Everything seemed confused, or was he confused? he frowned, swept his right paw against some grassblades that had come together in a clump. The feathered wings on his forearms he did not understand, from what his mother had told him about his father, he did not have feathered wings on his forearms, they were more..demonic, darker, but it was confusing. Why was he different, but why did this life seem familiar? Why did he feel a pull from his 'aunt' Rage, why? Why did it seemed like his family was the only immortal family in the pridelands?
Flicking his tail he curled his wings upon his back and headed towards the water hole, he loved to look into the water and have it reflect into his cerulean hues, he loved to watch the fish, the ripples at the surface, the glit of the sun. He smiled, perhaps not everything was confusing.
Taking himself to the edge of the water hole he peered into it, put his right paw into it and felt the coolness, and wetness touch him. he smiled, so nice, so..serene.

For once surf had made the exception of going away from the stretch of shore and ocean in search of those strange, fleshy and sweet, slightly round objects that were called 'fruit'. Being one whose appitite was satisfied by those who believed and were loyal all that was surf, Juuku had found his tastebuds tantalized by the fruits of the mainland as well as the many critters that roamed in the sea. And today he had come prepared! The old fishers net that had washed ashore certainly proved useful in holding his gathered treasures and gathering plenty relatively easy. He had already wandered farther than expected and with his small net already more than half full it seemed as if his paws and curiosity were dragging him out further and further. The sound of the ocean grew faint as his massive body seemed to swagger across the open grassland, rather oblivious as to where exactly he was but even in his disarray he couldn't help but keep a lopsided grin stretched across his maw.
A small song seemed to grow into something at first softer than a bit louder from the large, brilliant blue and white god. That swagger motion seemed to sway as his paws seemed to tread light on the ground and keep a good step while paws crossed and flopped one before the other while even his otter tail seemed to pick up on a bodacious motion! Juuku just couldn't help it- there was a song in him and even a beach bum such as himself could sing!
"Who's to say What's impossible Well they forgot This world keeps spinning And with each new day I can feel a change in everything And as the surface breaks reflections fade But in some ways they remain the same And as my mind begins to spread its wings There's no stopping curiosity."
The wings that hoovered at his back, his head and even his back paws seemed to furl slightly as the sensation of the grass uner his paws still gave off that prickling, strange senation. With a life that was spent most in the water it would take a while for the god to actually becomed acustomed to the sensation of grass underfoot and even so it seemed to make him look a little more than bizarre with taking such careful steps in trying to avoid the grass. But even that seemed silly since he was walking within such lush grasslands!
Even so, Juuku continued to sing.
"Who's to say I can't do everything Well I can try And as I roll along I begin to find Things aren't always just what they seem.
I wanna turn the whole thing upside down I'll find the things they say just can't be found I'll share this love I find with everyone We'll sing and dance to the oceans songs This world keeps spinning and there's no time to waste."
A light breeze seemed to caress against his cheeks, swaying his tapered, mess of white mane as he glanced around. He was still lost but there was something to the left of him that caught his eye. Light seemed to dance upon a surface, glistening with an elusive manner which only made him grin even broader. There was water! But along with such a pleasant surprise there seemed something else by the watering hole which caused the god to tilt his head and furrow his brows.
It was small- black and small. Perhaps it was just a rathe odd rock, cha?
With his obliviousness driving him onwards as the water lured him, Juuku swaggered closer. It must have looked so strange to see a god the size of an adult god, though a bit larger, who looked moreso like an overgrown adolescent. Not only that but carrying an old, discarded fishing net filled with those strange fruits that most lions would never touch. But even so why would a god have them if they didn't eat right? Oh yes, Juuku was all sorts of confusing! But he was simply relaxed and laid back- never quite filling the quota of what was normal or how one was expected to act. Besides, what was the point of everyone having to be the same?
Same, same, same is boring, boring, boring!
The god chuckled to himself softly as he neared closer towards the watering hole. His eyes were foucsed upon the water and locked upon its radiantly, dancing surface of light. Attention elsewhere seemed forgotten as Juuku seemed to exhale out with a relaxing breath and gave a widespread grin across his maw.
Lowering his sack towards the ground as he came to the waters edge, the god slumped onto his stomach and leaned his head down towards the water, lapping for several minutes until he simply just dunked his head under the water. Certainly this would be a good impression for anyone standing around; seeing a god looking as if he was drowning himself or trying to cause the rebirth process to speed up a bit quicker though that was far from the case!

