Partial spoilers. It's still airing.
Mr. Teague is flying on a jet by himself, holding a passport with a new identity. Kara enters, and calls him Teague. He denies being him, and says he wants to be left alone. Kara wants the device that will control the traveller. Teague denies everything.
Kara goes into mean mode and punches a hole in the plane, and threatens to throw Teague through it. He eventually gives up the name "Lex". Kara then destroys the plane.
"Somebody saaaavveeeeee meeeeeee...."
Chloe finds out about the plane crashing, and knows Teague was on board. Clark listens to the black box and hears Kara threatening Teague. He also hears Lex's name.
At the mansion, Kara tries to grab the device, but can't. It won't let her. Clark arrives shortly after, grabs her by the wrist, and they speed away to the barn. He tells her there's something wrong with her; maybe Red K, maybe something that happened on Krypton. She basically tells him to ******** off and tries to fly away. Clark grabs her foot, and she kicks him.
Clark again with Chloe. Clark says he's going to use the green K to stop her. Chloe says she'll do it for him, alone. Clark doesn't want it, but Chloe talks him into it.
Kara visits Lex, and they have a little conversation that basically leads to her admitting she's a Kryptonian, and that the coordinates in the arctic is the travellers Fortress. She says the traveller is turning evil, and that she needs Lex to stop him by controlling him. Lex asks who the traveller is... Kara says "don't you already know?" and smiles.
Chloe calls Kara on her phone, and tells her that Clark is going to destroy the Fortress because he thinks that's the only way they can control him. Kara arrives, and Chloe pulls the green K out on her. Nothing happens. Chloe tries to escape, but is stopped by Kara, who then morphs into Brainiac. Brainiac then does the same maneuver he used on Lana, but is damaged by Chloe somehow. Chloe however still passes out and ends up in the hospital.
Clark visits her, and finds her eyes in the same catatonic state as Lana's. "Brainiac!" he says with a mean look on his face.
Brainiac is then shown at a power facility, looking very tired. He's going to recharge.
Commercial break, and then I typed this up. More to come shortly.

A rather short segment, but a VERY important one.
Brainiac is sucking power out of the wires at the plant, when Clark arrives and sucker punches him. Some words are shared, and Clark kills him.
Next scene, Clark is at the asylum talking on his cell with Chloe, saying he's glad she made a full recovery. He enters Lana's room to find that she's gone.
A nurse comes up behind him, and tells him Lana recovered and checked herself out. She also left him a disk.
Clark is at home, watching the disk. It's a goodbye video from Lana. She said she loves him and needs him, but the world needs him more. Some other stuff is said, and near the end of the tape Lois comes in the door and can see what's happening, with Clark unaware of her there. Lana asks Clark not to try to look for her, and the video ends.
Clark cries, turns around, and Lois starts tearing up as well. They hug, and we're back to commercials.
Updating again shortly.

Chloe and Jimmy are back at the Talon, with Jimmy being very protective of her. He even offers to carry her up the stairs. Some lovey dovey stuff is said, and Jimmy gets on one knee, brings out a ring...
Enter international security. They arrest Chloe.
Jimmy goes to the barn and tells Clark about them arresting Chloe, and that Lex was behind it. He also says Lex is out somewhere circling the arctic.
Next scene, Lex is in the Fortress. He has the device in his hand. He's about to place it into the heart of the Fortress when Clark arrives. Some classic interaction takes place, with Lex finally realizing everything he suspected was true about Clark. He then places the device inside, and Clark falls down. Lex goes to him, tells him he loves him like a Brother, and is sorry he has to do this. The Fortress is then destroyed. And the credits roll.
See ya next season!

I missed it therefore and I am SO happy you posted all those spoilers!
Thank GOD Lana is gone. And she won't be back, full time at least. She's not going to be a regular next season so I think we might have FINALLY seen the end of Clana! However it is gonna kind of piss me off is this is the only reason that Clark and Lois are going to end up hooking up, on the Clana rebound. That would not be cool. Not cool at all.

Okay, since I was at Senior Awards last night I couldn't watch it at it's regular time. But I did see it this morning. Mind you, I fast forwarded a lot of things.
Okay so yay for Clois scenes! They were great and pretty sure the only reason to ever look back at this episode.
I mean Kara was Brainiac and Lex Luthor knows Clark's secret. Veritas and the Traveler. I really didn't like that storyline from the beginning. It seemed so last minute and half-a**ed in my opinion. Like the writers scribble-scrabbled the entire story.
The fortress went down like the tiger cave in Aladdin. The End. So yeah. That's it. I mean there are questions but not questions I am dying to know the answer to. Sure "How does Clark and Lex get out?" "How is Lex going to be the iconic Lex Luthor we know?" "Will he still know Clark's secret?" See, there are a lot of questions but if the writers did their job right, we wouldn't have these questions in the first place.
Chloe and Jimmy. Seriously, who really cares about them.
Not the best season of Smallville. Some shining jewels but nothing really special.
Best Episode - Bizarro. It was a great way to start off the season.
Worst Episode - Sleeper. Hero was close but it had Pete return.
Honorable Mention - Apocalypse. It was fun watching all the Clois scenes.

I HATE LANA HOW DARE SHE LEAVE CLARK LIKE THAT!!!!!!! BREAKING HIS HEART LIKE THAT SHE GOT SOME NERVE TO BREAK UP WITH HIM THAT WHY, SHE MAKES ME SICK!
ANYWAY THIS FINALE WASN'T THE GREATEST, LIKE ALL THE OTHER SEASON FINALE'S OF SMALLVILLE WERE GREAT AND LIKE I CAN'T WAIT TILL NEXT SEASON, BUT THIS CLIFF HANGER WAS NOT THAT FEELING, HOPEFULLY NEXT SEASON WON'T STINK, SINCE THERE WILL BE NEW WRITERS AND ALL, I HOPE THIS IS NOT LIKE THE LAST SEASON OF GILMORE GIRL WHEN THE NEW WRITERS CAME IN!

Is this CAPSLOCK Smallville now? neutral
I'm glad Lana left him. The video thing was in true Lana fashion. She never really says goodbye. But was was great cause it was the complete truth. Yay! Lana is telling the truth! And you don't have to worry about Clark's heart, it is in good hands.
Have I told anyone how I hate Smallville season finales? They make you feel all depressed and pessimistic about everything it seems. No moments that leave you happy and spirited. It makes you feel down in the dumps. Like you got kicked in the face after getting hit by a car.

I didn't really like this episode. There were only a few parts that I did like, like the scene with Brainiac and Clark. I do wonder what happend to Clark and Lex after the Fortress broke down on top of them?

i'm very unhappy with the way they ended clana; kristen leaves with a video?! i mean, wtf????? 7 years of clana ends with an effin video? scream couldn't they think of something better? the whole clana situation brought tears to my eyes, rather depressing to see clark like that D;
jimmy proposes, and the fbi arrest chloe before she says yes, typical smallville xd
meh i thought this finale's momentum was rather slow for some reason that i cant pinpoint...not the best but pretty good...
