While I'm not new to music, I'm new to the flute. I've been wanting play it ever since I got my clarinet (9 years ago). I hope to be fairly good at it. I think it needs new pads though, most of the notes won't play. gonk
Oh, can someone explain to me how to get through the different octaves? You do it with your mouth, right? With the clarinet, we have a register key, so we don't have to worry about that. I'm no stranger to changing octaves with my mouth though (baritone t.c. - 2 years heart ).
