User Image Fae's brilliant wings and eyes fluttered as she woke with the dawning sun. It's rays streaming down causing the sparkles on her body to gleam as she moved. She stretched her limbs and looked to the skies with a smile on her face. She always loved the early mornings. Especially when it was a warm sunny day, like today.

Though a perfect day is useless alone, or so she thought. It seemed like she was spending more and more time by herself lately, which usually didn't bother her, but she loved being around other and missed it.

Moving slowly to the rivers edge and slowly waded herself in to her ankles, then plopped down to cool herself off, her antenna twitching slightly as the breeze swept passed her, carrying an unknown scent in the air.

[ This is when he was much younger than he is now If thats ok with you owo ]
Tsukuoru had watched a bunny bounce in every which way.. He watched closely... and followed it lightly.. Calmly as if it were not prey but an ally. His peg legg followed him.. and guided his strength in the right direction. Tail flapping in the air.. and his modest look. He was young.. His mane hadn't grown to an extent where he was.

His limbs not strained at all.. He could walk forever he thought.. He was a cat. Curiousity hit him pretty hard as he followed the bunny under the bush. He stopped. Sniffed and put his snout in the hole the bunny went through. He lifted the bush up a bit and stuck his head in. Ears flapping a bit as his patch was now stratched as a thorn went across it. He didn't mind but when he shook his head and opened his yellow eye. Ah behold... he was granted the sight of a beautiful river.. and on the opposite from him was a pink beauty. His body flopped and watched her carefully... And in awe of course. Never had his eyes beheld such a thing. He was such in a surprise that a blush hadnt even had time to blush.

The bunny crossed Tsu's nose and threw dirt on it a bit as it skipped away. He jerked a lil and sneezed loudly. Taking in a breath that had been taken by the beauty.

(Yeah i'm fine with it ^.^)
Fae leaned over and dipped her nose in the water to wake herself more fully. Though she liked water, she hated her wings being exposed to it, it always took forever for them to dry. She stepped deeper into the water, about shoulder height and relaxed letting the current run over her muscles. Mmm.. this is so nice. She sighed and closed her eyes, relaxing in the feel of the cool water.

The scent got stronger, that of a male. A sneeze in the distance caused Fae to lift her eyes in the direction of both the sound and the scent. "Who's there?" she asked nervously, taking a few steps back from the river. Oh please don't be someone big, please don't be someone big. She prayed. Her ears flattening slightly as her eyes narrowed watching for signs of the Ulaya in the bushes.

He was slender by this time, and his fur- a rush of a painted black and white. Flopped on the floor- he slowly lifted up his head.. then his body decided to follow behind him. Clumpsy yes, but dumb. No. His ears went slanted as some leafs were still sticking out of his fur in every which way. Something had done him wrong it seemed- his fur in a mix of waves. Though - he was fine with it- he neither cared much for it, he was a bit tall for his age. Youthful it seemed got the better of him. His tuff hair covered one half of his face as he shook himself a bit and walked out of the bushes showing himself.

He stood there, strong willed and thoughtful- with the light of the sun behind him as it was setting. His one yellow orb shown- brightly and glowing. Something that seemed like it wasn't attached to anything. "Heh.. Sorry." He walked slowly to the opposite side of the river from her. He stood there watching a moment as his brath was regained, he bowed softly.. Then rose his head to her. "Forgive my intrusion. I was.. merely..." From the corner of his eye he saw the same rabbit bounce its way on over to the bushes and disappeared- he gave a soft sigh and chuckled some. "I was following after a rabbit til-" He looked back at the butterfly.. He couldnt stop but watch her..but decided it wasn't polite enough to stare- his eyes shifted to the river.

"Didn't plan on stumbling over a beaut Lass such as yourself though." He nodded softly and lifted his paw- bowing in a gesture now. Romance never stirred him wrong- he was always in the ball and would always. Love couldn't be taken away from his aura- even if he tried.. Then he let his yellow orb raise to the female.. with a soft look of mysteria and unknown.

The shrubs where the stranger was thought to be fusseled and behind to the side as he step into her view. She gave him a once over and let out a barely audible sigh of relief, she almost thought she had someone following her, someone big and perhaps threatening. Though this Ulaya walked on three legs he appeared somewhat wild and untamed with longer tuff and appearance. But something about him intrigued her, whether it was because it looked as if he had endured many obstacles or that he seemed to travel, she wasn't sure.

Her limbs slowly relaxed as he spoke, something about his voice seemed soothing an smiled. "It's alright, I just thought... I was being.. followed.." she said scuffling the ground at her paws.

