44% of rape victims were under the age of 18
the self-reports of convicted rape and sexual assault offenders serving time in state prisons indicate that two-thirdes of such offenders had victims under the age of 18.
58% of those nearly 4 out of 10 imprisoned violent sex offenders said their victims were age 12 or younger
90% of the rapes of children younger than 12, the child knew the offender

my friend's dad screwed the babysitter (16) and got 20 years.
consensual, statutory, it seems to fit what you describe
he most likely deserved it
but it sure played hell with that family
