Lillu slowly wandered through the woods, looking for some prey. She was still in the confused daze that she had been in since she ran away from her mother. She couldn't leave the woods, she knew that much. If she left its shade and protection, her mother could find her. If she tried to fly away, she would only make herself even more noticeable. Instead, she must stay low and walk wherever she goes. One day she'll fly again, when she is strong enough. One day. Taking a break from walking, Lillu stopped by a small stream that passed through the woods. She looked around making sure her mother wasn't near by. The surroundings seemed safe, even though the stream was a popular spot for other Soquili to meet. 'Inferiors', as her mother called them. But were they inferior? Her mother had even called Lillu inferior. Was she at their level? It was all so confusing to her. Who was she? What was she?

Walking through the forest, Keiran had just went to visit his mother but he never stayed in that area long. Even though he had okay relations with his family, he preferred to stay out of their way and they did the same for him. His relationships were all so strange. Tilting his head, the stallion noticed his reflection in a puddle nearby. He grinned happily as he took a glance but forced himself to keep walking. His golden chains shifted slightly as he moved but they relatively made little noise. What to do today... He got so bored easily. Even though he would gladly spend the day gazing at himself, he felt rather restless today like he needed to stretch his legs or something. Maybe he should hunt. Keiran began to look around for any signs of any animals knowing that it shouldn't hard to find a small rabbit...

Lillu froze at the sound of hoofs moving nearby. Worried it may be her mother, she quickly hid behind a large bush. Taking a few moments to calm her nerves, she peeked out to see a Kalona with strange horns, almost like the antennae of a bug. Well, it wasn't her mother and hopefully wasn't a spy. If it was a spy, Lillu would be able to take care of it, she could defend herself - but not against her mother. Her mother was much too powerful. Coming out from behind the bush, she gave the Kalona a strange and distrusting look. Perhaps it would be best if she didn't say anything and let the Kalona pass on by her.

He hadn't noticed her at first since he was too occupied with himself. But once he saw her, Keiran turned his head and looked at her. What the hell was that face for? He stopped and stared at her in the eyes. His golden eyes were intense and glowing brighter then usual. Immediately, he began scrutinizing her physical appearance. Keiran judged before he actually met the other soquili. Personality was important but he thought that appearance was way more important. "What are you staring at?" His voice almost sounded amused.
Keiran loved the fact that she was looking at him. There was a part of him that thought that she was admiring his appearance and how beautiful he was. She wished she was as beautiful as him. That's how his ego stayed alive. He fed it with his own thoughts. He didn't need others to feed it for him.

"I'm looking at how odd you look," snarled Lillu. The glowing eyes and antennae were something she had never seen on a Kalona before. "What type of Kalona are you?" Lillu probably shouldn't be talking, should she? She wasn't a full Kalona herself. She may look like one, but she wasn't. But he didn't have to know that, did he? Without her telling him, there'd be no way of him ever knowing.

Keiran chuckled once more as she spoke. "At least I've got you looking." Smirking playfully, the stallion looked at her curiously. "What do you mean? I'm a pure-blooded kalona. Mother and father pure. What are you?" He was aware of half-kalonas and other strange things but that subject had never been brought up. He gave her an almost disdainful look. Keiran looked her over again. She looked... basically normal. He wasn't impressed.

"I'm a h..." she paused. Should she tell him? Her mother told her that she didn't deserve to live for being a half-Kalona. Perhaps other Kalona, especially pure-bloods, will share the same view? She looked like a full Kalona. Perhaps she could pass as one. "A h..a pure-blood Kalona as well, of course. Not a stupid half-blood," she said. She made sure her voice was as strong and convincing as possible. If there was one thing Lillu could do, it was lie. Without her ability to lie, who knows if she'd have ever made it out of her mother's care alive?

Staring at Lillu with hard eyes, Keiran was expecting something else to come out of her mouth when she started to mouth out a different word. She probably lied but honestly, Keiran didn't care. If she wanted to lie about everything, he was still willing to listen because it was none of his business about what others did. All he truly cared about was himself. The stallion nodded in agreement with Lillu. "Yes, stupid half-bloods..." He chuckled softly and grinned wickedly. "Tell me Lillu, what do you prefer to eat?" He couldn't help but flash his pearly whites at her.
