Destruction. Death. Bannings. Anger. Hate. The feeling of betrayal.

We are all in a mess of these things. Alliances are shifting within our own guild. Loyalties have split amongst ourselves. I have come to a realization since the day I returned in a fit of rage.

This was my fault.

Had I been here to guide and organize myself, the differnce in ideals would've never been made. I also realize that Tamer and the other mods involved meant well. You were just doing your jobs, trying to run things in my absense. However, despite the attempts, decisions were made that should not have been. I will not, however, blame anyone but myself. I realize that its not easy to participate in something when you forget why you are here. OR why you want to be a part of it.

Let me find the words....

I never believed that we would grow to a point of influence. I started out with the thought to inspire. Inspiration. I had hoped to spark something in you all. Of course, I knew that ProjectDCK would come first, and as soon as the time came, I had to leave... before I had completed THIS mission.... I let you down to an extent. I will be re-appointing SOME of the mods. The ACTIVE ones. Tamer, Forte. I am told these two have helped keep things going, and after some consideration, I think they were just trying to instill action. Not an easy task. I will talk with these two in order to make some arrangements to ADJUST the new ideas. I think we all still share the same ideas as far as equality and freedom. I think we all want a Gaia BUILT for us.

We must REORGANIZE OURSELVES.
I feel that the past has done nothing but teach us. We can re-assemble and organize so that misunderstandings amonst ourselves don't take place. As I beleive in the equality of all, it is too much for me to simply "take over" and ban those who have done nothing but help. Instead, I must collaberate with these few who have become leaders, and create a better place that we ALL can have fun in, take part in, make something.

I sincerely apologize to all the members here. I apologize to every member lost in the bannings. I apologize to the mods. I hope that we can sort this mess out and WORK TOGETHER. After all, I can't overcome Gaia on my own, nor can any of us alone. Only together. United. WE WILL OVERCOME.

If I have left things unaddressed, bring it to my attention. Mods will be reinstated, but only the active ones, and we may appoint new ones. I must consult the others.
And we shall call it the Alliance Council. For order. Discuss this. Lets fix our guild.

* folds arms* humm.. well I guess it's best for the entire guild to discuss this so our ideals don't get mixed up again. Sort of like finding a happy medium.

Yeah. I wanna form a council of trust. The Alliance Council. That way we have checks and balances...

A voting system, along with proper guidance. Since we all can''t be here all the time.

I think we first need to determine a way to get business done. Everyone needs to be involved. An order needs to be instated in some way, shape, or form, that makes no member feel inferior and no member feel superior either. I honestly think that if we can't get something like this organized right off the bat, we're just gonna fail again. There were the squads previously, which were a nice idea, but didn't work because we seperated into jobs within squads. It was discussed in the job thread a while back that re-using the squad idea will work again if this time we organize into job squads rather then just three seperate groups. I'm wondering if this still seems like a plausible idea to the rest of you, I'd like all of your opinions on the matter, and Cycon's too of course.

Hmm, good point...but I don't know how else we can get organized. There's no way we can accomplish anything if we don't figure some way to get information and jobs dispursed to the members. If you have other ideas though, I'd be glad to hear them. I figure if it does start to go down any sort of "I'm better then you because I'm in this squad" path, then we'll know this time to take out the problems before they get bad.
