 As we all know, May 16-18th is Gaia's 1st Prom!
If you were like me, your RL prom sucked! D<
(or if you're like D you didn't even go to prom)
And if you did go and had a great time well that's cool ^^
So whether this is a do over, a first time, or a another time
this prom will be one that hopefully you'll never forget!!!
And as a guild we hope to never forget it either!!
So in order to help with the memories we're having a few guild contests!
(YAY! everyone loves guild contests!)
And a special theme for our guild is "Dancing with Demons and Angels"
(inspired by the cult classic film "The Labyrinth" view the Ball Scene here!
Also includes "good & evil" "faeries & goblins" etc.. things of that nature ^^
So dust off those elegant shoes, demon masks and mythril halos!
WE'VE GOT A PROM TO GO TO!

Contest Listings:
Couples Contest
Catergories included: Theme (your choice), Matching, Cosplay
Singles Contest
Catergories included: Theme (your choice), Matching, Cosplay
Prom Song
Follow Instructions in that post below
Rules:
#1. Only 10 entries allowed for each Contest/Catergory
(since polls only allow that many options)
#2. Only 1 person may enter up to 3 times
(so if you enter in couples Theme and Cosplay,
you can enter one more time is say Prom Song)
So be careful if you enter in couples because that counts as 1 entry
#3. Entries must be in by Fri May 16th and voting starts same day.
And winners will be announced by Sunday the 18th win polls close.
(so while you're at the Gaia event,
don't forget to come to the guild to vote!)
Prizes:
Winners for Couples
(winnings will be spilt into twos)
All Catergories - 3000g for 1st, 1500g for 2nd, 750g for 3rd
Winners for Singles
All Catergories - 1500g for 1st, 750 for 2nd, 325g for 3rd
Prom Song
1st place - 1000
2nd place - 500
3rd place - 250

PROM SONG
The idea behind this contest is to find a song that best descibed Prom Night
In order for your to enter, you must find a song, post a link to hear it
(use sites like youtube, imeem, lastfm, etc...)
You will also need to post the lyrics as well so please don't forget
(this will probably be hard for songs in other languages,
so choose a song carefully)

For the Theme Contest,
are we using a theme we choose,
or do we have to use the Angels & Demons theme?
And if we have to use the Angels & Demons theme
and are entering as singles, do we turn in two tekteks,
one as an angel and one as a demon?
