Pimp My Ride -- private RP
Players Mouse & Ekundayo, We`rika & Sevilin Setting Outskirts of Durem; Hot afternoon
--- We`rika's beat up pickup chugged along, windows rolled down to catch what he and Sevilin could of cool air as the air conditioner had broken long ago. The little sea fairy grappled with his long hair, whipping and tangling in the quick wind that pounded his disgruntled face. The Huichol could only laugh at his ward as he took out his scrunchy and bunched up his hair at the nape of his neck, not really solving anything. Sevilin turned and pushed at We`rika only making him laugh harder. "Shut up!" He pinched him one last time and leaned against his door, pouting. We`rika decided to be the adult and keep his comments to himself, tilting his sweaty face into the warm wind. And then it happened. His car backfired like a shotgun fire and his truck began to sputter and slow. "Hoooly shi'...! No no! Nononono!" We`rika howled as the wheel spazzed under his fury, pulling over to the side of the road before it finally halted and smoked. "Seriously? Are ya ********' kiddin' me?!" Thoroughly pissed, We`rika jumped out of the car, slammed the door shut and stormed over to his hood. With the steam and smoke billowing form the latched hood, the Huichol took off his shirt and opened it up. Not that he had a clue what he was looking for. He didn't know anything about cars. ********.

"Dayo... you really shouldn't be doing that..."
The behemoth that Mouse referred to as her car had been seeing a lot more use than she expected after her Raevan had been born... shouldn't these early weeks in Ekundayo's life be filled with educational at-home activities with flash cards that taught colors, shapes and numbers? Instead of the usual routine that came with raising a young being with the mind of a child, the guardian had ended up starting to teach her charge new things as they whizzed by on the road or caught the Frei's interest at random stops.
The two females had something in common in the sense that they both enjoyed a good drive. However, Dayo was probably enjoying it a little too much.
"Seriously. Get your head back inside the car before you lose a-- your face."
Ekundayo begrudgingly obeyed her guardian, pulling her head back in through the window. However, a split second before Mouse was about to roll it up so it wouldn't happen again, a plume of smoke caught the attention of both of them.
The window was firmly back up all the way before the eagle girl could even think of floating out of it to go investigate.
A few moments later, the large vehicle closed to a halt behind the smoldering wreck that the Huichol's truck had recently turned into. The green-haired mechanic hopped down to the asphalt and began to approach the larger man; her fingers were already itching to dig around in that engine. "Had a little blowout, huh? Need any help?"

We`rika looked out of the smokey wall that had built up around him, his ears flat against his skull in pissyness. When he saw a little girl, he had to keep himself from barking with laughter and settled on a subtly shocked face. And then he saw her car.
Jesus H. Christ! That thing probably ate souls!
"Uhhhh y-yeah, I dunno wha' happened... i' like... backfired and ... I dunno..." He threw up his hands in surrender. Seeing, Sevilin floating in his seat, playing with the steering wheel, he shouted, "Sev'lin ge' ou' of th'car, yer gonna inhale somethin' nasty...!"
"Okay, okay..." The sea fairy opened his door with a bit of trouble, leaning his shoulder into the damned thing before it would pop open. Floating out, he wandered towards the girl with a bright smile. "Hi, I'm S-- OH MY GOSH YOU HAVE A RAEVAN!!" Squealing at the top of his lungs, he made a beeline to Mouse's passenger door, his face pressed to the glass as he tapped on it. "Hellooo!"

Sensing a spike of excitement, Dayo peered out her window to see a floating swirl of blues and reds bobble towards her until his boyish grinning face was neatly framed in the curved trapezoid of bulletproof glass. His unfettered joy was something unlike the eagle girl had never seen before, and her face quickly reached a brightness that rivaled that of the water fairy.
It wavered just as quickly, however, as both their hands made contact with the invisible wall separating them. "Window closed..." she said in a tone that suggested the situation was about as tragic as a lost child dying of starvation half a block away from a bakery.
"Alright, lemme have a look-see," Mouse cheerfully said in the meanwhile, weaving around the man with the strange ears and walking towards his car. She waited a few moments for the smoke to clear up until chancing a peek at the engine. After another minute or so of silence, We'rika would be able to hear a chuckle the girl wasn't able to suppress, followed by "Oh, wow."

Sevilin mimicked the girl's frown and placed his hands against the glass with her as if the world was ending between them. "Oh I know!" The little frei brightened like the sun and floated over to the driver's door, grabbing the door handle and pulling.
Oh no! It was locked. Sevilin tugged and tugged with all his puny might, growling and wailing in his effort. Until he saw the window was open. Oh. The sea fairy put his hand through the window and unlocked the door with a little fumbling, getting into the driver's seat and peeking over the car seat at the new Raevan.
"Sev'lin! Wha' are ya doin'?!" The Huichol left Mouse and ran over to his ward, throwing the driver's door open and grabbing the blue Raevan.
"RUN GIRL RUN!!! BE FREEE!!" He flailed and screamed as best he could, truly no match for the 200 pound man.

"Hey-- what are you doing?!" the mechanic cried in surprise, caught entirely off guard by the larger man's suddenly bounding off towards her car. She had yet to notice Werika's watery ward and thus could not be sure whether he had the best intentions running towards the driver's side of the car. How was he able to open that door...?! Needless to say, she dashed after him as quickly as her legs could carry her, suddenly very angered that anyone would dare touch her car.
"The hell was that all about? If it turns out you broke the lock, you better be ready to pay for--"
And then he pulled out something with a shape that had become all-too-familiar. Seeing the open window on the door, Mouse was able to put two and two together, and her voice humbled down into a quiet "...oh. Okay, then."
With her typical blissful expression returned to her face, Ekundayo slowly drifted out the car door and onto the street with everyone else. A long lock of hair had gotten itself tangled into the belt buckles on a wrist guard, which was easy to notice when she lifted her hand to rest it on the Huichol's shoulder, trying to get his attention. "You helped me. Thank you," she quietly said with a warm smile.

