How could this have happened, how? Kyra had been dwelling on current events for far too long, though spending time with the rogue male Utomo had eased her mind a bit. Though now the thoughts were back, the ideas, the wondering of what she had done wrong to deserve such a thing now. Why, why, why? Flicking her tail in a thrashing motion she snarled, and continued her ministrations: she was training.
As of late she had been working on her form, her fluid movements, the pick up, the slash, where to shiv, the different sweet spots and where they would move if she moved. If Riddick paid more attention, if Riddick spent more time with her, then he would know how well she was training, how strong she was getting, but nooo...Yorik, Yorik..."UGH!" she snarled, letting her claws slip from her toes, gouging the earth beneath her as she stopped to catch her breath.
"Damn it..."

It was getting dark quickly. Her inner clock had worked itself to wake her a bit before twilight to get in a quick hunting before the rest woke up. After the quick meal, she had made it a priority to find Kyra, sit down, and talk with her. After her talk with Rellik and the moments with Riddick, it was apparent that she had to settle things between them. Obviously, Jack was not liking her presence here in the group and she wanted to know why. Did she do something wrong? Did she say something she was not suppose to? Did she look at her funny?
Yorik had to get to the bottom of this.
Walking down the hill side some, she was moving her paws as if dodging. Fancy foot work one would say. It was her sort of practice, but she saw it more of a game than practice. Maybe if she did fight Riddick, he'll see her differently. But what they had right now, she liked that. She was afraid it would change too far, to something she did not want.
A murmur caught her attention.
"Jack?"

He was still sleeping, still lounging, dead to the world in one respect or another. Flicking his tail lightly while he slept, he stretched out in his sleep, eyes not lingering in the oncoming darkness, his eyes were safe from the blinding light of the sun. The sun hurt his eyes so much since his 'shine job,' but now his eyes were a deadly accessory, deadly to anyone who wished to oppose him that is. He could sense and see things that most could only dream and wish of seeing, being able to find those in the dark was a great skill to have.
Obvlivious to the world and all those within it, his mind swirled with dreams and images past of the necros, mercs that had been after him, images of Yorik, and flashed of Jack...Kyra, and how much she had grown since then.
Damn the world.

Oh the blood, so, so much blood. she grinned as she licked her lips, tasted the sweet sweet taste of life, ended life, life she had taken from this preybeast oh yes, ah yes, so wonderful, truly truly wonderful. lickins her right paw of the blood that was still fresh, she was trying to clean herself up now. With a full stomach and fire in her blood, she wished for a new challenge, something that would spring her alive, and a movement, a small voice caught ehr attention.
Finishing lapping the last of the blood from her pelt, she moved herself from her area of carnage, and watched as Kyra seemed to stand still, and a familiar dark figure approach from the other side. Rellik grinned to herself, flopped down onto the ground on a small ridge not that far away, but far enough out of sight.
"This'll be interesting..."

She wanted to kill something, rip something apart, find some merc that had hunted Riddick for some tie and ghost his tail, that would be awesome, and be just what she needed to calm herself down. Though she still couldn't piece together why Riddick would go for Yorik and not her, her! Why not her? She had known him longer, been with him longer, been through so much together, why could he not see her in the manner that he saw Yorik, it wasn't fair!
Kyra stopped her mind musing, the whirlwind of thoughts when a voice caught ehr attention, her voice. Kyra did not turn around to look at her, did not even try to make eye contact, "What do you want?" she asked, not even using her name.
no, none of that now, now.

"I just thought we could talk. You seem a little . . . tense."
Yorik smiled and moved around her boldly, but obviously ignorant. She was not afraid of her. Everyone has told her to worry about her and at other times, told her to worry. What was interesting, she always wandered off when she was with Riddick...
"Is there anything you want to tell me, Jack? Do you hate me or something? Did I do something to hurt you?"
Straight to the point.

Riddick rolled onto his back in his sleep, his paws in the air somewhat, then he pulled them against his chest, sighed to himself, his nose scrunched up while dreams began to hit him like gazelle trampling him all at once. Kyra and Yorik, red splashes, not from the pelt of Rellik moving fast in between them, but growls and snarls. Then black figures, cubs whimpering, his own small voice...other voices all coming together.
he rolled onto his side, curled up somewhat, images of the past and dreams pulled together into one hell of a nightmare. What those menaces had done to his home, his family, to him. Then the mercs came, came and turned everything to crap. Then Jack...Kyra, a light in the dark that didn't hurt his eyes, but then that had to change...everything had to change. He snorted, and rolled over again, unable to find peace even as he slept.

Rellik grinned to herself and almost laughed out loud. True, her hearing was not extraordinary, but it was good enough to pick up the voices and words spoken by the two females before her. Yorik, really, why would she go and to a thing like that, put herself so closet o Kyra without Riddick in tow? She flicked her tail as she lounged, watched nad waited, though the thought of a fight breaking out between the two made the fur on her neck stand on end in anticipation.
Fights were always fun, maybe.maybe she could get involved, try to break it up, but get a go too.Oh it had been so long since she had a great fight, though..though, this would be interesting, Rellik wondered if Jack had her shiv on her, and would tolerate Yorik's voice.

