Finally we get Showa Town. wink So, what are your first thoughts on Showa Town? I think it's really cool, especially when you get your Bathrobe... walking around in a towel rules xD The experience inside the bathhouse is fun too, especially when you get to the secret part... wink

I always thought, figured, and now KNOW, that Showa Town SUCKS!
The most fun thing to do there is talking to people in the Bathhouse.
The secret spa is probably slightly more fun, yet it itself is boring.
There is NOTHING in Showa, besides a few quests, a useless Gacha shop NPC, and Towels that are better then Saunas stat bonus wise, but horrendous looking, opposed to Sauna Robes.
Even the hairstyles and faces fail miserably.
Theyre all ugly. Except MAYBE the female face...it is slightly of interest to me.
The VIP hair for Males is also alright, but the REG one...Horrendous.
And yet many people are getting it. = /
Overall: Showa sucks.
It was only raged and fantasized over because of the Gacha NPC, and the fact that monsters look like players.
Woah.
The EXP isn't even good, as I had once heard it was.

it's pretty easy to get to showa...but the monsters [in human figure] in Showa Streets 3-1 are pretty dangerous.
Go to Mushy shrine, and then go to the Forest of Animals, there'll be a portal at the top-right of the map, go there and you'll be in Showa street 3, just go through the portals and you'll be in Showa.
If you want the bathrobe/towels, you click on Hikari and click on in_bath. Once you get in you can buy stuff from Momoyo, like the bathrobe and the milks that are like Town Scrolls.
If you're in Windia I'll be happy to show you to showa smile
I can't protect you though, I'm a lvl 44 Fighter and I get 100-200 dmg from those wannabe sissy gangsters lol. ^^

I only been there on a private server =[, at the moment ive gotta download the whloe thing cause the patch keeps getting stuck at 3/3 =/
Even gets stuck at manual patch.

Fintastic Showa is dangerous for low-level clerics. emo yes. very dangerous. even me, a lvl 74 died there

I liked the music, the paintbrush, the robe, and the bathhouse. But the Gangsta people were really too much for me. I could barely dodge him. And I was too afraid to touch him and pass, I didn't want to die there and ditch my sis who was helping me get through. Although, the scenery was rather beautiful, so overall it was alright.

Djv9013 I have yet to even log on or patch, but the armory is my testing area XD The Armory.....sucks. Not worth it trying to get to and from there. 1.You have to pass Anego..She slaps...and it hurts T.T 2.In the Armory theres the guy with the machine gun that 1-kit ko's you 3.The bain respawn is fast, but very hard because of the big map.

The only thing I find amusing was how you could go into the bathhouse.

Well, the Hideout is a bit of a challenge, every stage in that place has a certain amount of damage. Yeah, monsters human-in-form, but there was a place where a monster dealt 1k damage on me, sure I didn't die just yet cuz I have 2k+ hp, I died when I just stepped down and got hit. lol... razz