Her eyes followed him as he made his way to the river edge. "Heh, I.. um.. thanks" she muttered softly turning her face slightly, trying to hide her blush from him. But she suspected he's seen it. She was never good at hiding her feelings or moods from others. His expressions sure left her in the dark, so to speak and she blushed again. Oh my goddess... What is he doing here?

"Sorry for startling you then. I assure you.. I didn't know such a beautiful lass was here. Again I repeat my statement before." He looked about for the rabbit a moment. "Well.. I was following a rabbit and such.. and lead me to you i suppose. But now he has disappeared and I have nothing to do." He sighed softly as to be disappointed. Then his body relaxed to see that the other was blushing.. Maybe she was sick? He didn't know.. He sat down and - leaning his over to the river between then and started licking some water to quench the thirst that he had been gaining from following the rabbit.

After a few moments he looked up- gentle eyed. "Though, why would you be followed? If you don't mind me asking? Because of your beauty? Then I suggest you find someway to harness and protect it." He said softly.. His hair was shorter now.. Then it would be in the future. A lean body.. Though not threating. "I wouldn't be surprised if there were others stalking you. Sorry I am not one though." He said in a rather mysterious voice- one that leaves an impression.

"Oh no no.. it's fine.." Her cheeks continued to burn warmer with his compliments, she really hated it sometimes because she wasn't any good at maintaining her composure. "Actually, that reminds me of a story i heard once. A rabbit leading someone to what they wanted..." wait.. crap! "I mean not saying that you wanted me, 'cause you don't know me.." she corrected quickly, hoping to fix her embarrassing mistake. She really was horrible at speaking with the other gender, she always got tongue tied and seemed to make a fool of herself whenever she came across one.

"And no, I'm not being followed for my looks, nor any other reason. I just get a little paranoid sometimes." she assured him. Her cheeks finally cooling down and returning to they're natural color glanced back to him and smiled. From the corner of her eye the sun filtered dimly through the trees, the skies coloration had turned pink and dark purple, a sign that it was indeed becoming sunset. "I usually come here at sunrise and right before sunset, it's just beautiful here."

Tsu eye was straight towards the other. "Heh. That story... I think I heard about it.. not sure. Though I believe that." He smiled some and lifted his body a little.. Looking at the girl in her blue orbs.. She was a gorgeous thing.. Just couldn't figure why she was alone though. A mystery? A rarity of the god's blessings. Tsu was in to those kinda things- folk tales.. he felt most were true. Though he didn't give it much thought though. Just agreed and went on with the next sentences that he could respond to.

"You have no need to be paranoid. More so- you just need to be prepared." He offered. Then he looked over the horizon.. The many times he had seen it- he never got tired...

He almost stopped just about everything to look at what the female had pointed out to him. "Ah.. sunsets... and sunrises. The canvas of the sky never seems to let me down... its always just as beautiful as how I left it.." He paused. "Sometimes even more so." Then he looked at her a moment- his hair brushing every which way. "The first time I came to this place.. and I already am blessed."

Fae smiled and nodded her head. She believed in some of those signs and coincidences though usually they didn't lead her to anything worth while. "Well then I guess we have that in common then" she commented, blushing. Her gaze meet his, his eye captivated her and held her attention for a long moment. She wasn't sure as to why the other was patched, but figured it was non of her business even if she was curious.

"Prepared? How so?" the sun was slowly dipping beneath the horizon from what she could see through the trees in a few moment they would be alone in darkness, which didn't bother her so much. "If you mean defend myself.. I don't really know the first thing" lowering her head to glance at her paws she scuffed the dirt under them. "Though I wouldn't be against letting you teach me... I mean, if you have some time."
PostPosted: Sun Jun 01, 2008 11:20 am

"Teach to defend yourself?" He tilted his head and smiled softly. "Heh. Teaching to defend yourself would take a while. Its not something I can teach you over night. " He chuckled a bit; knowing that most of his teachings really didn't take that long. "Not like fishing, eh?" He trotted in to the water. In a moments time; he closed his eyes... Feeling the water slip through his fur.. "MM.." He hummed ... and in a seconds notice he stabbed his head in to the water and brought it up with it seemed to be at least three fish. Then he climbed up out of the brink to her.. And went close to her face almost as if he was going to eskimo kiss her. Then he turned and threw the fish to her immediate left.

