Simple question - what do you prefer: hand-made pictures or digital art? I mean you, as artists ( smile ), what is your usual choice?
I'm not decided in this issue. Of course, at school/home/trip I take my pencils, paper and eraser (much easier to carry) but since about one year I've been also drawing in few programmes (first: MS Paint, current: Photoshop CS)on my comp.
So, which method do you usually use, my dear artists?

I prefer drawing digitally, since it's easier (ctrl+z, ctrl+z, ctrl+z, ctrl+z, ctrl+z) but enjoy both quite a lot.

If I had a tablet PC then I'd say digitally but otherwise hand xp
I like drawing digitally coz you could have layers and undo things while hand drawing you have to erase and at times i accidentally erase too much or what I erased was better than what I drew. But my problem with digital drawing is when I use my tablet/mouse (whichever xp ) I can't like angle my hand or position myself well unlike drawing traditionally. I'm sorry I can't really explain myself sweatdrop .
But to sum it all up I'd pick digital drawing if I had a tablet PC but otherwise I'd stick with hand drawing sweatdrop .

I like digital... but sometimes if i get my favorite pen in my hand. (Rolling ball pen) I have to draw, I love that pen!
Digital, if you mess up, you can always correct it, but with hand *if using pen* you have to start over, or use that mess upness to create something new, different, or it will actually look good!

It depends.
For drawing on the computer, if you mess up then you can erase it, and there's a tablet to make life on the computer easier. And you don't have to keep buying art supplies.
If you draw w/ your hand then you use up a lot of paper, pencils, and art supplies, but it's easier to use (there's the shading, coloring exactly how you want to, and all thous.)
But in all I prefer the hand drawn pictures. It takes longer to draw but more effort goes in to it... On the go though... (+ if you draw really good, it's hand drawn, and you have an art shop, then more gold...)

I'd rather DRAW traditionally; I feel like I have more control~
I'll color things digitally though.
