so he grunted. Neither looked too familiar, and he almost lost interest...but...well, he was bored. And this was something to do, at the very least. So with another sigh he padded up to the two carefully, eyes trained on the cub currently pinned to the ground. The closer he got, the more familiar the cub seemed, and when he was finally close enough he snorted and ran the last bredth of the distance and rammed into the figure who was pinning who he now recognized to be Kai to the ground. He paid no attention to who he rammed though, and started to help up Kai. "Now aren't you glad I saved you?" he said with a grin.

Kai, "You idiot get off from me!" Kai had managed to say before her brother had been knocked off from her. She immediately rolled off form her back onto her toes and took a step back, then looking to her side she saw Ra, and she smiled, and nodded, "Sure are," she said, then looking to Ka she huffed, "You should watch it you idiot! You could've hurt me!" she said with a frown. Flicking her tail she didn't bother to check if Ka was alright, she'd assured herself that he was fine. "Ra, how'd you find us here huh? I didn't know that we'd run into each other this soon," she said with a smile.

Ka felt a weight knocked into his side and for a moment he half expected to see his mother, or one of his cousins, or his aunt, but no, some little dark pelted furball dare touch him, get in the way of him trying to teach his sister a lesson. "Who're you!?" he asked as he stood up again, eyes glaring at this other cub..and...wait, what? "How do you know my sister! Get away from her!" he said with a slight snarl, the fur on his neck standing on end. How dare someone get so close to his other half, even dare try to get close enough to touch her, speak to her. No! Ka would not have this, not at all.

Ra returned her smile, but cut his pleasantries short when the other cub spoke. He was about to give the other cub a piece of his mind, however when he saw that he looked exactly like Kai, he couldn't help but tilt his head and look at him curiously. "Twin..." he muttered to himself, then turned back to Kai. "So this is the twin huh?" he asked, but let the question hang in the air for the moment so he could respond. "Name's Ra," he called back to Kai's twin. "We met yesterday, when you left her alone. So...y'know, our meeting was really your fault." And the cub smirked, tail swishing amusedly behind him.

Kai nodded towards Ra, "Yea, thats him, though he's extremely OVER THE TOP sometimes," she said emphasizing her words, watching Ka as he got flustered by her being in so close proximity with someone outside their family. "Whats the matter Ka, can't keep yourself happy seeing as I made a friend WITHOUT you being around, WITHOUT your help or your input," she said with a grin, sticking her tongue out at him, so happy that Ra was being himself and giving Ka a thing or two to chew on in his mouth. "Ease up, Ra is nice, and thinks the same way I do, we do..if you smarten up Ka," she said with a smirk. Oh, this was fun.

Ka snarled at this Ra, the opposing, unrelated mle cub before him. male too, male! What was Kai thinking getting herself tangled up with a male, oh the things males could do, pinning, scratching, biting, they were bigger and stronger! Biting was the worst though he guessed this ra could do, unless he had some other...weird trick up his sleeve. (Oh the young and naive). Flicking his tail he stuck his tongue out at Ra, patted at his fur to get the dyst and dirt off form him. "So, I guess your right, but what thinks you are well enough to know my sister, you strong enough, you have our same manner of thoughts, huh?" he asked, smirk wide on his maw.

Ra smiled as Kai taunted her brother a bit, thinking he would've done the same to any one of his siblings. That is...if any of them were as seemingly annoying as this one. Somehow, he kinda of smiled at his luck at that particular moment, thanking the gods that his father and mother bore no cubs like this. Then, when Ka spoke, Ra tilted his head again and looked at him strangely. "You talk kinda funny," he commented with a grin. "Trying to act as smart as you think you are?" Then he looked back at Kai, brow quirked. "Is he always like this?" And, just to annoy Ka, he inched just a little bit closer to Kai, winking as subtly as he could so she wouldn't be alarmed.

"Yea," Kai said with a smirk, watching as Ra moved a little closer, but it was fine, he seemed nice, and was nicethe day she met him, so it was alright, though Ka didn't seem to like it at all, with his overprotectiveness and such. Flicking her tail she giggled slightly, "He talks like that because he's probably getting mixed up, thoughtwise...I get that way sometimes too, getting weird images in the way is troublesome, Ka, its fine, he's alright, Ra is more interesting and smart then what I would have suspected...no offense at all Ra to anyone else you know," she said with a smile, reaching with his paw to paw at some grass, hoping she hadn't offended him.