"Talk?" Kyra asked, dully, "You just want to...talk?" she emphasized it now. What on earth would she ever want to talk to Yorik about, talk and try to restrain herself from lashing out and clawing at her black pelt. Was that it, Riddick liked that Yorik had a darker pelt color like him? But Yorik was weak! She was so weak compared to herself, why would Riddick want her!?
"Tell you...jeez, I thought you might've picked up on something on your own..." she turned her head slightly so that her eyes gleamed in the dim light of the early night, "What do you think Yorik? Really, I want to know what you think of the situation...I want to hear what you ahve to say abou everything that had been happening..your take on it..." her tone had dropped, annoyance in it.
She wanted to break some bones...

If that was what she wanted...
"Well, Riddick's kind. Strong. Handsome. Rough around the edges, but that's fine. Rellik is rather nice, in her own way. I haven't really spoken to Karn as of late, but I do plan to. Then there is you, you seem very irritated that I am around. I want to know why. Did I do something wrong to you, Jack? Was it because Riddick found me? Was it because I knew his name? Was it because I sleep near him? Is it because he's my friend?"
She was obviously oblivious. She had no idea why. She did have feelings for Riddick, but as far as she knew, it was a feeling one could describe as friendship, but it was more than that. At least, to her. She still though what Iorek would say if he was around. Probably yell at everyone who touched, looked, or talked to her... sort of glad he was not around for her, but in her heart, she wanted him back.
"Now it's my turn," her voice became more serious, her green eyes narrowing. "What is your take on all of this."

Riddick snorted as he slept, rolled over to lay on his stomach, his paws held under him so in case anyone came too close, in case a merc ever came by in his sleep, he could jump up with ease, he trained himself to be able to do it on cue, without hesitation, and it had been highly effective in the past. Night was nearly there, nearly dark enough, and his mind was beginning to wake up, though sleep held on for a little bit longer, giving him some promise of happiness in the las few flickers of fantasy.
There was light, but he could see, he didn't ahve the strange vision he had now, it was normal, like it used to be, and Kyra was there,s he was smiling, she was happy, so different form now. There was life around, Imam was there, but then gone, others were there, famliar, Yorik adn Kyra in close proximity without tension.
It was a dream though, his consciousness caught onto that.

Rellik stifled a laugh as she listened to Yorik's explanation to Kyra question. Why dont you cut to the chase with that litlte shiv of yours Kyra huh? Even fi you did, do it fast, quiet, hell, even to see such a thing would make my soul so happy right now I could help out get rid of the body before Big Evil gets up. Come on, come on, go for it...show the strength...though Yorik, your fast, can you keep up? I bet you can, she mused to herself as if the other two could hear her and act out her wishes.
If only if only.
The battle of fire was soon arising, blood was beginning to boil, or was that her own? Anticipation gripper her as she crouched down and listened with ears at full attention. What would come of this, she wanted it to happen now.

"Thats all you have to say?" though she wanted to rip Yorik's tongue from her jaw right now for even saying those things about Riddick. Those things and nothing else, no explanation for spending her nights with Riddick in manner she had, why, why was Yorik seeming so stupid to everything, was she playing with her? Kyra snarled internally at that thought, she would not be a toy to play with, she was not stupid or weak. She flicked her tail, tried to grip onto her restraint, let herself in control her anger, don't let it control you, thats what Riddick told her several times.
"My take? I don't know why Riddick brought you back here and didn't just ghost you on the spot, I don't know why you got so close to him in manners I have not when I have known him my whole life, idolized him, he protected me, helped keep me safe, taught me how to fight, keep the mercs away, the necros, he taught me how to use my shiv before his were taken away..." she let out a growl, turned herself a little, flexed her claws, "And...I don't know why you are still here, lingering here, when I want to rip you to shreds..."

She frowned. Harsh words, though she should have suspected it, she didn't. So Kyran wanted her gone, she was jealous that she was close to Riddick. What was wrong with that? Was there something between Riddick and Kyra that she did not know all about? As interesting as it was, she did feel a little threatened by this female. Just for precaution, Yorik braced herself just in case.
"I don't know why he brought me back here, but I thank you for it. He gave me the company that I desperately wanted, is that wrong? He helped me. I have no idea what 'ghosting' is, but I don't plan to find out by you, that is for sure," she growled softly but did her best to keep her appearance as the more mature adult here.
Kyra... she knew Riddick longer than any of the other females. It seemed the two shared a history, one that seemed disrupted by her presence.
"I don't think our leader would appreciate it if you attacked me or any of the others," she smirked lightly. "Besides, I doubt you could beat me into submission."

Riddick let his eyes open slowly as he peered around, no one was about. Strange. He yawned, a slight growl coming from his throat as well as he licked his lips, smelled blood in the air not too far off, but coming from the direction where Rellik hunted and usually dragged her prey back to. He Pushed himself to his paws, stretched, and rolled his shoulders, waking himself up as well as his muscles and strength, just in case, always just in case.
Though...Yorik wasn't here, he quirked a brow, and didn't see Kyra around either.
Flicking his tail he wanted to call out to both of them, though he also braced himself for hearing Kyra call out his name like the times before when she had been in peril. He smirked to himself, oh how things had come to be.
