Ok im 14 going on 15 in about a month but about a month or so after i hit puberty(13) I noticed my nipples got larger and kinda sore...like they just look like big red bumps not like normal nipples and if I touch them they hurt...lol..sounds weird but its true...is this normal because it would help a lot if I kneo the problem.

It's normal for nipples to swell and become tender during puberty. However, it's difficult for us to say over the internet whether your problem is just simple swelling and tenderness. So you could check with a doctor just to be on the safe side.
