Everything will be fully answered via PM's to me. The first task is as follows:
Evaluation of Target
1) Pick any three ninja of any rank (not yourself).
2) Compile an analysis of those three ninja. Include (but not limit to):
• Background
• Behavioral characteristics
• Fighting capabilities (as you see it) and counter strategies
Remember, no one should know who is taking this test. I am not reminding those involved about this test, so they must be vigilant. The end of this section of the test will be on the [pending].

Your second task is as follows:
Strategic Situational Awareness
Overview: You are assigned the task of hunting a dangerous ninja. You know almost nothing about the ninja save what he looks like and the crimes against him. You are in a squad of four. You have chased this ninja into a forest and it begins to rain heavily.
1) How do you track this ninja in the forest?
2) Along the way one of your squad is injured, perhaps by a trap laid by the enemy ninja, perhaps by accident, or perhaps as a result of direct confrontation with the enemy ninja. The enemy ninja is still fleeing. What do you do?
3) Multi-part questions:
3A) You have caught up to the enemy ninja. Do you try to capture the fugitive or kill him? Either way, how do you go about it?
3B) You loose track of the enemy ninja. What do you do now?

Third and final task is as follows:
A tournament will be held. Each participant of the test will battle each other member one on one. All rules except for those concerning the killing of your opponent are still in effect. You may use lethal force in these matches. You will be resurrected after the end of each battle if you are slain.
The tournament will be set up soon. This will last until the end of [pending].
