Meeting Spirit Sprite and Sora
Sayuri_Nitta
Izusa stamped down on a mound of snow just outside the human's teepee. She liked the snow; she could play all manner of tricks on the human - who wouldnt be finding alot of personal items till after the snow melted! She nickered softly, watching the way her breath turned into a white cloud and trailed away. She was bored again now, and clipped smartly towards the centre of the Village, heading for the main fire, and looking for something to interest her for a while.
Valeria
Spirit Sprite hovered around the main fire, snorting softly at the movement of the flames. He had helped his human bring some furs in for selling, and noticed that they weren't doing so well. He whickered softly, nudging Valeria with his muzzle.
Valeria smiled up at him slightly, reaching up to pat his muzzle. "Go play, Spirit Sprite. It'll probably be awhile before we can head home. Tania can guard me and keep me safe." She said, reaching out a hand to pat the mountain lion cub at her side.
Not needing to be told twice, Spirit Sprite turned and trotted away from the fire, looking for something interesting to do.

Sora has spent ages moping. Now he wanders around the teepee looking slightly lost. His head was in a bundle, even more than usual, his heart tugging away. So it was without surprise that he continued walking with his head down and soon bumped into something. Looking up, he saw another soquili, Spirit Sprite and stepped backwards in surprise. "hello..."
Sayuri_Nitta
Izusa flicked her tail, the tendrilled ends spraying snow in a fine shower behind her as it caught the drifts. The snow was shallower here, and melted into damp earth as she walked towards the flickering fire. She noted the human, the furred animal at her side and then she saw the stallion. Her wings opened and shut slowly as she regarded him. He was a fine big male, but he still had the same air of 'good' around him. He certainly didnt look like he caused his human any problems. But, she was bored and so she headed straight for him, the weak sunlight causing her pelt to shimmer slightly as she walked.
Before she got to him, she saw yet another stallion approach. She sniffed the air undecidedly but decided to go on. Despite her appearance she was after all just a filly, and she knew they wouldnt attack her without provocation. They were just too....nice.

Spirit Sprite blinked, eyes widening slightly as something bumped into him. Looking over his shoulder to his right flank, he noticed another stallion was the cause. "Um.... Hi?" Spirit Sprite said uncertainly, then blinked again as a rather odd ((to him)) looking filly came up to the both of them.

Sora turned rather red or atleast he thought he did as he face went hot, but it's rather hard for a soquili to blush. He has been bumping into everyone these days!
He despaired at the thought that maybe big brother would confined him to the teepee if he continued.
Quickly mumbling an apology, he turned to go but a sudden scent caught his attention, waking him to full clarity.
What was this....such a scent....soquili and yet not soquili? His eyes roamed, then catching sight of a dark purple filly...

Izusa snorted in mirth at the sight of the one stallion bumping into the other before remembering herself. She was still trying to play herself off as a 'cute lil foal' to see how long she could get away with it.
'Hello.' she said, dipping her head in a meek fashion, flapping her bat-like wings before letting them settle on her back.
Valeria
Spirit Sprite blinked again, looking from Sora to the filly and back again. It had looked like the filly had been about to laugh, but he wasn't entirely sure. "Hello." He said, finding that he got along alot better with young Soquili than older ones. He got shy around most adult Soquili, so limited himself to only greeting younger ones for now.
Takakun
Sora continued a few steps back. Surprised, he stared at the filly, gaping at the barbed tail and the bat like wings. He has seen his winged cousins before but never one like this. But as he dipped her head, his apprehensions faded..."hello there. Where did you come from?"
Sayuri_Nitta
Izusa stepped towards the patterned stallion first, her head extended and she sniffed him. She glanced over at the grey stallion, her ears flickering as she seemed to mull over his question;
'From over there,' she indicated with a flick of her head, deadpan. If he wanted to know more, he would have to ask a better question.
Valeria
Spirit Sprite smiles a bit, then shakes his head. "I'm Spirit Sprite. Who are you two?" He asked, blinking slightly.
Sayuri_Nitta
'Izusa,' she replied, turning her attention back to this Spirit Sprite. She stretched a little, shaking herself and looking over at the fire again.
'You know that human then?' Izusa asked.
'You know that human then?' Izusa asked.
Valeria
Spirit Sprite glances over at Valeria, who is still sitting beside the fire. "Yes. She has taken care of me since I was small. The other TwoFeet call her Valeria. Why do you ask?" He said, curious.
Takakun
"i'm Sora...." he said barely a whisper....
The he turned to where Izusa was looking, blinking slightly. He did not know the two legged crouched by the fire so he turned back and waited for Spirit's answer. He wondered slightly at the filly's tail.....it looked rather....dangerous.
Sayuri_Nitta
'Just asking,' Izusa said, not wanting to give a reason. There really wasnt one, she was just being nosey.
'You couldnt look after yourself? The human who had my basket just gives me food. She doesnt look after me.'
That wasnt true either, but Izusa wasnt one for being honest - the untruths just seemed easier to say. She looked at Sora oddly.
'Why you whispering? Are you scared of something?' she arched her neck. Was the stallion afraid of her? Nah - but a part of her hoped so because it was too funny if he was.

"ummm" he backed away, swishing his tail. The grey stallion wondered why he felt so icky around the filly. After all she just looks a little different.
"No...i'm just tired that's all. Your bonded dont live with you?" he asked surprise...
Sayuri_Nitta
'Yes. I just dont like her. Well she doesnt like me. She thinks I'm weird.' Izusa said that last bit with a mixture of pride in her voice. She noted that Sora seemed to back away and she clipped slower to him.
'Really? Are you sure?'
'Really? Are you sure?'
Takakun
He widen his dark green eyes. Don't like her? All of a sudden, waves of sadness washed over him. He cannot imagine life without his two bonded, playing with them, running and hunting. He stood calmly and gently nosed her, "perhaps you'd like to come with us back to the village?"
Sayuri_Nitta
Oh how delightful! He'd fallen for her ruse, and she feigned her happiness. She pressed her own nose against his flank - well as high as she could reach, and blew air through her nostrils.
'Thank you,' she said humbly.
'I mean you barely know me and you are being so very...nice,' Izusa managed.

Sora grinned as much as he can at this moment and nudged her gently towards the village. "it will be warmer there....are you cold?"
Moving to a trot, he jogged up and down slowly besides her, leading the way.
"there are many two leggeds and soquilis....you will be welcomed, I'm sure, so don't be shy..."
Sayuri_Nitta
'A little,' Izusa replied, playing her role to the hilt. She wondered why the normal Soquili were so accepting. She felt that they were weak, but what if that was how she was meant to be and she was the wrong one? That couldnt be though..she trotted beside him, wondering how Kaliska would react when she learned that Izusa had gone back with another Soquili.
Takakun
He looked at her slightly at the corner of his eye. She seemed deep in thought, so he left her be. Then they came to the gate of the village where noise from the center gathering could be heard. He bounced slightly, maybe the festivities would bring him out of his gloom, and so he smiled at Izusa, "come on" and trotted faster in.
