Grand Opening - May 14, 2008
After saving up and waiting, I choose May 14th to create the guild. I'm a big fan of Sonic the Hedgehog and the Sonic the Hedgehog series and I have been almost as long as I can remember. This guild is intended for fans of the Sonic series.

Fan art is allowed (and loved), but it must not break Gaia ToS

November 27-December 15, 2009 : You can enter you name for the guild's Secret Santa this year. The last day to enter your name is the 15th! To enter, post here.
August 10, 2008 : There will be a screening of Sonic the Hedgehog NextGen as a movie in VJ on August 10th. It will be in Japanese with English subtitles. The estimated duration is approximately 5 hours so get comfy.
June 23, 2008 : You're invited to watch Sonic the Hedgehog: The Movie in VJ with fellow members of Hedgehog Hangout to celebrate Sonic's 17th birthday. You'll have your choice of watching either the English dub or the Japanese OVAs (with no subtitles).

Contests
To celebrate the guild's approaching birthday, we will be holding a Birthday contest - entries must be related to Sonic or the series as a whole to celebrate 2 years of this guild. Any member of the guild may enter.
Art Contest
Show off your artistic skills and submit your Sonic-related drawings celebrating Sonic or the series as a whole. You can submit your artwork by posting it in the contest thread using the form below.

CONTEST #6 Video Contest
If you know how to create videos, then feel free to submit one about Sonic for the contest. Videos can be anything from flash to sprite animations, dubs, or AMV's. Upload your videos to YouTube (or Google Video) and post the link in the contest thread using the form below. The winners will be put together in a VJ playlist for other users of the guild to enjoy.