Daemonascus' light cerulean eyes fell onto the aproahing, strange figure that was coming nearer and nearer, saying something to themself and Daemonascus tilted his head at this other. Sure, Daemonascus was a cub, should run and hide form a strange, but no, he felt compelled to stay, the interesting colors and feel to stay was much to strong than his want to go back to the den.
He watched this other, watched them go nearer to the water hole, take a drink, then stick their head under the water...
Wait...what?!
"Hey!" Daemonascus cried out towards them, skidding to a stop at the edge of the water hole and he started nudging the stranger's side, "What are you doing?"

Juuku took a deep breath underwater as his body seemed to go limp and relax even further. The sun and scorching heat was one of the reasons he often didn't wander up onto the mainland all that much and besides, for one who was so use to navigating by current it seemed that trying to find ones way on land was nearly impossible! As the waters seemed to do wonders with cooling him down, the God sighed with contentment as the toes of his paws wriggled and his peculiar otter tail thumped upon the ground. Relaxation was starting to settle within his mind and, like always, countless thoughts seemed to plauge his mind; Where was he? When would he get to eat the fruit that he found? Why was the sky blue? Why do birds sing? What was the meaning of li-
His body tensed slightly as his back arched upwards as he felt something brush up against his side. Being one who was rather large in stature and very furry, Juuku was prone to having many ticklish spots and it seemed whatever it was certainly was hitting the mark! The God tried to hold in his laughter even as the waters remained still though his tail hastily thumped upon the ground and his paws pattered upon the ground.
"DUDE I GIVE, I GIVE! MERCYMERCYMERCY!" He howled with laughter, the noise just as audible in the water and up on land to anyone around.
Exhaling deeply, the God jerked his head from out the of the water and threw it backwards than forwards in a quick motion as most of the water which clung to his mane and fur were cast off like sparkling diamonds onto the ground behind him before evaporating into the soil. Even still his tapered mane still clung and plastered itself upon his head and face which left him squinting at the small form beside him with curiosity. Whatever it was was black- black like that rock he saw at first he it seemed strange and certainly had a strange scent, that slightly arid and pungent scent that most mainlanders seem to have. His brows knitted slightly as a lopsided grin seemed to stretch across his maw.
"What was I doin'? Ah, jus' tryin' to cool off dude! This heat totally bogus around here and I'm not quite use to it," he chuckled, lifting a paw upwards to bat away at the bangs that hung in front of his eyes. As he exhaled a relaxing breath from out of his nostrils, the God intook the form of the once believed rock in full. Juuku's eyes seemed to widen with excitement as an even broader lopsided grin plastered upon his maw.
"DUUUUDE! YOU'RE TOOOOOTALLY A LITTLE GODLING GROMMET, CHA?" Juuku couldn't help but exclaim as he lowered himself to his stomach, leveling his eyes with those of the godling before him.
He hadn't had many encounters with immortals before but with his most recent being with Rokopelli he had a new drive to meet as many as he could! There was something about meeting Gods and Goddess's which made him so happy or perhaps it was simply because he had abided within the surf for so long that there were so many he had yet to find once again or to meet. Even still the rather massive God couldn't keep from grinning as he tilted his head in a curious manner.
"Sooooooo what are you doin' out here, little dude? Or....where am I? I totally got lost when I come to the mainland- its definetely not easy to navigate," he chuckled softly, a purr rising from his chest. "I'm not quite familiar with the terrain all too well, ya know? From livin' by the surf and dyin' by the surf seems like when I come onto land I'm toooootaly out of my element, cha?" That relaxed and kick-back nature seemed to cause the God to simply slump onto his stomach in a comfortable poisition, throwing his paws over one another as his tail curled around him. But it seemed he was forgetting to say something important and it was crucial because-
"OH! Right. Intro!" He sheepishly grinned. "M'names Juuku, little grommet! God of the Surf! Who might you be, dude?"

Daemonascus took a step back and quirked a brow at hte god who lowered himself to eye level, at least now he didn't have to worry about his neck hurting from looking up at him. It was annoying, being so small, looking up at everyone bigger and older then you. he huffed, darn others, why was he still so small, he needed to get larger so he could protect his family better, protect the pull of Rage.
Flicking his tail and pulling his wings against his back Daemonascs wondered where this being was form, the surf? Strange, he never heard of such a thing, he guessed water since Juuku was so blue, hmm, water? Must lik water a lot.
"Just out, trying to remember..things, strange thing keep popping into my head, past life I think, trying to tell me something, but I'm not sure. I live here, with my family, you're in the Pridelands .Juuku," strange name, what did it mean?
