In terms of anatomy and technique, one leg is currently a touch wider than the other, you should amend that. You may also want to slim the legs down, though if you want to stick with the thicker legs for stylistic reasons, you could alternately enlarge the shoes to emphasize that style, and the design of the shoes would lend themselves well to that. The hand that's showing could be better developed, and you may consider redrawing that arm to add a slight touch of negative space against the torso, which would also emphasize the curvature of the hips and ribcage. Also consider adding shadows to the face from the hair; that would make the hair sit better and stand out more against the face.
In term of composition, I'm a bit thrown by her demure and modest stance that seems quite at odds with her outfit, like her personality doesn't fit her wardrobe. Someone dressed like that would probably display more confidence in their stride and carry more of a smirk to that coy expression.
Just a couple thoughts...

yeah the legs and hand were bothering me, i'll definitely fix those
as for her expression, i like it like that, for me a smirk wouldn't work on her it's more a quiet confidence if that makes any sense i suck at explaining things

Understandable. I'll wait for the finished piece to convince me wink
And looking at it again, you could probably bring out broader value ranges with the hair, don't be afraid to darken it more. You can do it on another layer, so you can quickly see if you like it or not, and adjust opacity if you think you made it too dark for your tastes.

i don't particularly like the position of the arms. They look conviniently obscured by the body, as to avoid drawing the hands. Even if that's not the case, it's boring, and i find there are very few people who stand around with both arms hanging slack like that...especially if they carry any sort of charisma at all. At least have one poised on her hip or something.
She needs attitude,

STOP EVERYTHING! And sit down with a pencil, paper and maybe a mirror and draw your hand. It helps. 3nodding I also recommend drawing your own feet. For...erm...kicks... mrgreen

i think her hanging arm is too straight?
idk i tried to do the exact same pose in my mirror n it seems like since her weight is mostly on the left side (the side she is putting her hand on her hip) that the hanging arm should have a lil more space in between it and the body and also a lil teeny more curve on the ouside like right about where the elbow is idk unless her sleeves are too baggy for that but its still too close to her body
also i dont think the legs are too chunky at all and i dont think you should make the shoes bigger to "match up" or w/e mr. smite said
wtf is wrong with people thinking legs are too chunky omg
my legs must be ******** 1000 year old cypress trees then

the legs do look fine to me, and the arm does seem to be hanging wrong
the shoes look small to me but that could be because this stupid widescreen monitor won't let me see the whole thing at once mad