At the sound of a girl squawking, We`rika turned around with his luggage, the pair both big-eyed with a look as if they had just gotten caught with their hands in the cookie jar. We`rika stuttered to answer the angry she-witch, ears falling by his shoulders, before the new Frei grabbed him and all his attention.
Boobs.
We`rika tried to keep eye level with the buxom Raevan, but his eyes kept slipping to the twins below and that hot a** tattoo. His dumbfounded face split into an impish grin. "Heh, well y--"
"I saved you! He just got in the way..." Sevilin whined, elbowing We`rika in the gut and held Dayo's hands. "Don't listen to him, he's a dirty old man..."

Sigh. "Dayo... you should give him some breathing room," Mouse said in a tone that was half-amused, half-exasperated. She gave her Raevan a gentle pull on the wrist that encouraged her to float several inches back, enough so that her hand slid off the Huichol's shoulder and fell to hang in the air. With an apologetic smile on her features, she turned to face Werika. "She, uh, hasn't gotten a very good grasp of what 'personal space' is yet. Sorry." It was easy to assume he would understand if he was taking care of one of Kyou's projects himself.
It was only a split second later that the eagle girl's hands were grabbed by the watery Frei, and she gazed confusely at him while listening to his words. After a few seconds of thought it dissolved into a calm smile once again. "You both helped."
"Yeah... so. I'm Mouse, that's Dayo," the mechanic started again in a casual tone after deciding the situation was alright. "About your car..." She climbed into the driver's side of her own to retrieve something from the back seat. Where did that toolbox go... ah- there it was.

'"Ah, well..." We`rika batted his hand flippantly, any notice of his grey mood had lifted into a giddy air. "Ya know how these kids are..." He patted his own sweetly, Sevilin completely unamused by his stunt. "... Is all good."
Whining, the little frei wiggled from his guardian and tugged on Dayo gently. "I'm Sevilin! and that's uh... We`rika... Don't worry about him, Dayo..."
The huichol stuck his tongue out at his ward. He deserved a lil fun now and again and Sevilin was raining all over his parade! He would have to teach him how to share his women. He let go of the sea fairy and wandered off with Mouse to look at his truck. "So is i' completely ********?"

The mechanic quickly produced a wrench, which was toyed around with thoughtfully in one hand as she took another look at the engine. "Well..." she started, and giggled with a nervous brand of amusement, "let's just say replacing the fan belt and hooking up some jumper cables won't do you any good here." She then began to explain the laundry list of problems she was seeing, complete with estimates on how much she'd expect the price tag on fixing them would be. All with a bright expression that one would expect from a tailor helping a customer put together an outfit for a wedding.
"Sevilin," the eagle girl repeated. Her guardian had already introduced them, so what could she say next? Ekundayo didn't want to let all the practice she had been doing with talking go to waste! Her wings ruffled unconsciously as she thought.
"...You are pretty."

"Ohh good...." Like he had the money to put into his car of all things. Jesus H Christ! This was really the last thing he needed. Rubbing his forehead anxiously, he sighed. "Well shi'.... Should I like... call a toe truck or wha'?"
"Ohhh thank you!!!" Ekundayo was so sweet, even with that uhmm bird's nest she called hair. That was the kind of thing Sevilin had nightmares about. Truly. But she was lovely and had some big flesh balloons, as We`rika so eloquently called them. "Ohh hey, I liker yer uhmm tattoo!" A dainty finger poked it gently. Whoa, she was really squishy right there. The little sea nymph couldn't help but give it a few more pokes. How weird! "Wow are those things heavy?"

Mouse responded with a dismissive wave. "Eh, don't worry about that. Dayo's getting a new friend out of the deal, and I haven't seen a job like this since... well... my car, really," she grinned, already reaching into the engine and tinkering away. It wasn't as if she would just leave a man and his Raevan stranded out on the deserted highway - that, and she really did enjoy her work. "You're with the Lab, right? If you can help me with a little something I've been planning we can call it even."
Dayo was thoroughly unperturbed by the poking - she got plenty of stares and that made people happy enough for her to grab a bit of a snack from them, so she saw no harm in letting Sevilin enjoy himself so long as he didn't breach some very specific rules Mouse had made sure to get into her head. However, she tilted her head in brief confusion when the water nymph's talking ended with a question. "...Heavy...?"

We`rika stood with his legs crossed, leaning over the hood as he watched the little girl/woman fiddle around. He didn't know much about cars despite being a red-blooded manly man. "Ehh sure thas no problem... Long as is on th'weekends. I dun has time on th'weekdays...."
Gosh they were so weird. Sevilin was all but face deep in Dayo's cleavage. What was the point? Maybe they were flotation devices. The sea fairy would have been jealous if it weren't for the fact he could breathe underwater. "Yeah, heavy..." Lifting his hands, the little Raevan cupped her bountiful bosoms, one in each, and hoisted them once, twice, three times. They were pretty heavy. How did she not get tired?

The mechanic chuckled at Werika's response, which sounded kind of muffled and tinny due to how much she was burying herseld under the hood of the car. "I can't imagine a beach party anywhere else but the weekend. Just need an extra pair of hands to help set things up. So a service trade, I guess you could say."
Dayo stiffened at the touch. It wasn't because she was shocked or anything, but because Sevilin had just crossed a forbidden boundary and it was taking her a couple of seconds to remember what she could do in such a situation. Those fins he had on the side of his head looked like a good start... so she reached up a hand, intending to tweak one of his membranous psuedo-ears until he stopped touching her.
