Me and my boyfriend are in a long distance relationship. Just recently he got hurt and isn't allowed to get too stressed out or do anything that could re-open his wounds. Anyways I was talking to his friend Jen yesterday and it turns out his sister was missing and Matt (my boyfriend)didn't know! But she asked me not to tell him otherwise he could get stressed and hurt himself so when I talked to Matt I didn't mention it. Now his sister's body was found and I told Matt that I knew and now he seems really upset and hasn't called me back cause he had to go somewhere.
Have I jeopardized out relationship? Do I deserve his trust back? What do I do Now?

I think you took the best course possible. If you had told him, he wouldn't have been any help, and he quite possibly could have hurt himself worse. It's only rational that he's a bit upset with you right now, but he'll realize all this eventually, and he'll probably apologize. So...in order:
Yes, but only slightly. Yes, you did nothing wrong. Nothing, if he continues to be mad at you, tell him all this, he should see the sense of all this.

Oh, my God! Best wishes to him and his family. ; _;
You probably did jeapardize your relationship juuuust a little. But he should get over it, because it wasn't really your fault. You were politely asked not to say anything to him. I mean, you were only concerned for him. He miiiight be taking his frustration out on you a little, though.
You do deserve his trust back, but remember that he's going to be upset for a while, probably. I mean, I would be! I grew up with that person, so I'd be all stressed. You just need to give him some time, and be available when he's ready to see people.
Don't do anything; just be available for him!