"Something like that could take you a day if your a fast learner." As he walked past her he brushed his cheek against hers. Lightly- though he didn't mean to do it on purpose; neither did he feel her fur against his. He settled next to her, and snatched a fish on to his wooden peg and started his immediate scrapping on one of them. He was calm about this- giving her time to think of his request. It wouldn't be easy but he wasn't sexist or anything- it was generally hard to teach one how to defend themselves especially when most would freeze up in any action- prepared or not. His tail gave a wag.. a light one as to think about what all had happened. What his next moves were if he DID in fact had to teach her.

"I.. Oh, I was just curious.." she looked at her paws again, still slightly embarrassed at herself for her request. If it would take her a while to learn she guessed she could learn on her own in time.

She watched him closely, her eyes almost glued to him as he made his way into the stream. Her eyes widened as he brought up the bundle of fish. How did he do that? She was good catching her meal, but nothing even close to that. Catching maybe one with some concentration. "How'd you.." her voice suddenly hitched at 'you' and then stopped all together. He was so close. Her face heated, her heart raced slightly. "..do that?" she finished. Yeah, really not used to this, being so close to a male. Her gaze followed the fish as tossed he them beside her. She hadn't noticed he brushed her either, she was to busy getting herself under control, not that she wasn't but she wasn't used to such attention.

She wouldn't ask him for anything. But her curiosity seemed to take over. "That must have taken you a while to perfect!" Her wings opened slightly, showing that she quite comfortable sitting beside him.

He looked up at her. His fur silked back from being wet and a slight smile cross the edges of his maw. "Ah, yes. The expirence is in intoxicating..." He gave a light sigh being content and looking over the female in front of him. "I have the time to teach you, yea know lass. Though dunno if you'd be up for such things really." After he finished de-scaling the fish he took them in to his maw and set them in front of her.

"An offering to the lass... And how she blessed me with her presence." A knight and shinning armor, if given the chance that was. His warm aura swirled around him and the graces he gave to the female. Unknowningly, for who could not be conceited ever know if they were overly kind? "I thank thee. " He looked to her with his pale yellow eye.. She was indeed gorgeous... and so kind to look at. Her aura made his heart light.. playful. "Though I dunno. This lass could just be kiddin 'round. She could be just a goddess in disguise." He chuckled some but made a smirk, giving himself the freedom to let himself up and shake his head. Moving his fur like the sea itself of black and white.

"And yea' accept my offering?" He tilted his head and padded his tail...quizzing her almost of her decision to eat the fish he had caught. Wasn't for him of course. He had been long.. eaten. Right? He even forgot that much.

Fae smiled eagerly. "Anything to improve my wellbeing... would be appreciated." she asserted innocently. After all, it might come in handy.

Glancing down at the de-scaled and cleaned fish she smiled up at him. That's so nice of him.. "I couldn't.." she blushed. "At least not without you eating something.. " In truth, she just didn't like to be watched while she ate, it made her even more self conscious, if that was at all possible. She gripped the fish firmly in her mouth and set one of her paws on the other end of it, then pulled her head back slightly. The fish broke in half, the side where her paw was, was the slightly larger half. If he didn't want to eat much, he could take the smaller of the two. "At least a bite so I don't feel so.." she slide the small half towards him "nervous.." she finished.

Tsu watched the femme a moment. Thinking way in the world such a creature should have herself protected if someone else could. A savior.. His youthful mind was complaining though. Just a mere thought- but was glad she wanted something more for her well being. That made him glad in heart. When he saw her slide the smaller half, he smiled and took it up in his maw, laying. then nipping at it.

Looking the other way. So she wouldn't be self conscious. He knew other females that didnt like to be watched while they ate- beats him why? But didnt question. When he finished the small piece he gave himself a sigh.. Then pulled his ears back. "Hmm.. What do you know. How to travel from which you came? Direction, hunting, self defense?" He named a few. "Catching fish~" He added..maybe she liked that..right? He wanted to know for sure so he wouldn't waste time on what she did know..

Slowly he started to plan what he wanted to teach her. Requiring time and patience of course.

Fae smiled slightly as she watched him turned away from her probably noticing her self-consciousness. She turned back to the fish before her and consumed it quickly enough, so not to leave him waiting.

"I know how to track and find my way through the wood. Hunting and fishing I'm alright with" she explained, her tail wiggling a bit behind her. "Self-defense... I know nothing about..." she said softly. Luckily she was a quick learner when it came to hand n' eye coordination, not so much when it came to patience and timing. She usually acted with her heart and instinct instead of her head which is probably why she hadn't mastered the way of fishing as he had. But as long as she could keep feed, thats all that mattered really. "So, when do we start?"
