Phone cheat ;]
Here you go, your first GTA 4 post! And its a cheat....woot!
Since its such a huge hit (-_-) ill give you as many cheats as I can.

Girls best friend, there cellphone. But in GTA4 its the gamers best cheat. Thats if you know how.
Want a car? Sick of walking? Just whip out mr. celly and call (227)555-0142 (No, sorry boys. Thats NOT my number)
No, that car to slow for you? Fine! Call (227) 555-0168. For more speed and style. ;D
Say your sick of land and want to hit the waves. Just call (93 cool 555-0100. Its all about the motion on the ocean right? ;]
Helicopter: (359)555-0100
UGH! There I gave you road, water and air!! Now...since im nice, ill also give you one little more thing :O
Head to your fav internet caffe and type in www.Whattheydontwantyoutoknow.com
Giving you ALL the hidden items w/ a map of course...
