Ok so as late i have been especially... well... horny? I really don't know what it is... It's really obnoxious.. i gotta know, is anyone else feeling this? Could it because of the season or just like a final stage of puberty? I'm 17 almost 18 and i'm pretty sure i'm fully grown. sweatdrop

Some animals go in heat in spring, but humans don't work quite like that. Humans get in the mood regardless of the season and even regardless of whether or not the female is fertile.
It's normal to randomly find yourself in the mood, especially in your teenage years. Being in the mood, even very randomly, might be more common during puberty, but that certainly doesn't mean that adults don't experience it too!

I just found out today in a documentary on love and sex that males' sex drives usually peak as the near and during their 18th year.

It could have to do with the season. Though humans no longer respond to pheromone, hormonal substance that attracts the opposite sex (maybe, but not as they do before evolution).
The phenomenon that girls are not covering up as much as they do in the winter could be a factor.
But cool, sex drive peaks at 18, could that be the reason why guys are so horny that they want to lose their virginity at prom?

I was just listing some of the reasons that some people want sex on prom night. Obviously, that doesn't mean everyone will want it or will want it for one of those reasons.

I think it is absurd that some people feel like they have to rush into it before they are ready because they think it's "cool" or something. i want the first time to be very special for both my girlfriend and myself(shes a virgin too). Too me it's the deepest level of intimacy and that can't just go to someone in a rush.

I lost mine in August... but I was textbook age, 17 1/2. Wasn't a special day or anything, just wanted to. My friend lost his on New Years.
My boyfriend is just always horny. XD
