Well, with all the stuff happening in Bleach, what makes you guys still support that pairing. I just want to ask because many Ichihime fans I know were Ichiruki fans at first. Alot of people have changed their minds.
What makes you guys still like this couple???

hmm well to start out.. in fact lets start out WITH starting out, what did Kubo give us the impression of at the beginning of the series, lots of IchiRuki yes? Well i think that if that's how the series started, thats how it should be throughout the entire show. I've seen quite a bit of shows where the leading lady was one girl, but then it turned out to be another girl which sorta screwed up the entire story. I don't want bleach to turn into one of those gonk
now for IchiRuki themselves, i love the couple with that love/hate relationship, thats what they seem to me. They have their arguements, but they're still so close. Infact their arguments give them the realistic view of a couple. Think about many couples go through their little mishaps and arguments but they are still highly capable of staying together. IchiRuki represents whats real and what isn't a complete fairytale. This isn't a couple you'd see in and EVERYDAY anime, such as the gorgeously timid girl and the forward hot guy then it all of the sudden turns into some disney princess fairytale where pretty girls always get they guy and they'll love each other FOREVER AND EVER-- bleh >< I actually do find this couple very unique in their ways. not only are they not cliche' to me, they're also entertaining and we all know that. Why would we want to demolish such a great couple!?!
haha my mind's blank, i know i can come up with more reason xDD

hmm not that i don't respect a change sometimes...
but for some reason the only think i keep hearing from the current ichihime's/former ichiruki's is that orhime is in love with ichigo which is why they should be together, if that's the reason for their change then what would happen if inoue fell or Ulquorria [[sp on name]] or Ishida and some new girl fell for Ichigo? would they change their fan.. ship.. thing? sweatdrop

I bet probally a new fan group will appear...what can I say Ichigo is a lady's man O__o...every girl in the series kinda like him

What makes me choose IchiRuki over IchiHime is the realism of it, and how the evidence is subtle. Sure, it's not a teary confession. It's made of small notions and third-party observations and not blatantly outright in the manner that's aimed at giddy preteens.

Everyone has their own opinion. We like this new interesting couple, and they are sticking to the hero/princess thing.

i like IchiRuki because they act like a real couple and theyre really funny together. instead of the cliche, "hero rescues princess" Rukia actually fights for herself, and still maintains<--[sp] a relationship with Ichigo. plus they make me laugh XD lol

There have been times when I have thought "Orihime and Ichigo would be cute together."
But in the end Ichigo and Rukia is the best. Their relationship is very realistic and you don't see than as often any more. I like how Rukia fights for herself and doesn't put up with anything. I think Orihime could give Ichigo a more emotional support system but Rukia can do that as well and still give him a butt kicking. Rukia is strong enough to protect herself (phsically and mentally) and is a woman who is worthy of being by Ichigo's side.