Ka frowned at the two, "Watch your mouth there buddy, wouldn't want to lose your tongue would you? Have a go-" but he stopped, listening to Kai. Fine. If she thought he was fine and dandy and nice then fine, was her problem if anything bad happened to her friend. Huffing, he watched ra closely though, in truth he was rather overprotective of his sister, but he couldn't help it, they were identical, and they were two sides of the same thing, so why would anyone want to get in the middle of that sort of thing, he did not know. Ugh, others, so confusing, just like their mother.

Ra flicked his tail, a flicker of anger shooting through his golden hues when Ka threatened him. Had he continued, the cub would definitely have had a go at him. But Kai spoke up, somehow managing to calm down her twin, and Ra let it pass. If there was anything that irritated Ra, threatening him or any of his siblings was definitely it. He nodded when Kai explained what had happened and her initial opinion of him, and shrugged. "More of those weird images, huh? So he gets them too?" he asked, then glanced at Ka. "Ah, and don't worry about it. It takes a bit to see that I'm better than almost all the cubs around here." He emphasized almost, to keep from upsetting either of the two, then turned his attention back to Ka. "So what's your name, twin?"
PostPosted: Fri May 16, 2008 10:20 pm

"Yea, we both pretty much get them, we don't know if the pest, well, Ryujin, he knows about Ryujin Ka, so don't freak," she said towards him, making sure she would clear it up to her brother. " Its hard sometimes, they are very vague like, silhouetted figures, and nothing really makes sense, and it happens while we sleep too, but our mom doesn't know what they are, she said they might be something like dreams or nightmares, but it doesn't seem like it," she said with a frown. Why couldn't they understand it anyway? "Yea, don't worry about Ra alright? He's perfectly nice and strong, and is really cool," she said with a smile. Yes, Ra was her friend.

"Ka," Ka said simply put. It was strange that he and Ra's names were so close, fate perhaps? No, maybe, what was fate anyway? Shurgging he sighed, wanted to get Kai away from this Ra, but she seemed fond of him, manipulation someday perhaps? Such a maniacal mind already, but no, he doubted something like that would occur. Was it possible to jsut have friends outside of the family that would not consider them weird? The possibility really hadn't crossed Ka's mind before, huh. "So you know about the pest then huh, do you have one in your family?" Ka asked, trying to get information from Ra to see if he lived here with family, or someone who might have found him.

Ra grinned with Kai's compliment, his pride somewhat elated more so with what she said. "Thanks," he said with a laugh. At this point he really wished he'd met her sooner, seeing as she'd been the only one to see him for what he really was: absolutely...perfect. At least, as far as he was conrcerned, he was. Especially since she said he was nice, strong, and really cool. Yeah, she said really. He kept the words in mind, then looked at Ka when he replied. Their names were very similar, though it just occured to him that he didn't say his full name. Ra let it drop, figuring it didn't matter since no one ever called him by his full name anyway. Save for his parents...when they were very mad.

And when Ka asked his question, the cub couldn't help but laugh aloud. "Of course I do," he replied once he recomposed himself. "I'm starting to think every family has one, or maybe even more than one, since I've mostly run into 'pests' around here. That is, before I ran into Kai, of course." Finally...he'd made friends that he could tolerate. Though, one most definitely more than the other.

Kai smiled and batted a paw at Ra's shoulder and smiled, at least it seemed like she and Ka nad Ra could be in the same place without having to worry about tensions getting too high. For this she smiled, and peered up at the sky, a thought came to her mind. "Hey Ra, want to look at the clouds again today? Ka and I do it sometimes, try to pick out figures, see which ones are better then the rest, " sort of how she wondered which lions here were better than others. Hmm. She flopped onto her back, but next to Ra even though he was not on his back, yet, though she didn't know if he wanted to or not. Though she smiled, began letting her crimson eyes scan the sky, at least though, at least her friend and her twin were getting along, that was what counted now, all that counted.

Ka watched Ra and nodded at his responses, great, other pests about perhaps? Jeez, he couldn't escape them could he? Ka smiled though at his sister's suggestion, and he padded over and flopped onto his back as well, on the other side of his sister, her in between he and Ra, which was robably for the better since this was the first time Ka was meeting him. "Come on, you know you want to, we can see who picks out the btter ones, like a competition, the three of us," he said with a grin. He let his crimson eyes peer upwards towards the sky as well. Perhaps...perhaps others here weren't as bad as Ka had originally thought..

Ra looked down at the two, a little amused that they were so fascinated by clouds. Though, he had to admit he liked them too. So with a smile and a shrug he rolled onto his back on the other side of Kai, playfully bumping into her before properly lying down. He let his own golden orbs scan the skies for the best clouds, knowing he couldn't possibly lose. "Sounds like fun," he said as he scanned. And then he said with a laugh, "But I bet I'll win."
