Their will be a 13 year time skip.
students will become jonin
genin will become jonin
chunin will become anbu
jonin will become anbu/special jonin
special jonin will stay where they are unless we promote you to a sannin/kage
akatsuki will grow older and or create new char to take their place
kage/sannin will grow older or create new char to take place
I support any of you having children. PLEASE do not keep ur char the same age if you do and we notice we WILL find you and warn you...
check the bijuu forum to see which have been captured over these 13 years...

yo...im making a new character but he isnt going to takeing the place of Pain so is that alright?...and i was hoopeing i could start him off at chunnin level

well it technically has already started,in the mist village we just gotta wait for Krauser and Mai to finish there Rp at his apartment and we can go ahead with the timeskip in the village

well one way to edit it without actually being promoted is to just quote it and that you can you edit it'll just count as a new post

So wait, what happens with jutsu? It would seem unfair for a character to seemingly gain like... say 50 new jutsu over timeskip without any effort, but it would also be very strange for them to not learn any new jutsu over 13 years (unless your character is like, SUUUPAAHH lazy xD).

well since your a speacial jounin if you dont have all the C-rank jutsu you do now along with 4 B-ranked,3 A-ranked and 2 S-ranked
